The people stocking the shelves are very friendly and helpful. I wish I new the name of the girl that helped me. She couldn't speak a link of English. But! She used her phone to navigate the communication barrier. And got me to what I was looking for. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I swear to the HVAC gods. Thank you sweetheart

Had an appointment for 11 am for new tires install. First they couldn't find our tires that were ordered and verified. Then they took 1.5 hours to even get the vehicle in the bay. Received three emails and four different texts saying tires there and appointment confirmed. Worst Walmart tire center ever never going back.

Try.\n Not to go here, not only are the people that walk around the store shopping are rude. A lot of times the people working are rude. Never have anything in stock. It's all online. I want to go out and shop. I don't need to be social online. I need to be social in public. We need to get off our butts and do our own things and stop shopping online when I need something, I need it today like a broken vacuum sweeper, belt, I don't need it 3 days, 4 days or a week later.

Bought ground beef for $22 dollars at 4.5 lbs when I got home and opened the package the meat was brown on the inside but looked pink and fresh from the outside. Beware unhappy customers.

Walmart was freezing, it was raining hard outside to add to normal coldness. They could probably save quite a bit by increasing the temperature to 70 degrees. Cover some of those open coolers. Why does a store want shoppers to hurry through the store due to freezing. I buy more the longer I am there. Self check out was backed up, most of us are not very proficient self check out and bagging. Too many businesses are opting for less customer service, real people, when we have such a high baby boomer population. Quik check is great maybe... But full carts

They need to inspect their self checkout machines for SKIMMING DEVICES. On multiple occasions over the past few weeks, the chip reader was not working on multiple machines and I was forced to swipe my card. I don’t think there is any coincidence that nearly $2k went missing out of my bank account considering how easy it is in 2025 to steal someone’s card info from the magnetic stripe. MESSAGE TO STORE MANAGER: HAVE ALL SELF-CHECKOUT DEVICES INSPECTED FOR CARD SKIMMERS!

Ordered pictures to be printed got to Walmart right on time as I was walking in I got an email say there was a delay. Went back to the photo counter there wasn’t anyone there to answer questions. The email didn’t give a time as to when the photos will be ready. ALL WALMARTS IN KANSAS AND MISSOURI ARE NOT VERY WELL RAN. They need more training

This Walmart Optical is a joke. My glasses are bent and I was hoping to get them fixed… should be pretty simple right? The employee told me if she broke my glasses it “wasn’t her problem,” then bent them around like a toddler with a toy. Spoiler: they’re still crooked. If you value your eyewear, avoid this place — they have no skill, no professionalism, and no business touching anyone’s glasses. Absolutely atrocious service. If I wanted them snapped in half I would have done it myself. People’s stupidity never fails to amaze me..

I have been overseas for a while, but Walmart is as I remembered it before. Affordable prices and decent options. The only negative thing I personally would say is the lack of tap-to-pay. I personally like the convenience of not having to pull out my physical card to potentially get skimmed or info taken and just use my phone or smart watch.

I had an appointment for an oil change . I got there 15 min early but no employee was either at the shop or front desk. So, I wait until past my appointment time still nobody there. I asked an associate on the sales floor, who got me an auto care employee. She talked to me while she was on her phone just to say the system was done all day. I went to customer service desk and asked about a,manager on duty. Some guy came out and asked me " whats up?". without introducing himself nor having the professional attitude. I had to ask him his name he said he is the asset protection. He did refuse to give me his full name just his first one, Steven. I did request to talk to a manager on duty but he claimed he is the one in charge!!!???. Well, I did ask him that they should have tge courtesy to call or email customers in situation such as no service . His reply was the whole autocare team called in and there is nothing he could do. Well, I should of just left at tge first place when I could not get my car serviced but I acted as a loyal customer towards my store.and I believe Any customer is entitled to getting listened. When I mentioned that I am going to bring tge whole matter to corporate, that when he starting to act like an employee offering me if he could do a $5 gift card. That's funny!! All I needed is to let them know that customers time and loyalty are precious that the store should have some courtesy and respect . Well, I had to leave and made the decision to never come back nor bring them any business of any kind.

They rarely have the items I need in stock for delivery. Even after it says it's available online, they won't give it to you. How on earth do you not have a highlighter and notebook in the entire store?? They also don't pick up the phone. When they do, they quickly cut you off and transfer you to a line that won't pick up. Incredibly frustrating.

We have visited this Walmart many times, and there’s a clear pattern that feels discriminatory. Every time we leave, the door attendant stops us to check our receipts, while many other customers are allowed to walk out without being checked. This has happened repeatedly and makes us feel singled out simply because we are from another country. All customers should be treated the same, regardless of their background. This biased treatment is unacceptable, shameful, and reflects very poorly on the store’s management. If this behavior continues, it will only drive loyal customers away.

From out of town and had a nail in my tire. No big deal I'll go by Walmart (where I got the tires) and have them patch it so I can get back home 3hrs away. To my surprise they had no openings to help me, its 630pm at this point. I went to that walmart because it was the closest to me. When I pulled up they had only one car in the bay and still refused to help because they close in 30. I asked them in the phone if they had a lug wrench I could borrow and they told me no and to just go in the store to buy one.

