My two back tires wouldn’t hold air brought it in for two new tires. Taylor came in to let me know the psi at gas stations only goes so high. Tires ended up being fine. Very thankful for Taylor’s honesty hard to find at auto shops will be back for future services.

I was in need of having a tire on our Kia looked at prior to traveling the next day. I went to Tires Plus on a Sunday and Charles was kind enough to fit me into the schedule. He and his crew took the extra time to make sure the tire was not in need of repair. I appreciated his quick attention. I would recommend!

They indicated on the invoice that they filled the empty windshield washer fluid but they did not. Since I had just filled it 2 days ago. I assume they just wanted to get credit for filling and empty windshield washer when it was already full.
They were truly courteous and professional. Verified my information and asked if I had any other concerns before they got started. Really personable and friendly.
I have a hard time trusting folks in this industry, but I’ve worked with Charles and am extremely pleased at his knowledge, expertise and honesty. I highly recommend Tires Plus at 75th and Metcalf! I will continue to utilize their services for years to come. So damn impressed with Charles and so appreciative.
Used to come here to purchase my tires won’t be coming back came to get my tires filled up because they’re low on air and the technician was rude and refused to fill to what I had asked my car calls for 35 psi And I asked for 40 and he told me that he wasn’t going to do it And that I should just go to Quiktrip well I guess I’ll take all my business elsewhere then
I couldn't be more happy with the quality of the job as well as the courtesy & professionalism of the Tires Plus staff. Specifically the manager, Carissa. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I've been to other tire centers, but the 75th Metcalf location is my favorite. I will definitely be recommending this specific location to family & friends. Could not be more satisfied with my appointment.
Brian and Carissa were extremely helpful and fun to deal with. I paid more for my tire than I expected but they did everything in their power to help me through the process. That will be my tire place as long as I am in KC.

I recently had my tires replaced at Tires Plus, and the experience was outstanding. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, making sure I understood all my options without any pressure. The service was prompt; my car was ready earlier than expected. The quality of the tires and the installation was top-notch. I also appreciated the clean and comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend Tires Plus for their excellent service and attention to detail.
We contacted Tyreplus in advance. We asked if they could change the rims. The employees answered: of course! We made an appointment for Thursday. When we arrived, the employee said that they do not install old tires. He said: u should buy a new tyres! But they didn't have new ones. Disgusting service!
DON’T COME HERE! Worst experience I’ve ever had.
I came in to get two new front tires and left with part of my tire broken and they claimed it came in like that.
I went into the shop with 5 lug nuts on my passenger side front tire and now only four are on with one being a different brand. Not to mention I have a broken stud that they “refuse to assume responsibility for”
Not only did the mechanic Charles lie and change his story 3 times but I had to fight with him to get him return my lug nut back.
A total scam and now they want to charge $300 to get it fixed and are only incorporating a small discount for “the trouble”
Please if you don’t want any more issues with your car don’t come here. Choose anywhere else.
We've brought in three vehicles to have serviced here and each one has been a great experience.
They had no trouble getting my truck in last moment a few weeks ago after I shared 5 lugnuts after hitting one of KCs infamous potholes.
On our van they compiled a great list of fixes and their severity and have worked with us getting each repair done when we can afford it.
The price with tires plus has been great. They are upfront about the pricing, quotes and services.
Even when inquiring about extremely difficult services they don't try and up sell me and are very honest about the repairs.
Also their tire warranty is the best. Had a torn up tire a few months ago and they replaced it for just the service fee.
All out tires are going to be through them from now on.
Took my car in to change the back brake pads, rotors and one caliper. I am aware my car has other issues but received an estimate in between $500-$600 for those three things and labor so I scheduled an appointment. I dropped my car off for appointment on Dec 29 before business hours and called that morning to confirm that they would be replacing ONLY the brake pads, rotors and one caliper on my back brakes and was informed that was all they planned on fixing. I was called later that afternoon when my car was done and when to pick up with my father who was paying for the service. At pick up, we were surprised with a bill for $1200 when we were expecting to pay half of that. The attendant helping us would not speak directly to my father even though he was speaking directly to him, he would only speak to me as if my father wasn't even there. We stated that we called and asked specifically just for those three things because we are aware there are other issues with the car. They stated they "had to make the car safe" but did not contact us for approval to fix more than we requested thus leaving us with a larger bill than we wanted to pay. We are upset because this is absolutely not the service we asked for nor was there any communication that they were fixing brake line hoses. If the business could not fix ONLY those three things without fixing the other stuff, they need to say that and we would have gone elsewhere. But there was absolutely no communication. While they were able to take $200 off our bill for the miscommunication I do not feel that was enough as we paid double what we were expecting without approval or communication with us. I advise if you are a woman you do not bring your car here, it's clear that they take advantage of those with little car knowledge and quite frankly don't have the communication that a car service shop should have. There are better places that will treat you with respect and dignity and not like an idiot.
Took car in to check the battery I bought in February 2023. Peter took the time to check the battery as it was two low to start. He charged the batter about 30-45 minutes then checked again. Determined the battery was defective, ordered a new one and then had it installed. While this took about 3 hours, I observed the customer service Peter preformed. He attended to several folks at the counter while taking many calls. Peter exhibited the most professional services at all times. I would recommend you do everything possible to keep Peter, as he is a tremendous asset of your business.

My tire blew out on the freeway and my insurance towed my car to nearest tire shop (Meineke) they told me they could help me BUT UNTIL TOMORROW. In desperate need I called ALL the tire shops in that area an no one wanted to repair the tire since it was around 4-5pm. I mentioned the situation to Carissa, the Store Manager at Tires Plus and she went above and beyond and literally helped me installed the new tire and in less than 35 minutes I was out of there.THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!
I wanted to switch out the tires on my new Tesla and was a little nervous about bringing it to a tire shop - not many techs in KC have the specific expertise necessary to work on these cars. Julian made my experience way better than I ever expected - he understood the car had specific requirements, got clarity around what I wanted to do, then called me when the car wouldn't stay in neutral for the alignment, working with me to figure out the specific procedure. I'd recommend this Tires Plus location to anyone, Julian goes above and beyond to deliver great service. 10/10.
