I called on a Saturday to receive a tow on Monday afternoon. No show. I called and they did have it on their records but said that they would have someone there in fifteen minutes, excuse, "I didn't take that call". I gave up after another hour. Never rely on Overland Tow Service. I would rate them as less than one star.
I was having problems getting my car started. In I was away from home. Bring in Kansas I called Overland tow service they was able to get to me within 30 minutes. As to where my own insurance company couldn’t get to me for at lease 2:30 hours. Thank you Dustin for your services. He was very helpful, respectful and honest.
I needed a tow from the side of 435. Dispatch was quick and kind. Donovan was out to help me quickly! It was such a hot muggy day and he allowed me to wait in the AC cabin while he quickly and expertly worked. He was so friendly and safely got me settled at the auto shop. I was a bit nervous about the whole process by myself, but he put me at ease! I hope you don’t need a tow service, but if you do, call overland tow! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Never a good day when you need a tow but dustin was a lifesaver got here quick even took the extra time to ask my son if he wanted to help load the car made his whole day working the levers to pull the car on the bed of the truck what a grate experience with the driver and the dispatcher was osem will only use them now on thanks tor the grate service
