I’m going to base this off the service of the store which was really decent. Everyone was very friendly and supportive; so, I don’t want to crush them on the stars.
BE AWARE THEY TAKE APPOINTMENTS AND PRIORITIZE APPOINTMENTS. That means, while I’ve been doing walk ins at Wal-Mart for about 20+ years, I’m now stuck in an endless wait cycle due to appointments that might or might not happen. So far, the weight has been many hours with no end in sight. So, either have an appointment or stay away from this location. It’s a smaller store and seems completely understaffed; so, although they will check your car in, you will wait till they have enough time between appointments… so, you will be waiting forever.
What an awful Walmart… the grocery isle is a joke. The staff is fine, it’s the corporate penny pinchers that don’t upgrade this Walmart. You owe us more than this, do Better
Honestly the Walmart was pretty cool however I struggled to find the corn syrup. I genuinely felt like monkey D Luffy looking for the one piece, so maybe add a dedicated corn syrup aisle with neon lights and arrows for the people who are like me and cannot find corn syrup in a grocery store
Walmart associates were friendly and helpful, but the MJ Holdings vendor was rude and unprofessional. He told eight customers not to “waste our day standing in line” because he wouldn’t be there next Wednesday. We waited over an hour and a half while he restocked sealed trading card products. The comment was unnecessary and disrespectful, especially given how long everyone waited. I hope MJ Holdings addresses this kind of customer interaction.
Basically no food, theyll flag you for theft during your self checkout process, and any clearance items have to be individually approved by managers making the entire checkout process so long and annoying
We were told to pickup after 11am. Arrived at 11am and then were notified it was delayed without a pickup time. Customer service was no help. Finally received a text after 2pm the product was ready. Had to make 2 trips total.
This is the strangest walmart I have ever been in. As far as the supercenter goes its like a store and a half. If you're interested in just the general merchandise or clothing then their selection is abundant and they always have clearance racks of clothes at affordable prices for the most part. However don't go to this walmart if you're wanting to buy groceries more than one or two items. Their grocery section is an abbreviated version with limited product selections. They dont have any "fresh" meat products, all of the meats are frozen. For example they only carry a one pound package of 80/20 ground beef and it is frozen, and that's it, there aren't any other choices for ground beef. I always forget until im pulling in to parking lot, that they do not carry the ground beef and pork blend that I feed one of my dogs and I get instantly mad when I end up there, cuz I will have to feed her either the frozen ground beef or find a different walmart.
Auto care sucks you guys need to learn how to properly do your jobs! 11 ppl standing around talking and scratching there heads like we got the blind leading the blind dropped my tire off at 10 am they said there’s only 4 cars ahead of you!. I showed up to pick up my tire at 4pm and the damn tire hadn’t even been touched yet and somehow the same story was given to me about how there are still 4 cars ahead of you sir!!! It takes 15 mins to put a new tire on a rim with a machine google it kids!
I really like this Walmart; it's always clean and you can always find everything. They're never out of stock, so if you're planning to go, don't hesitate.
The story is very small in comparison to the remainder of the stores that you're probably used to shopping within. Because of this it is fairly easy to navigate. Leslie management is to be commended for putting together a very friendly and helpful staff
This location closes at 11. I understand that. I was at the door at 10:57 and it was locked. I also understand that is very close to the 11pm closing time. I needed ONE item, an aluminum Pan that I forgot to get, and the lady told me they were already closed and I couldnt get it. She said no one could check me out when one of the self checkouts had a green light. Its the day before THANKSGIVING and I couldnt get 1 item. I would have been out of the store before 11. Happy holidays to you too. Trash.
This may be a small but still good variety especially for clothes not so much food their food selection is scarce but basic needs can still be meet here for our
Items are never in stock and the secret shoppers and police are wild. I almost always feel guilty in this location although I'm not doing anything wrong.
Walmart needs to train their employees on basic customer communication. As soon as I entered the self-checkout area, staff started shouting “Card only!” without even giving customers a chance to respond. I can read, and I do have a card — there’s no need to talk down to people. Respectful communication should be part of employee training.
