The associates that work here are so nice and helpful. I just wish that the delivery service was a little better. A problem that I consistently have is not getting notified when my order has been delivered. Other than that, its a great service.
This is my second time trying to get an oil change from here. The first time they was rude as soon as I walked through the door try to say I didn’t have an appointment which I did showed email and text as proof. To the point that the lady try to say my car wasn’t under my name to get the oil change. So I left after about 10 minutes going back and forth with the lady. Then yesterday 9/28/25 tried again to remind you it’s been about a year since the last incident.I have a 3:30pm appointment get their at 3:15pm now it’s 4:30 so I ask for a update he stated there is 2 cars in front of me and tgey close at 6:00pm so it probably won’t get done today. Then goes on to say they are short staff but 3 people sitting around talking. I left and went to Valvoline off of Johnson drive was in and out less then 20mins with no attitude from employees. I will never go back to this Walmart. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!
Was followed around the entire time i was there and the Loss Prevention guy made it so obvious that he was watching me that the other costomers were giving me strange looks .

This is a strange walmart. Their clothing section is larger than the entire grocery section, and they carry no fresh produce or meat. But some of the food they do have is odd things or weird flavors that I haven't seen at other walmarts. For reference, the photo is theory entire oce cream selection. However, the employee I spoke to was very kind and friendly. Everyone who worked there seemed very nice
This Walmart is good & Close for Items you need Now!! This Walmart doesn't have a Produce Department or a Bakery. It has an Isle that has Refrigerated items. But it doesn't carry a Wide Selection of Items. Milk, Bacon, butter, Juice. Ect. In this 1 Isle of Refrigerated items.
Got some clearance clothes and an oil change. Walmart + App issues and sometimes they need more help in automotive cashiering to get people checked in and out.
I bought four brand-new Goodyear tires from Walmart, along with the full warranty and coverage, thinking I’d have peace of mind if anything ever went wrong. That couldn’t have been further from the truth. When one of the tires started leaking air rapidly, I called almost two hours before closing and was told to bring it in — that they might be able to take care of it. That gave me hope.
But when I arrived, they turned me away and said I needed an appointment. No urgency, no willingness to help, despite the dangerous condition of the tire and the fact that I had coverage. It felt like they just didn’t care.
I was left with no choice but to stop and refill the tire every few blocks just to make it to a nearby tire shop — not Walmart. The entire experience was frustrating, stressful, and honestly a huge letdown. I trusted Walmart to stand behind what they sell, and they completely failed. After this, I won’t ever rely on them for tire service — or anything important — again.
Product abilities is great and prices are great, but employees are very rude and make rude comments in front of young children and follow people around like everybody is shoplifting while you can clearly see other people shoplifting and they’re not doing a thing about it
I shopped at Walmart on Frontage Rd and Farley today. I was planning to buy cosmetics. In fact, I was going to buy more expensive ones than usual. All the cosmetics were locked behind glass. I liked going to this store. It is smaller than most other Walmart stores in this area. I know where most items are located. It does not take long to finish my shopping. I will not shop there or any other Walmart again.

no matter how "long" the line looks i promise its not and its worth it. Great selection, price to portion is great and friendly staff. I only would change one thing and thats more locations
This location specifically likes to list things for one price in the store and then they ring up as more expensive. When you bring it to their attention they argue and say “the listed price is wrong.” Seriously about to call corporate and complain about this store because every single time I go, this happens. And the little old ladies at the self check out are rude and uninterested in anything you say. They dismiss it and say pay that price or we’ll take it off for you. So either someone needs to get on the price changes on the shelves or they need to do their job when it’s brought to their attention and change it.
I got a money order today and it was the first time I had ever been asked for my ID. I have gotten money orders a handful of times at this location but was told it has been like this for at least a year now. New news to me.
Less selection of bike accessories. Worst, I asked for a refund, and the customer service lady says she'll be a bar code. I got my item and started walking off. She watched me walk away.
I decided to come back and ask to see the manager if I could grab the item for a bar code. That was when she finally said I could do that. When I went to look for the product, the selection was a lot smaller that they didn't even have the item.
The store is definitely showing it's age now (I went to it as a kid back in the early 1990s) with poor lighting, low-quality Muzak music playing over the PA system, and a cramped layout both inside the store and the parking lot.
I can tell that this location isn't one of Walmart's highest priorities (there are definitely nicer Walmart locations), but it's fine and the employees are nice.
Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever had I waited 30 minutes for them to tell me if they had a certain item no one came back from looking spoke to 4 different people all rude normally I’m really chill about everything but it was a terrible experience even the manager was very unprofessional and unhelpful if I could give 0 stars I would
What can I say about Walmart no more than it's the best store in the world I call it my one stop store because they have everything and the staff is very helpful and friendly
Storm knock the power out 2 hours ago and they refuse to let the workers leave?? Sounds like slavery to me because what is there to do that can’t wait til the power comes back on??? That’s not safe.
Nobody knows where anything is. Everyone says this ain't my dept. If you call they're in the middle of shift charge so no one is in their dept. And the lady asked did I want to wait awhile anyways. If they answer before the 6th ring at all!
Many times, I have experienced empty shelves where the products I want are not there... The store manager relies on computers to say that a product is out of stock... The Walmart stores has this concept that only 3 units per item can be ordered either every week or month cycle, which is completely absurd to me.. How many items are ordered needs to be monitored by a human, not a computer, because humans do not behave like computer simulation...
I'd like to shove this idea up the hole where the sun never shines, of the upper managers that came up with that stupid idea!! So, I give all Walmarts a failing grade!
I'm waiting for the Walmarts of today to become the K-Marts of a few years back to become extinct !!!
One more gripe. The store in question needs to have their entire parking lot re-paved.. not just potholes repaired but the entire parking lot.. It just planely sucks!!
I picked up a prescription for my son's dog. The technician was so polite and caring. The pharmacist was very informative, explaining the drug interactions for the dog. This pharmacy is the absolute best to get your medications.
I placed an appointment via the Walmart App for an oil change. Johnathan, was very quick, professional, and courteous with checking me in. The Automotive department was very busy, but he was very attentive to everyone. Kudos to him! I shopped while my car was serviced. When I picked up my vehicle, it was promptly ready. I read through my receipt and noticed Edgar was the service tech. Thank you Edgar! Please pass along my appreciation!! 5 stars!!! Thank you!

Yes, you read that right—there is only one cashier overseeing a kingdom of twelve self-checkout stations. And the self-checkout guardians? They are sworn by oath never to leave their post, nor are they equipped with a walkie-talkie to summon help. It’s like a tragic Shakespearean play where everyone is bound by an absurd set of rules.
What should have been a five-minute trip turned into 25 minutes of retail limbo. At one point, I genuinely expected Ashton Kutcher to jump out and tell me I was being punked. But alas, no cameras, no pranks—just Walmart in all its chaotic glory.
If you enjoy unnecessary challenges and testing the limits of your patience, this is the store for you. Otherwise, may I suggest Amazon?
This Walmart was clean and well stocked. The item I was looking for was easily found. I’m not a big fan of scan it yourself , it makes the experience even less personal.
