  Consistently much later than promised, by up to 2 hours. Avoid if you have a choice. Edit to reply to response: I deal with crisis in my daily job. I don't promise I'm on my way when I'm not. Taking off one more star for this BS response.

  I never leave reviews but this one striked a nerve. They told there were going to be there soon to tow my vehicle and never came. I called 3 hours later and told had to wait an hour, then i waited an hour and still dndt come. I even called and the guy said no one was informed about it and he hung up on me while i was still talking. I know there’s pressure sometimes but thats mad disrespectful!!

  These guys are amazing. I called for a tow to the dealership because my car wouldn't start. They came out, tested the battery, and got me running. Informed me that they would bring a battery to me and install. Didn't need a tow, and only charged me for the battery installation.

  My property management company had a contract with the company for parking lot maintenance (towing of cars that are inappropriately parked or in someone else's paid spot). I called to get service and have found that even though we have a contract, they are no longer serving us. A call would've been nice. Not impressed by the woman's catty attitude when I called to inquire why they didn't respond to our last call. 10/10 would not recommend.

  Dispatch was a great first impression. Very friendly receptionist. Said she would have someone out within the hour. Dakota was great! Very friendly and professional. Called me with a time estimate right away and was on time. Easy pleasant process for a misfortune breakdown. Thanks Dakota and Midwest Tow! Would highly recommend.

  Really frustrated with this company! I put in a service request at 9:25pm. I did not recieve a call from the driver until 10:54pm, saying he would be there in 45 minutes. In between that time, I called the company to ask the estimated time. The dispatcher did not give me any answers other than the driver was on his way and would call me. It seems there is a communication problem or a lack of staffing. Super frustrating to pay for something that is such terrible service! This is the second time I hava had a similar experience with this company. Something needs to change, please!!

  Terrible place people with nasty attitudes. Had an accident and told them to tow vehicle to body shop but instead they took it to their tow yard and then proceeded to charge us $30 a day. When we went to get it they refused to let us get it, yes we had title and tried to pay but they refused. We had to call the police to deal with them. Worst business ever. If I could give them a negative star I would.
