I have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences each time I’ve taken my vehicle in to Oswalt. The owner has gone above and beyond to get my car fixed and demonstrated fair, responsive service with amazing results. Highly recommend.
We had an AMAZING experience at Oswalt’s Collision. Visiting from out of State, we were involved in an accident at 7:00 in the morning. We went to Oswalt’s before they opened to wait and have our car checked out to make sure it was safe to drive. As soon as these guys arrived they started taking care of us before ever stepping foot into their shop. Helped us with a couple of minor issues, ensured us that we were safe to drive.

He was very prompt and had me up and running in no time at all. (Dead battery) He also gave advice on where to take my car to check the battery to see if it was bad or not. I would use thier services again!
I went around to four different shops in the area and got quotes after my truck was backed into. Oswalt had me a quote in about 10 minutes, I called them at 4:30 PM when I got the approval, and they ordered the parts that night. My truck was in the shop a week later and finished faster than expected. They called when we had issues with the insurance, and even touched up a few other scratches with the leftover paint. They used quality parts and made sure I was set before I wrote them a check.
They were able to get me in weeks before shops in Manhattan, and great to work with. Oswalt will be my choice of shops in the area if I ever need them again!
This place is awesome and they do great work and they go beyond to help the customer i recommend this place highly if I need any work done I will go there.
There's an older man who is always rude and short with me. I've been there several times and he always says he doesn't have what I need. I understand not having a part, I also understand when there's more to it.
Got stuck in a ditch. Called Insurance. Insurance got a hold of Oswalt for a tow. Had to leave the vehicle in ditch due to health issues. Oswalt never called, texted, or emailed myself OR the insurance that they were NOT going to tow the vehicle. Learned this by calling the insurance provider almost 24 hours of radio silence. Oswalt's reason: Our tow truck broke down. Oswalt claims they have a "fleet of trucks available 24/7" so this excuse is hard to accept. There is no excuse for NOT getting in touch with any party waiting on the tow (myself or the insurance provider). It is a good thing I did not stay with the vehicle because I would still be sitting in the ditch, in the snow and freezing weather, for almost 24 hours at this point.
I brought my car in after a trash truck hit my parked car. The trash company's insurance tried to low ball me on getting it fixed. My car had a clean title and they were wanting them to put used parts on it.... Ron not only fixed it and its looks AMAZING btw but he also dealt with the insurance for me. I would recommend Oswalts anyday!

Ron and Dustin, et. al. have done very good work for me. They are honest and rates are reasonable. Ron tells me that he is expensive, but that has not been my experience. His labor rates are very fair. Without any reservations, I would strongly recommend the Oswalt Collision Center and Wrecker Service to anyone who ask me! Keep up the good work, gentlemen.

Wonderful service,expert repairs.Oswalt is the top of the line for body repair. I have had several cars\truck at the Oswalt Collision Center and always am pleased with their work and kind ways. They also offer expert towing.
I needed the whole side of my car replaced. They were more than helpful and communicative. After the job was done the paint didn't settle correctly so it was a different color then the rest of the car. I called them and they repainted the whole side at no cost. I would recommend these guys to anyone. If you need work done to your car, talk to these guys to see what they can do for you.
Oswalt's help me out when I really needed it. They fixed my car great it was a very good experience the second one I've had with them. If I ever need anything with my car I will definitely take it there again. If anybody ever ask if we're to take their car it will definitely be there.