The associates that work here are so nice and helpful. I just wish that the delivery service was a little better. A problem that I consistently have is not getting notified when my order has been delivered. Other than that, its a great service.
This is my second time trying to get an oil change from here. The first time they was rude as soon as I walked through the door try to say I didn’t have an appointment which I did showed email and text as proof. To the point that the lady try to say my car wasn’t under my name to get the oil change. So I left after about 10 minutes going back and forth with the lady. Then yesterday 9/28/25 tried again to remind you it’s been about a year since the last incident.I have a 3:30pm appointment get their at 3:15pm now it’s 4:30 so I ask for a update he stated there is 2 cars in front of me and tgey close at 6:00pm so it probably won’t get done today. Then goes on to say they are short staff but 3 people sitting around talking. I left and went to Valvoline off of Johnson drive was in and out less then 20mins with no attitude from employees. I will never go back to this Walmart. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!
Was followed around the entire time i was there and the Loss Prevention guy made it so obvious that he was watching me that the other costomers were giving me strange looks .
This is a strange walmart. Their clothing section is larger than the entire grocery section, and they carry no fresh produce or meat. But some of the food they do have is odd things or weird flavors that I haven't seen at other walmarts. For reference, the photo is theory entire oce cream selection. However, the employee I spoke to was very kind and friendly. Everyone who worked there seemed very nice
This Walmart is good & Close for Items you need Now!! This Walmart doesn't have a Produce Department or a Bakery. It has an Isle that has Refrigerated items. But it doesn't carry a Wide Selection of Items. Milk, Bacon, butter, Juice. Ect. In this 1 Isle of Refrigerated items.
I bought four brand-new Goodyear tires from Walmart, along with the full warranty and coverage, thinking I’d have peace of mind if anything ever went wrong. That couldn’t have been further from the truth. When one of the tires started leaking air rapidly, I called almost two hours before closing and was told to bring it in — that they might be able to take care of it. That gave me hope. But when I arrived, they turned me away and said I needed an appointment. No urgency, no willingness to help, despite the dangerous condition of the tire and the fact that I had coverage. It felt like they just didn’t care. I was left with no choice but to stop and refill the tire every few blocks just to make it to a nearby tire shop — not Walmart. The entire experience was frustrating, stressful, and honestly a huge letdown. I trusted Walmart to stand behind what they sell, and they completely failed. After this, I won’t ever rely on them for tire service — or anything important — again.
Product abilities is great and prices are great, but employees are very rude and make rude comments in front of young children and follow people around like everybody is shoplifting while you can clearly see other people shoplifting and they’re not doing a thing about it
I shopped at Walmart on Frontage Rd and Farley today. I was planning to buy cosmetics. In fact, I was going to buy more expensive ones than usual. All the cosmetics were locked behind glass. I liked going to this store. It is smaller than most other Walmart stores in this area. I know where most items are located. It does not take long to finish my shopping. I will not shop there or any other Walmart again.
LOVE!!!!! no matter how "long" the line looks i promise its not and its worth it. Great selection, price to portion is great and friendly staff. I only would change one thing and thats more locations
This location specifically likes to list things for one price in the store and then they ring up as more expensive. When you bring it to their attention they argue and say “the listed price is wrong.” Seriously about to call corporate and complain about this store because every single time I go, this happens. And the little old ladies at the self check out are rude and uninterested in anything you say. They dismiss it and say pay that price or we’ll take it off for you. So either someone needs to get on the price changes on the shelves or they need to do their job when it’s brought to their attention and change it.
Less selection of bike accessories. Worst, I asked for a refund, and the customer service lady says she'll be a bar code. I got my item and started walking off. She watched me walk away.
I decided to come back and ask to see the manager if I could grab the item for a bar code. That was when she finally said I could do that. When I went to look for the product, the selection was a lot smaller that they didn't even have the item.
This Walmart was clean and well stocked. The item I was looking for was easily found. I’m not a big fan of scan it yourself , it makes the experience even less personal.
