I'm not sure what the negative reviews are talking about. I just bought a car on at the recent auction, and it was EXACTLY as DESCRIBED! The folks at the desk were a bit stiff but professional. The car was filthy, but what do you expect, and ran with NO major ISSUES.
The site was easy to navigate, and the price was accurate with no additional fees. I would recommend this service for anyone who 1. Has a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and 2. Is looking for a budget friendly way to get them back on the road.
one glaring thing about the auction last night that really stuck out was the obvious people bidding to probably either own the vehicle or work for the company. I noticed one time was about to run out and there were no more bids the same person would outbid themselves. So there is a little bit of auctions scamming going on with this company.
Friendly, professional and courteous. Each person we spoke to was knowledable and forthcoming with all information about vehicles on the lot. Also took the time to explain the process of bidding on the website. Will definitely be returning to purchase cars as the children come of age.
Unprofetional and unorganized, when its winter, danger zone with sheets of ice everywhere, the employees are nice and they have pretty nice vehicles and employees to help start cars
One of the best auctions in town. I bought 3 vehicles from them with no trouble whatsoever. Their vehicles runs and drives and kept clean for the most part. Be mindful of not picking up your vehicle in 3 days after winning your bid, you will be charged $30 after 3 days.. otherwise keep in touch with them to avoid extra payments.
A wonderful way to purchase a vehicle from start to finish. The concept of test drives of the vehicle and a general feedback about the vehicle to truly great. Everyone here is just all around great people. I will truly pass on my great experience in purchasing from here.

Bought a truck online by accidently clicking bid. Picked it up scared it wouldn't work but it ran as described. The transaction went smoothly & id buy from them again.
I went to pick up the car I purchased. When I was settling up the bill, I was informed that I had to pay for two days of storage at $30 a day. I bought the car Thursday night and picked it up Saturday. I wasn't able to pick it up on the weekend because of an ice storm and the distance I had to travel in it. I was informed by the people at the office that I should have got in touch with them and the fee would have been waived. They gave me the email to contact the owner which never replied back. Car was great and as advertised. Everything else was pretty disappointing.
Recently subscribed to the website to purchase a vehicle. i monitored and placed bids on a vehicle for an entire week and that day of the auction there was a Reserve placed on it. Im not sure if this is customary but i think its a very shady business practice to change the terms after the fact. As a buyer I cant change my bid once its placed and a seller should not be allowed to do so either.
BUYER BEWARE!! MOST OF THESE VEHICLES HAVE MAJOR ISSUES WITH KEY MECHANICAL PARTS!! PREPARE TO PAY SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS TO FIX ANY VEHICLES PURCHASED!!!! BUYING FROM DEALER DEALS IS WORSE THAN BUYING FROM A SALVAGE YARD!!! OWNERS ARE GREEDY
Beware! This company bids up their own prices and they are not even clever enough to try to hide it!!! They have nice, decent cars, but are nowhere near trustworthy in the bidding process. So so unfortunate!
