I called Tires Plus to Schedule an Alignment. And on the day of my Appointment I was Running late. I called the Store to let them know, I was on my way & going to be 10 mins late. I asked if I had to Reschedule do to running. & Kenneth Stewart said "No, you dont need to Reschedule, we will take of Your Alignment when you Arrive! I was HAPPY!!
Most Businesses will say Yes, you have to Reschedule. I thought to myself, Wow Great Customer Service! I wasn't expecting!!
When I got to Tires Plus, Kenneth Greeted Me with A Smile & was Polite. I said to him how much I Appreciated, him Understanding I was running late.
I spoke with Kenneth about my Concerns regarding my Vehicle. & let him know, while im driving it feels like Im all Over the Road! & I purchased 4 Used Tires 6 weeks ago. He checked the Tread, on my Tires. & saw that all 4 were tires were Not the Same!! & I was Surprised!! Because I wasn't told by the Tire Place I Purchased them from, were all different. Kenneth asked me if my Vehicle was All wheel Drive & I said I didnt know. But I think its 4 wheel drive. I looked & its All wheel Drive. He Explained to Me how All wheel Drive Works with Tires. Which made Sense to Me, Because of the way my Vehicle was driving. He suggested to Me about Getting the Right Tire size on my vehicle & all 4 tires the same. I Said Safety is my Concern, I take my Granddaughter to School & Pick her up. Kenneth looked up Tires for my Vehicle, & let Me know they Only had 2 of the 4 Tires I Picked out, at there store. Kenneth called around to other Stores, to see if they had 2 of the tires I needed. & 1 of the other Stores had them & were able to Bring them To his Location. ¹

I recently had the pleasure of getting new tires at tires plus and I couldn't be happier with the service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and super helpful. They didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. The prices were fair, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Scott Was so helpful and helped me look at a variety of different tires for my car and assess which tires would work best. He was able to find the tires that fit my vehicle and even though they didn’t have them in stock (nobody else in KC did either) I got an appointment for the very next day, which was awesome and I was out the door one hour earlier than promised upon picking up my car. Pricing was excellent And I was also supplied with a helpful car health report.

These guys have incredible service! We've taken both of cars in multiple times and they always do a great job with replacements, rotations, and tune ups. Even if you need a next day appointment, they always have availability. Definitely get your car taken in at the south OP Tires Plus!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. My son’s car needed tires, and to make it even more complicated, it takes two different sizes. Scott and his team made the whole process so easy. He took the time to track down exactly what we needed, explained everything clearly, and made sure my son’s car was safe and ready to go. Great experience, with very helpful insight. I usually dread dealing with my car’s problems as I’m not too knowledgeable but thanks to Kenneth and his excellent coworkers I was able to get a clear understanding of the issues with quick help and thoughtful advice.
The guys at this location were great to work with. They were honest and transparent about the issues with my truck. I discussed the issues with manager Scott Totten and tech Dean McNally even put my truck back on the lift to show me exactly what was going on. These guys were very patient and respectful of my questions. Through discussion we came up with a solution. Im confident they fixed my truck to 100% of the shops ability. After I replace some needed parts, I will bring it back for another adjustment that will be covered under my lifetime alignment service. I want to thank Scott for his help and transparency and thank Dean for his patience and explanations. Great job guys, much appreciated! Trust is a huge deal in this market. I will return to this location because I plain and simple trust these guys.
Great customer service, I called and asked if they had time to patch a slow leak, got there within about ten minutes of calling and got in and back out fairly quickly... real satisfied with the work the tech had did would go back for any other repair need
They were fast and efficient at getting me in on a Wednesday evening with a flat tire. The customer service was top notch and they speedily got to my needs and got me on my way!

