Came in here to trade in some electronics that were collecting dust before my upcoming move and the staff here was great. The trade in for the items I brought in was incredibly fair and Salmon helped out a ton in looking up specific items and ensuring it was a good trade in value. I definitely recommend this place if you got some tech to offload and want a helpful crew to take it off your hands.
Fantastic experience! Nick at the Overland Park location was so friendly and helpful. I had a ton of old video games to sell, and he took the time to answer all my questions and was very thorough while he got everything rung up for me. He’s very knowledgable about electronics, and honestly he was also just super nice to talk to! I would absolutely sell and buy electronics here again!

These guys are GREAT! I got a beautiful refurbished PS5 & 9 games for an amazing price. Nick, Jerell & another gentleman went above and beyond to help me pick out games we thought my family & I would enjoy. They really took their time and made me feel very comfortable. There were 2 people ahead of me, one spoke only Spanish and the guys were super kind and figured out how to communicate with him just fine as well. Just a really great experience! I'm super pleased The owners are a local family & you can tell by the way everyone was treated and behaving that the staff really enjoys their job and the owner was there doing a lot of the hard work himself like moving heavy stock and taking out trash. Their inventory of gaming and computer equipment, cell phones and such was very good and again great prices! So much better than going to Best Buy or Walmart where the staff isn't treated well nor are customers. I can't wait to go back with my kids to get more games! SUPER excited to play Red Dead 2 & my other games on my new PS5 Happy new year y'all!
Simon did a wonderful job helping my daughter trade in devices she wasn’t using to get credit for an iPhone 16 she has been saving for. She left and felt good about her trade in! Atmosphere of the store was great and Simon was very knowledgeable and kind! We will go back!

Great experience. I was a bit anxious buying a used computer, given repeated bad experiences buying NEW computers online. But am thankful I made the leap to buying in-person. Jarell was super patient, thorough and approachable. And seemed really dedicated to ensuring each customer got his undivided attention, as much as was reasonable (he literally stuck with me through a huge chunk of the update process he'd initiated to ensure I walked out of the store set up for success). Came to this location to sell a few items and the staff member Jurell helped me. Jurell is very professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. I had a few vintage items to sell and to recycle. I did brought a very rare video game that they offered a really fair price for. Jurell explained every step of the process and made me feel good knowing that they treated each of the items carefully and respectfully. To All Electronics Customers Who Read This: About 2weeks ago, i was in search of a particular stereo receiver, and found one as i was wanting on~line through PayMore - Buy, Sell & Trade Electronics, in Overland Park, KS. Upon calling them, i was immediately answered by their Asst. Store Mgr., Jurell. His cordial, friendly hospitality made me very comfortable to converse with him, and inquire about their receiver. And for a decent amount of time, Jurell very patiently answered all of my questions, and even took the time and effort to look into a specific detail about the receiver that i was particularly wanting to know. Jurell could not have assured me more as to the quality of the product and the quality of their store standards. It was clear in my mind that i had found exactly what i was looking for; not to mention what a reasonable price that they were offering the vintage stereo receiver for. Even having mentioned that i felt that they were giving me a more than fair price, Jurell was still willing to offer a discount, along with. Though i did not feel it right to accept the discount, on top of the generous price, the offer was just clearly a reflection of their honest and fair attitude; as opposed to just trying to sell something. The very next day, they had the receiver already packaged and shipped, can you believe??. In virtually no time, the receiver arrived to me, in great condition, and very well packed. The stereo receiver was as excellent as their listing described, and just what i was looking for.
When i found the listing for this particular stereo receiver, when i was doing my on~line researching, it turned out that being in the right place, at the right time, was meant to be for me; {for, this vintage stereo receiver is not easy to find}. But it happened that PayMore ~ Buy, Sell & Trade Electronics, in Overland Park, KS, had just what i was needing, with just the right quality, at the right price, and spoken for by just the right kind of person.. Everything could not have gone better. { i even checked their store inventory to see if they had another stereo receiver model that i'm looking for}.

What a nice experience! I walked into a well-lit, nice store where I was immediately greeted by 2 people. The Assistant Store Manager helped me carry in my items to recycle and talked to me the whole time he was researching my items. I was able to recycle my items and feel good about it. And unlike some other places I didn’t have to pay them. Thank you for a nice experience!

I always have a good experience when I take my Electronics into paymore if OP for recycling. The team always tell me if there is any value to my items and if they can make reasonable offers. This time my electronics were all too old, but I was real happy to be able to donate them to recycling. I was very also impressed with the representative who assisted me today. Simon was very Professional and knowledgeable About computers.
Nick was really helpful getting me an amazing value for my gaming rig. Better price than any other shops. Even was able to negotiate a better deal from the initial offer. 5/5 stars.
Recently while listening to the local radio show The Program on radio 810 there was a commercial for PayMore. I called them and discussed what I was going to bring in . So I showed up with an ancient Mac Pro dated 2013 and a MacBook Pro dated 2012. That and my old Apple Watch.
I worked with Simon who was extremely helpful and resourceful. We went through the process of getting the items ready to sell. My first surprise with that they were willing to take old Apple equipment. They were excited, particularly about the Mac Pro as they never seen anything quite like it. Simon was kind, caring, and very pleasant to deal with.
The transaction was smooth, the pricing fair and I left with cash in my pocket.
Hubby and I decided to buy separate laptops for school. PayMore was what Google recommended. Absolutely a pleasant experience. Left with more knowledge than I went in with.
