They were super quick and came to change my tire when I couldn't get the lug nuts to move. Corbin was very helpful. Would 100% recommend their service.
Horrible customer service! They are very rude. They charge an arm and leg to get your car back, and to add more salt to the wound, there was a $16 fee to pay by visa.
Do not ever trust these people. They team up with security companies to tow as many cars as they can from events. They were taking cars left and right from AdventHealth sports Arena in Overland Park at state wrestling. They would not say how many cars they have towed today. Would not be surprised if the security company gets a kickback. The facility does not have nearly enough parking, and where they were towing cars from, had no red lines and not a single no parking sign. This totally felt like a scam.
This place is very professional and quick. I had to get my aging Buick to the "We buy any car" people in Merriam. This tow was from Desoto to Merriam and Donovan the driver sent a text 15 minutes before the tow to let me know he was on the way. The driveway is officially 1/4 mile of gravel and mud lately. Donovan was able to get my car started to make it easier and cheaper to get on the truck. If I need a tow ever again, this is my company of choice.
Absolutely the best. I had a flat tire on I35, and I could barely get off onto the shoulder. Cars going by at a gazillion miles an hour. I couldn’t even get out of my car to attempt to change the tire.
We called Pro Tow and he arrived in about 10 minutes. His first priority was my safety. He helped me get out of my car and into the Tow truck just in case someone hit the back of my car.
I think his name was Devan. But,I do know he was from Neodesha Kansas. Such a great guy. Thank you so much!!
Called and they were at my location in less than 10min, so service was very fast. Tow driver was very courteous and friendly. I would call them again if I need towed in the OP area. Thanks guys!
I had a problem yesterday day (Labor Day). Called Pro Tow and they were here in about 20 min and got my car to dealer. I’ve used Overland/Pro Tow for many years and have always been pleased with their services. That’s why I continue to call them when I need one of their services.
I had an amazing experience with this company. Helped me out when I was in a pickle. The price was great and the service was better! Corbin was an outstanding driver!

Had to get my car towed last Thursday from overheating. Pro-Tow was there in 15 minutes, and the driver, Luiz, was absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

My girlfriends car was damaged in an accident. We had already had the car towed earlier in the morning to a shop that couldn’t take in the car. After discussing with her insurance we found a shop but needed another tow. We had bunkered down fully expecting another hour long wait in the hot sun. We were shocked when a truck pulled up 15 minutes later. The driver, Devan, was extremely experienced and had her car loaded on the truck in less than a minute. This is not an exaggeration, by the way. We pointed at the car, he backed up like a man made to make sharp turns and without any hesitation sent the arms of the tow under her car. Boom. Car loaded and ready for travel. The shop we were sent to ended up turning us away as they were at capacity. Instead of shrugging his shoulders and dropping the car anyhow, he helped call around and figure out the next step. With a new shop found, he even called to confirm availability and took down all the needed information so he could drop the car for my girlfriend without needing to be there. Thirty minutes later, we got a call from the shop to confirm all the information he had left with them. All in all, Devan helped make a stressful day a little easier. I have had my car towed a few times before and have not interacted with a tow guy who had his stuff together like he did. 10/10 happy and appreciative of his quick service and friendly demeanor.
Charged $198.00 for less than 2 miles tow. Took advantage of a bad situation. What a ripoff? Cops called them I didn't. Beware.

