This is a continuation of our story from yesterday. On October 9, 2025, after the associate at the Metcalf U-Haul refused to help jump-start our Honda Accord, we went to McCarthy Honda for assistance. A staff member there immediately offered to help—without any hesitation.
Today, they helped us again! This afternoon, my husband noticed that the hazard lights on our Honda Accord were stuck on and wouldn’t turn off. The light covers had become very hot to the touch. We rushed over to McCarthy Honda, and when we arrived, I went straight to the service area to explain our problem. A male staff member listened carefully and patiently, then asked my husband to drive the car in.
He quickly identified the issue by checking under the driver’s side of the car, in a very uncomfortable position. He then guided us to the parts department to buy a pedal stopper. The parts department employee told us that it was a very difficult part to install—but he and another mechanic teamed up and got it done! We watched them work and saw for ourselves how tricky it was.
We were so grateful and deeply touched by their kindness. It was late on a Friday afternoon—just minutes before closing—but they still took the time to help us. We honestly don’t know what would have happened to our car if they hadn’t stepped in.

I bought a 2025 CRV from McCarthy Honda this weekend, and it was the most pleasant experience ever. We walked in with an extremely vague goal, and after roughly 3 hours we had a new car picked out and signed for. That three hours includes us driving to the bank as well, so it was a rather quick process. Will absolutely be referring any and everyone to this specific location!
Extremely Disappointing Service Experience
Appointments at McCarthy Honda’s service center seem to be more of a suggestion than an actual reservation. Don’t assume they’ve ordered your parts — even if they tell you to bring your car in, they might not have them ready. You’ll waste your time and gas for nothing.
The communication is absolutely terrible. No one follows up, no clear updates are given, and when you do finally get someone on the phone, the attitude from the service staff is unbelievable. They act like you’re inconveniencing them by simply asking for information about your own vehicle.
If you value your time, patience, or sanity, double-check everything before you go. Make sure they’ve actually ordered your parts and confirmed your appointment means something — because clearly, theirs don’t. Brought my car in at 7am was told it'd be 3 hours. Went back at 11:20 after not hearing back from them or receiving a text with the status of my vehicle just to be told it wouldn't be ready until possibly 2:30-3pm. This is my THIRD time going to the dealership for this issue...
I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and I was a very nervous Nellie. Alex was my salesman and he was engaging, patient with me, and answered every question I asked with honesty. Bob, Jesse, Sales Manager Rodney, and the Service Department were all excellent and exemplified the professionalism you'd expect when making a huge decision like purchasing a car. Thank you so much.

Everyone was friendly and courteous. Maddy Gaddy was my sales representative and she was so pleasant. I give her 5 stars. Why I give 4 stars overall is the time it took. I think 5 hours is a little much to get a car. Otherwise a very nice experience.
It was a great experience! We love the car sold to us! They had many colors to choose from and a good assortment of models. Prices seemed fair. Mostly pros but one con was that information/prices kept changing the further we progressed into the final sale. So be careful of what is said and have all agreements in writing! We would recommend anyone purchasing from McCarthy and would come back for additional vehicles in the future!

0 stars. Bought my new accord from them. First the battery was dead so they put a
New one in. After we made the deal they tell me the car was in a hail storm and someone had back into it in the parking lot. When I picked it up the car was dirty inside and out. There was some type of firm on the windows that I had to clean myself. When I got home I noticed the the tail light was broken so I text the sals person. He said to bring the car in on Tuesday and they would look at it. So I drove 45 minutes for them to have me pull the car into service and go in to parts and order
The new light. They never even looked at the car so this could have been done over the phone. 2 days later I took the car in to have the light replaced. When they got done there were scuffs on the bumper The GM was
Avoiding me when I asked to talk to him but I was not leaving until I talked to him. When I did talk to him He said they would detail the car for me and give me a loaner car he told
Me it would take a hour to clean the car. The next day I took it back yet again to get it cleaned like it should Have been in the first place. 3 hours later I had to text and see when my car would be done This was the worst customer service ever and I will not be taking my car back for any type of service

Me and my husband went to McCarthy dealership, just to check if they have available honda pilot elite, Jackson welcomed us and gladly assisted with all the questions we asked him. Unfortunately the car that we are looking for is not available but he showed us the touring + and let us to take a look and even to test drive the said car.
Jackson was really accommodating and even asked us if we want some pizza while waiting for the manager.
On the other hand, Jesse the manager politely and patiently answered all the questions. He goes above and beyond.
Bob, was really good in explaining to us what are the key functions of the car. You can tell that he was the right man to do it experience wise!

I had a great experience with McCarthy Honda. I was looking for lease options for the Pilot and Passport. I inquired on their website about it, and I quickly received an email with a personalized video walk-thru from Bradley Rose showing me all the key features. I called him for more information, and we were able to schedule a visit to go over more details. He was very knowledgeable and showed genuine interest in helping us through the process. Bradley was very laid back which made the buying process less stressful. We had to coordinate with other dealerships to find the color and trim line I wanted, but he was able to get me exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my first lease. I would highly recommend Bradley if you are interested in purchasing a new Honda.
I went in yesterday with my parents to find a new used car after my Corolla died. Randal helped us out and he was immediately so friendly, kind, and beyond helpful!! They were all not only patient but also willing to work with me because of my skepticism at other dealerships. Absolutely awesome experience here. Maddy, Jesse, and Bob were fantastic. The sales process was seamless and very efficient. Never felt pressured with sales pushes and everything was explained throughly. They even got my windows tinted the same day which was fantastic. It was my first experience at a Honda dealer and I'm officially a Honda fan.
