This location SUCKS. Multiple times this has happened.
Most recent, On the app, basic medical item was in stock, in store it's not available. I get told in heavily accented broken English to "order it in the app" and you can pick it up tonight after 8pm.
No, when the store use to say in stock it actually meant in stock and an actual human, not these robotic slaves, could help you find it.
Im in pain and wont "order on the app" I should be able walk in and get a BASIC replacement pad for my device.
Wal-Mart Supercenter is the best place to shop! The only thing that I do not buy there is my bread because it is always old, and hard. I buy everything else that I need there because the prices are the lowest around, and the quality is quite decent.
If you want never get what you ordered at a bakery shop here. Put in an order for 2 cakes. The person who does the cakes hadn't showed up for 2 weeks no one called and told us the order would not be ready. Tried to pick them up before the party and no cakes. Never order from here again
To give context I have stage 3 bone cancer and it is extremely painful for me to walk unless I am accompanied by a pain medication. I as per usual used the mobility scooters available for people who struggle with handicaps like for example myself. Immediately in the store i was followed by a short bald man (presumably 5’2) and he made me feel insecure about my disability. He also made comments to an accompanied friend calling him “fatty” as well as multiple slurs targeted towards Asian persons. I will not be returning to this Walmart as I felt unwelcome and discriminated against by the workers.
Very stupid. Has their beauty section locked up for some odd reason but when you want someone to come unlock it they take five years. They should have someone standing there. Again stupid as hell
Worst Walmart in town. The only Walmart that doesn’t price match (to their own online prices). All staff was extremely rude when asking for help especially those at the self checkout. Mark the manager was not only rude but super dismissive. If I could give 0 stars I would. They need better training or just new staff.
I'd ordered a picture frame for pickup at this Walmart on Friday 12/12/25. I'd come to the pickup spot and put the parking number and car color just like normal and waited for about 45 minutes for someone to come with my item. It was very busy so I was patient. It wasn't until I noticed the car that had just pulled up next to us got their items immediately, I knew something was wrong. So I checked my Walmart app which said that my item had already been picked up?! So I called the store 3 times to try and speak with someone about it. All 3 times I wasn't able to speak with anyone or leave a voicemail because it would just ring for 10 minutes and then disconnect on me. So I waited until an employee came out to someone else's car to ask him about my order. He scrolled on his device to look for my order but said since it's already showing as "Picked Up" there was nothing he could do. So I asked him what am I supposed to do then? And he told me to ask for a refund and reorder the item. He didn't sound too sure of himself though as I think he couldn't have been older than high school age. But I still took his advice and left that Walmart empty handed Friday night. Immediately I reached out to Walmart support and was told that someone from their refund department would email me and my refund would be processed in 42-78 hours. Well, this is the email I received from Jayden Cotton:

So, I reached out to Walmart support once again this morning to make sure that I was still getting my refund, and to my utter shock and horror, there was no refund status to check.
I know the kid who tried to help at this location is not to blame for this, but I need my money back so I can reorder this item before Christmas. Thank you for taking the time to rectify this situation.
Excellent shopping at reasonable prices. The store app is especially useful when you're searching for an item you don't buy regularly. Love the Equate version of most products; less expensive and great quality.
workers at the self check-out are useless. they let customers cut other customers by not directing traffic. the lines to check-out are almost a 20 minute wait. it was so unorganized and crowded at the check-out line, i was smacked by a shopping cart twice while waiting in line. i will never shop here again & will tell everyone i know not to as well. so many other places to shop where the people aren't rude & the staff are helpful. do yourself a favor and spend your money at those places, not here.
The store is easy to locate, they resurfaced the parking lot recently so nice and smooth for those accessing with a wheelchair or elderly walking from the handicapped parking. The store has pretty good selection of produce. They keep it stocked up pretty well since the store is not open 24hrs as some stores use to be. I usually find everything I come for or an alternative item.
The people stocking the shelves are very friendly and helpful. I wish I new the name of the girl that helped me. She couldn't speak a link of English. But! She used her phone to navigate the communication barrier. And got me to what I was looking for. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I swear to the HVAC gods. Thank you sweetheart
Had an appointment for 11 am for new tires install. First they couldn't find our tires that were ordered and verified. Then they took 1.5 hours to even get the vehicle in the bay. Received three emails and four different texts saying tires there and appointment confirmed. Worst Walmart tire center ever never going back.
Try.\n Not to go here, not only are the people that walk around the store shopping are rude. A lot of times the people working are rude. Never have anything in stock. It's all online. I want to go out and shop. I don't need to be social online. I need to be social in public. We need to get off our butts and do our own things and stop shopping online when I need something, I need it today like a broken vacuum sweeper, belt, I don't need it 3 days, 4 days or a week later.
Bought ground beef for $22 dollars at 4.5 lbs when I got home and opened the package the meat was brown on the inside but looked pink and fresh from the outside. Beware unhappy customers.