Broke down, needed a tow, Pro Tow got to me quick, like 15-20 minutes. Luis, the driver,very professional, very nice, and very experienced. Highly recommend ed!!!
Honestly this whole staff was great Luis, Gabe, and this third guy we can't remember his name but he knows he helped us, and they were all so great. This whole team is amazing and honestly the best tow lot I have ever done business with.
Obviously, this place will have a lot of one star reviews because people are upset about their car getting towed. On one hand, if you park illegally, that’s your fault, even if it was an accident. (Sorry!) On the other hand, though, people make mistakes, and making a mistake doesn’t mean you deserve to be ripped off as hard as possible, which is quite obviously what this company does. There are a few things about this company that seem especially predatory:
1. They’re mostly only open for retrieving your car during business hours, so if you work a 9-5, that’s a serious problem. You either have to get off work, or retrieve your car on the weekend.
2. Picking up your car on the weekend means you’ll incur an additional $75 “after hours” fee. If I hadn’t paid this fee to get my car on Saturday morning, instead waiting until Monday, I would have paid an additional $80 in storage fees.
3. I paid at additional $20 fee for paying with a card instead of cash. Apparently this is so people can’t pay with a credit card and then immediately dispute the charge. Fine. My problem is that I was not made aware of this until I was at the place at the front gate. I repeat: the guy I talked to on the phone did not give me the information I needed to avoid being charged yet another fee. Very cool.
So all in all, my original fee was $300, then, due to fees they were either out of my control or not made known to me, the total ended up being just shy of $400. The moral of the story is pay in cash.
Edit: for some reason they replied to this review with an extremely generic copy and paste description of their company, which I honestly think is pretty funny. They said, “thank you for considering Pro-Tow Auto Transport & Towing for your towing requirements.” I didn’t consider pro tow for my towing requirements! They towed my car and I had no choice but to pay them hundreds of dollars to get it back!!!
I have used Pro Tow 3 times and each time Luis has raced over to help with reassurance and a smile on his face. He has towed my car twice and has helped my son with a flat tire, both under 30 minutes from the time I called dispatch. He’s the best!!!
When I tried to start my car during the recent cold snap, the engine coolant light came on and something started beeping. I tried again a few days later, but this time, the check engine light also came on so I was advised to have it towed to a repair shop. Devan, the ProTow driver suggested that he check it first, and the car started right up. After trying it several times to make sure it was ok and that no warning lights were going to appear, he told me there was no charge since he didn't do anything! I was astonished , but so appreciative of his efforts and willingness to help. This was the most positive experience I've had with any business in a very long time. Devon is the best!!
They were available when you needed them the most. In sub-freezing weather, when no one else was willing to or available for just a jump-start, Pro-Tow Auto gladly was. They dispatch the service and showed up on time within 20-30 min of the call. They did a great job. Highly recommended.
My friend car has been towed for illegal parking. We went to the office to get car back, there is this person called Luis in the office. We just asked him if there is anyway to release car with less fine in a very requesting manner. He could have just said no, they can’t do it instead he was very rude to us. He argued that he can increase the price from 320 to 600 or 1000. Is that the way to speak to any customer? We also mentioned that we are international students and we don’t know the rules so we thought to request if there any way.
I am so impressed! Luis was such a gentleman - his truck cab was spotless - he needed to help both me and my sister because of our very short legs and was the best. If Luis is an example of this company - I would not call anyone else!!
My parents and I had dinner at Maloneys this past Thursday evening. We left dinner to realize our car was towed. By accident, we had parked in a neighboring business’ parking lot. There was a sign that cars may be towed in that area 24/7. Someone had called on us to have our car towed. We called the phone number on the sign. We picked the car up the next day from Pro Tow. While driving it home, we realized there was something hanging under the car. My dad declined to bring the car back there as he’s had no experience with this company before. And I’m thankful for that. He brought it to Midas off of State Line and they fixed my dads car issue for no charge, upon learning of such poor customer service and lack of knowledge on how to properly tow cars. Unfortunately, I don’t know what business called for us to be towed in the first place. However, since I do know what tow company they use I’ll continue to voice my complaints here and wherever else I can. Next, I’ll be writing a review on the Better Business Bureau where I see they are NOT accredited.
Excellent services! Luis helped figure out a very complex situation for us & was great to deal with! And the expert tower, Devan, figured out a difficult logistical tow perfectly. We highly recommend ProTow!!
Wow I’m late on posting this but I had to use my roadside assistance on Wednesday because the starter went out in my car. Insurance took forever but Pro Tow didn’t. They got me connected with Devan to tow my car from work back to the shop we requested. He called me to verify he was taking the right car and gave me a pretty accurate ETA. I pulled into the shop waited two minutes and then he was right there. No damage whatsoever. Quick as well. Highly recommended if you ever are in a pickle!
They came super fast and the tow driver was very efficient. Got my car up in like 2 minutes. Tow truck driver didn't want to speak much on the side of the highway but was super nice when we dropped it off to the shop. The rate was reasonable
Louis was an awesome Man. He was very professional and made this experience bearable. He also gave me a ride back with my car saving me an Uber charge. He is a great person and I will use this company again and I will request Louis. I’m probably spelling his name wrong but I give him and pro tow 5 stars plus!!! Hang on to this guy. He is an awesome employee.
