My truck got hit in the rear end. Took it here and it was a great experience. Kept me informed on what eas going to be fixed and when it would be completed. Repairs look excellent. Highly recommend this shop.
I’ve had to use this company twice through my insurance to have my vehicles repaired. They’re communicative and do good work. The one time I did have an issue, was because the outside glass company that did the windshield for them installed the wrong windshield, but Jeff got everything sorted and that was fixed quickly. My most recent experience was wonderful, no problems at all.

Jeff went above and beyond to help me with my insurance claim. My claims Adjustor had a mixup and they had to work on my car twice. He helped me set up my rental and the work was amazing!
The communication was awesome. I was kept up to date on the repairs. My car was done in the promised timeframe and it looked wonderful. I was very happy with Main Street Auto Body & Tow.
Recently my car broke down and Main Street Towing was recommended to me by another auto shop. They were super friendly and helpful from the time I called until pick up. I was quoted an approximate time for pick up would be a couple of hours and he asked if that was okay. Luckily I was safe at home so that was fine. I was also quoted the cost involved which was also quite reasonable. Approximately ten minutes before arrival, the driver also called to inform me he was on his way. He was even helpful enough to inform me that my insurance would cover the cost of the tow as long as I had roadside assistance through my company. He was able to tow the vehicle to the auto shop I requested. I am very pleased with the customer service from start to finish. Thank you for making this inconvenient day go a bit more smoothly.
I had a very positive experience at Main Street Auto Body. They gave me a free estimate, were easy to work with, very professional, and did an excellent job repairing my car. I will definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend checking them out if you need your car repaired!
Hate to say this place is not very respectful to disabled Veterans nor helpful in general when someone runs into a problem. Granted it's not their fault it happened and I am sure they deal with a bunch of B.S. that is not my fault. Atleast be decent and try to work with people. Sad to say I would never call this place for a tow and would only call if they had a vehicle of mine which I just pray never happens again. Out of all the times I have had vehicle impounded this place is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. And like I said it's my fault for having to deal with them and I can say they are not Veteran Friendly!!
I was recommended by an insurance company to take my car in for repair after being in a minor collision. Main Street went above and beyond to get my car fixed quickly, efficiently and the results were exceptional. Everyone was very nice as well.
The 2 young guys who to help me out in an unexpected situation were super nice and very helpful. An unusual tow became a no brainer for these guys . Made me feel a lot better. They are now the only tow service I use. Even gave me a ride back to town.
My daughter broke down this afternoon on her way to work. I called Main Street and their guy, Jason, was there right away, which I was very thankful for, the vehicle was on a really busy street. He was even able to drop her off at work while doing the tow to the shop, they did a great job.
My car broke down on a Sunday at 8am - Jason from Main Street Tow was the only one who answered! He was able to get on Ft. Leavenworth and two the car within 30 minutes. I was very impressed. I am only here temporarily and he recommended Advanced Auto Truck & Trailer for the repair. Very very pleased with his recommendation. Jason was really helpful and friendly - I would 100% recommend Main Street Tow for any emergency situation. Best in the Leavenworth Lansing area!
This is what you are going to get when you do business with Jeff and his crew: Your vehicle will be cared for by true car guys who take pride in what they do. You will be treated like they value your business and your work will be done better than you hoped and all at a reasonable price. This is the only place I will take my vehicles for all repair needs.
Had a few minor scratches in my paint that I wanted to get touched up. These guys only took 20 minutes and didn’t even charge me! Great customer service, I’ll come back if I need anything in the future.
I highly recommend this business if you have been in an accident and need repair done! Jeff was a huge help in sorting details out with insurance. The whole team was incredibly kind easy to work with, and quick!