Walmart was freezing, it was raining hard outside to add to normal coldness. They could probably save quite a bit by increasing the temperature to 70 degrees. Cover some of those open coolers. Why does a store want shoppers to hurry through the store due to freezing. I buy more the longer I am there. Self check out was backed up, most of us are not very proficient self check out and bagging. Too many businesses are opting for less customer service, real people, when we have such a high baby boomer population. Quik check is great maybe... But full carts
They need to inspect their self checkout machines for SKIMMING DEVICES. On multiple occasions over the past few weeks, the chip reader was not working on multiple machines and I was forced to swipe my card. I don’t think there is any coincidence that nearly $2k went missing out of my bank account considering how easy it is in 2025 to steal someone’s card info from the magnetic stripe. MESSAGE TO STORE MANAGER: HAVE ALL SELF-CHECKOUT DEVICES INSPECTED FOR CARD SKIMMERS!
Ordered pictures to be printed got to Walmart right on time as I was walking in I got an email say there was a delay. Went back to the photo counter there wasn’t anyone there to answer questions. The email didn’t give a time as to when the photos will be ready. ALL WALMARTS IN KANSAS AND MISSOURI ARE NOT VERY WELL RAN. They need more training
This Walmart Optical is a joke. My glasses are bent and I was hoping to get them fixed… should be pretty simple right? The employee told me if she broke my glasses it “wasn’t her problem,” then bent them around like a toddler with a toy. Spoiler: they’re still crooked. If you value your eyewear, avoid this place — they have no skill, no professionalism, and no business touching anyone’s glasses. Absolutely atrocious service. If I wanted them snapped in half I would have done it myself. People’s stupidity never fails to amaze me..
I have been overseas for a while, but Walmart is as I remembered it before. Affordable prices and decent options. The only negative thing I personally would say is the lack of tap-to-pay. I personally like the convenience of not having to pull out my physical card to potentially get skimmed or info taken and just use my phone or smart watch.
I had an appointment for an oil change . I got there 15 min early but no employee was either at the shop or front desk. So, I wait until past my appointment time still nobody there. I asked an associate on the sales floor, who got me an auto care employee. She talked to me while she was on her phone just to say the system was done all day. I went to customer service desk and asked about a,manager on duty. Some guy came out and asked me " whats up?". without introducing himself nor having the professional attitude. I had to ask him his name he said he is the asset protection. He did refuse to give me his full name just his first one, Steven. I did request to talk to a manager on duty but he claimed he is the one in charge!!!???. Well, I did ask him that they should have tge courtesy to call or email customers in situation such as no service . His reply was the whole autocare team called in and there is nothing he could do. Well, I should of just left at tge first place when I could not get my car serviced but I acted as a loyal customer towards my store.and I believe Any customer is entitled to getting listened. When I mentioned that I am going to bring tge whole matter to corporate, that when he starting to act like an employee offering me if he could do a $5 gift card. That's funny!! All I needed is to let them know that customers time and loyalty are precious that the store should have some courtesy and respect . Well, I had to leave and made the decision to never come back nor bring them any business of any kind.
I take my family here once or twice a week for groceries, and it’s always a good experience. I feel safe every time I visit, and the prices are solid. I was able to spend just $100 and got enough for two full meals plus snacks for the whole family. Definitely a great value!
Visited on a rainy Sunday and had a surprisingly pleasant experience. The store wasn’t crowded, which made shopping peaceful and stress-free. Checkout was quick and efficient, and I found everything I needed - good quality stuff across the aisles. Clean, organized, and overall a smooth shopping trip. Will definitely return!
Visited this Walmart during a trip to the Kansas City area and it was not bad. The store was clean and well organized. It was easy to get in and out of and had everything I needed. The typical amenities were available like self-checkout, among other things. Overall not a bad store.
I made an online order with $350 worth of food and home products because i’m staying at a hotel and have no transportation. I also left a nice wealthy tip but for some reason i’m getting notifications that I need to substitute but then there would be things like the candle lighter I ordered was unavailable so the X it out as a whole. I proceed to text my shopper can you pick up any lighter and get no reply. It like the worker is being lazy not even trying and I spent a lot of money for nothing to be found or substituted. So I call the walmart online order department they don’t pick up so I called the store. A lady picks and I say Hi I made a online order and before I could say anything else about how they aren’t picking up she rushes me off and says she putting me to the other line for online orders it rang for well over 5 minutes repeatedly and I hang up and call the store again No pick up. Workers need to stop being lazy and do their job. I spent my hard earned money and was generous enough for a great tip and can’t even get a good experience. I would’ve doordashed groceries instead. Even look at the bagging just careless. If I could’ve took my tip back I would’ve and I understand why people don’t tip. Also he went by the name of Adrian.
Super Center I always go here for groceries, cosmetics, etc. They have fresh items. Friendly and helpful staff. The store is busy all day. Parking is little bit tough because of the crowd.
It’s one of the smaller Walmart Super center’s but it’s really nice. The store is always clean. Depending on when you go the lines can get crazy. Plus, their parking lot is a crazy mess if you go during a popular time. The employees are friendly.
