Prior to bringing my SUV, I did an at home diagnostic with my FIXD app and sensor so I knew what would be the problem, they were honest with their inspection, we used to go to another popular car shop here and they told me I needed a new transmission, 8000-10000, turns out my car is still going great and I needed new brakes. Platinum Automotive is the best. Matt and the team are honest and hardworking. We once had an issue with the brakes on our family vehicle right before a trip to Texas. The parts would not come in on time, so Matt had his guys switch out the components from his own vehicle onto ours so that we could go on the trip. It was service above and beyond. I only take my vehicles to Platinum now and trust them to do right by me and my family.

Had a wiring issue with left side trun signal. Drop off it after hours the night before my appointment,and had it fixed on time as promised. Great people Highly recommended. Will be back (Hopefully not) LOL

Very good communication about my vehicle. I was texted with each issue to include pictures then followed with a phone call with explanations. A very outstanding system. I dealt with the technician who diagnosed and repaired all issues on my vehicle. Very well planned it can be frustrating with other Auto shops when having to speak with different people who are not part of the repair of the vehicle. Platinum Auto is on another level with team work and professional service. Pricing was reasonable matching other Auto shops in the area. The service was accurate and on point. I have a diagnostic tool at home I use before taking it in and they find the same issues and some times are able to determine other issues I miss showing pictures and explanations. Platinum Auto are my personal technicians now.
As a woman going to a shop has always been stressful but not at Platinum. The guys were easy to talk to and explained everything to me. Best of all not once did they try to upsell me anything

Platinum took great care of us. They did a total engine replacement for my son’s truck. We were kept updated, findings were explained, and the turn around time was surprisingly quick given the amount of work done. I highly recommend them for their quality, honest service. If you’ve been taken for a ride before when it comes to mechanics, give them a try. They will not disappoint.
We like taking the cars to Platinum because the staff are good to talk you thru the problems and give an estimate on costs. Plus the text with assessment & pictures of what concerns may arise later is a plus!!
Great service. Explain what they needed to do and took time answering my questions. Worked with me when my plans changed and I needed to get my vehicle back the same day when originally I thought I could leave it over night.
We have trusted all of our vehicles to Matt Reid and Platinum Automotive since it opened. Over these past many years, we have consistently found Platinum Automotive to listen to our needs, quickly diagnose our problem/s, promptly work to repair those issues as well as notify us of any potential problems observed. (We own a 70’s era classic Chevrolet that they recently identified as having an unusual electrical problem originating in the starter. They isolated the related problems, quickly made all necessary repairs, and later called to make sure the car was operating to our satisfaction!). We have been impressed with their courtesy, honesty, automotive knowledge, reasonable rates and overall family atmosphere. We feel comfortable encouraging others to check them out for their automotive needs as well.
Had my 08' Corolla's front rotors/pads replaced along with a rear drum clean and tighten. Brakes are very responsive now. Whole experience was good. Good communication with phone calls. Would recommend.
I would highly recommend Platinum Automotive. Ditch the quick service oil change places. The Prices are more then fair, service was prompt and Staff was friendly. No Pressure for additional services. Thanks guys.

I came in because of a check engine code. They told me they could easily fix it for me, but the car would be fine without that sensor. It’s been 2 years, still going strong. There honesty saved me $400.

The Platinum team is outstanding. Our daughter had an issue with her brakes and they got her car in the same day so she didn’t miss any work. My wife took our car in for troubleshooting an issue and they fixed it plus were honest and recommended not doing an expensive repair. Platinum’s integrity, responsiveness, and technical skills make them a pleasure to work with. We trust them to do things right.

Platinum Automotive truly saved the day!! My classic Ram truck stopped running on my way to work and I literally coasted into their shop. The team jumped into action quickly diagnosed a distributor issue, and had it fixed in no time. I was back on the road before I knew it. Incredible service, honest folks, and top-notch skill.