Terrible customer service as every other Walmart. The teenager in the electronics section didn't want to match a Walmart.com price for a Switch system. He said these prices online were only to increase foot traffic at the stores, yeah right. After I said Walmart stores must match online prices if requested (Walmart policy), he told me the people that could do the price matching were not there. I ended asking another employee for a manager and after several minutes waiting for somebody went to my car and placed the order online (to pick up at the same Walmart next day), I had enough...

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They rarely have the things you need in stock. Many of the associates are rude and unhelpful. The TIRE, Lube and Express is a joke. It might as well be renamed TO Tired, Needs Lubed and nothing Express about it. The lady that works back there needs an attitude adjustment. Walmart has just gone so far down hill from the way Sam Walton wanted it. Instead of wasting money on this store to revamp it, they should just remove it.

I take my family here once or twice a week for groceries, and it’s always a good experience. I feel safe every time I visit, and the prices are solid. I was able to spend just $100 and got enough for two full meals plus snacks for the whole family. Definitely a great value!

Several times now I’ve come into the store to buy cosmetic products. If there is nobody around it’s very frustrating. I will not be buying products anymore. I don’t know why you can’t have somebody standing there all the time if you’re gonna lock everything up.

They are a rip-off and don't care about the consumer. They have owed me almost 50 dollars since June 7 even filed a dispute. Nothing after my bank sending several requests for payment and the customer service is very very rude. I just want 50 dollars for something I paid for but didn't get!!!!!!

Doesn’t even rate a single star. Wanted to buy something from the cosmetics department and of course no one was there. Hunted down 4 different employees for them all to say “I don’t know, maybe they are at lunch. Go to customer service.? 1st off if your going to lock it all up and the employee goes to lunch at 9:45 a.m. I suggest you have someone to cover the area. As I stood at customer service for 20 seconds with the individual behind the counter on their personal phone, the employee says “oh, how can I help you?” I politely asked the individual to get someone over to cosmetics. 2 minutes go by the announcement goes out over head, all garbled and soft. So no surprise to me when no one showed up. Extremely poor management of employees. Poor leadership and when asked for a manager not a single employee knew how to contact or find one. The absolute worst Walmart I have had the displeasure of visiting. I never go to any Walmart with expectations of stellar performance or customer service but hands down the worst Walmart. Corporate needs to rethink leadership at this place.

Andrew was amazing. I went to get a $2 bucket for my feet to soak since they hurt me terribly however Andrew helped me get an amazing foot bath tub which helps a lot. If you're reading this, I truly want to appreciate your time and efforts. Walmart definition has a great employee with great customer service.

I went shopping here with my friend tonight. The staff were very helpful in guiding us! But we forgot our stuff even though we paid in cash! What should we do to get our stuff back! They are hair, nail, skin growth candy, chia seeds, fish oil. I feel very sad and worried whether I will get my stuff back or not! How can I get my stuff back?

I have been having my groceries delivered weekly for several month now from Walmart. They have correctly delivered my groceries maybe 4 times. This week they have left out one of my items and I can easily have them return my money, but to have them bring me what was supposed to be delivered, I will have to spend another $35 (they’re minimum) to have it delivered even though they forgot to give me what I had already paid for. Last week I received all of my groceries + 23 items we did not order. We tried to tell someone, but Walmart does not seem to care. I pay for this serious and I would like my concerns about how this keeps getting screwed up to stop falling on deaf ears. You are about to loose my business. You may not care, but I am the only one I know who still buys groceries from you, so I would think you’d be concerned. Maybe and my friends and family are smarter to go somewhere else.

Went for an oil change Tech claims my dipstick was broken upon arrival but that was a lie Asked to see a video after they said I could and they changed the story line twice. I did not get to see a video and I had to go off of the word of a Walmart employee. If your are looking for honest professionals don’t come here!!!!!

Well it's a Walmart. Sure, they have a wide variety of products. It's true that they often have a lower price than most other places. They lose points for only ever having one person staffing the customer service desk. There can be 8 or 10 people waiting in line but they don't bother calling up any support. The staff aren't as friendly as the brand would like you to believe. Many times directing customers to the register as a cattle driver might drive cattle

Normally I would praise a remodeled Walmart with no security issues. However the issues is something entirely different. The pickup lines have been so long I have wasted so much time sitting here. I do not understand why this Walmart had such an issue delivering my pickup order.

You can pay four people to follow me around the store, but you can't pay one person to answer the phone. Now I have to show up at your store (planned I'm sure) and wander around aimlessly to see if you have what I'm looking for. Chances are you won't. So while I am there getting no help and the four people from loss prevention are following me around, I hope the rest of your customers are robbing you blind, because you robbed us of the customer care that the mom and pop stores used to give us.

Okay. So I went to buy water, and there were no prices on the bottled water that come in packages. And so as I looked to the gallon, there were not even any labels on some of the water bottles. How's that happened? It Must Be Free.!!!LOL

Walmart - Metcalf Avenue. Visited on a rainy Sunday and had a surprisingly pleasant experience. The store wasn’t crowded, which made shopping peaceful and stress-free. Checkout was quick and efficient, and I found everything I needed - good quality stuff across the aisles. Clean, organized, and overall a smooth shopping trip. Will definitely return!

Visited this Walmart during a trip to the Kansas City area and it was not bad. The store was clean and well organized. It was easy to get in and out of and had everything I needed. The typical amenities were available like self-checkout, among other things. Overall not a bad store.