Managers Kenneth and Scott were very transparent and informative about car specs, the car mechanic industry, and do’s and don’t’s if I decide to service some things on my own. They never pressured me into a sale. They were all about providing me information and allowing the space to make my own decisions. Outside of receiving services from Tire Plus, I would simply communicate with these guys just to learn more about cars. They’re just that down to earth.
Go to the Tires Plus on Alden; they care much more about their customers than this location. Husband arrived at 5:15 on Saturday (store closes at 6), and the manager said he was already sending his guys home and refused to serve my husband. We weren’t aware, driving an AWV, that we needed to purchase more than one tire. Manager was rude and defensive about this, despite us simply not knowing what our car needed; we’d have gladly bought another tire… Which is what we did at the Alden location. They were so kind, explained why we needed more than one tire (despite only one tire being shredded), and got my husband in at 5:30. We were SO thankful for the Alden location of Tires Plus!
This is my the only place I have always felt 100% comfortable and taken care of when it comes to car repairs and service. I am no expert when it comes to cars but I never feel stupid when these guys are explaining things to me. Kenneth and Scott are fantastic and will always take care of you!!
Five Stars Isn’t Enough!
This is the place to go! The team at Tires Plus went above and beyond with their service—kind, genuine, and truly dedicated to helping others. We had a hole in our tire, got it plugged, and a kind stranger pointed us to Tires Plus to top off our air. What we got was so much more than just a tire check.
They not only aired up all four tires to make sure we were safe—they also noticed smoke coming from under the hood. I immediately shut the car off and popped the hood. Moments later, the coolant blew. Without hesitation, the staff jumped into action. They offered to let me leave the car there, but instead, they checked and refilled my fluids to make sure I could safely get back on the road.
One issue after another hit us that day, but this team never wavered. They did everything in their power to help us. The kindness, patience, and integrity they showed aren’t something you see every day.
I can’t recommend this location enough. If you want honest, caring service that truly puts the customer first—go to Tires Plus. They’ve earned every bit of our loyalty and more.
Sept 2024 we bought 4 tires for our AWD vehicle for an excellent price. Recently we got a cut in the sidewall on one. The tech measured the wear on the good tires and determined we were fine to replace just the one tire on a road hazard claim. But that's not the whole story, I left out the best part: everyone here is so friendly, helpful and professional that I actually like going to their shop. I tell them too, every time I'm there. It's funny how much attitude really matters but it does.
One last thing. Last September when we bought the tires, they were running a promotion. Pop a balloon for a coupon. We got a $10 off next service, nice. That didn't suit the manager. He made us pop another and we got a free oil change. Who does that? These guys, that's who.
Amazing service! I’ve come in several times for service and always get great service (Scott & Kenneth) set me up great. I was able to drop off in the morning and car was ready (new break pads) just after lunch. I appreciated the summary of recommended services that I should plan for in the coming months as well.

I had the pleasure of getting to meet Scott over the phone initially, while I was clamoring to figure out how to have my rental vehicle serviced -- the OP Hertz location recommended me this location and explained that Kenneth was amazing, and he absolutely was & very knowledgeable. There was a third employee who's name I never got, and he was the first guy I talked to, upon arriving at the shop and he was very helpful as well too.
After two flat tires in less than three weeks, running around the KC Metro working well beyond full-time for Uber/Uber Eats, I turned in the car here for just legally/contractually required routine maintenance/inspection and this service did not disappoint in the slightest. In only a couple hours and four brand new tires later, it was seriously like a brand-new vehicle. Definitely recommending this to my friends in the future and now I'm even less anxious, myself; about going and getting a vehicle of my own knowing there are good & trustworthy vehicle maintenance shops like this that still exist, here before long. I'd give this ten stars if I really could. I'll absolutely be back when I have a vehicle of my own.
Kenneth, the store manager, was extremely helpful from start to finish. He indicated the whole experience of getting my tire replaced would take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. He had me in and out within a half hour. Also he couldn’t have been nicer. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!
These guys are SO amazing and I highly recommend them. I blew out a tire and ended up having wheel issues, so they went ABOVE and beyond to help try to save me on some costs (and found me a spectacular wheel repair place.) These guys were humble, fast, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!!!
