Came here on a recommendation from a friend. Safelite quoted roughly $200 more than here and the friend had several issues from Safelite which is why I chose to come here instead.
First thing I did was book an appointment online. The system did get my glass type wrong but a rep reached out the next day to tell me the adjusted price so there was no confusion if I had gone to the shop thinking that would’ve been the price (they are currently working on updating the system so it correctly identifies the glass you need).
After I got in they did the repair and upon putting the side molding on, a hook managed to crack the glass. They did point it out and got me scheduled in a few weeks later to allow the glue to cure. I noticed a few scratches on the paint from where the rugs were put down to avoid damaging the paint but there was no way to conclusively point fingers as to who did it or if it was just bad luck elsewhere (I would recommend you take photos before just in case you have a really nice car as mistakes happen even if we try our hardest to avoid them).
Came back in today and the team got me fixed up and calibrated. Upon checkout, they did give me a discount for my troubles which wasn’t expected. It was a small but welcomed gesture and showed their desire to take care of the customer when the initial repair didn’t go as planned. I will happily recommend them to people because they chose people over the small profit they could’ve made without that discount.

Called and they were able to provide an estimate over the phone and was able to get me in quickly. Great service, the reason it’s a 4 is because the wind/rain guards don’t lay down flat now. Other than that, no complaints and happy with my service.
The team at Kryger was great to work with. I've used them in the past on company vehicles, and now my own. They did not have the lowest price, but the service was outstanding. I missed my appointment due to a family emergency and they quickly rescheduled me. When I did arrive for my service, the bay was open and ready. The service tech treated my car like it was his own. Rock hit my windshield and within an hour it cracked my entire windshield.
I got an online quote from Safelite for $330. Didn’t have the cash at the time to schedule. A few weeks later I was in the area of one of their stores and decided to go in to make an apt. At that time I was told the replacement would be $560! I showed them the estimate I had gotten on line and was told they must have misquoted the right glass for my car.
I called around town and got two other quotes in the range of $320-$350. I chose to go with Kryger!
Took it in today. They gave me a wait time of up to 1.5hr, 50 min later I was out the door with a beautiful new windshield at a fair price!

Had windshield repair done last week. Sadly the repair wasn’t much of an improvement as the entire thing is still visible. I took it back to the store and was told the repair wasn’t meant to fix it, just keep it from getting worse. I was also told since there was already resin in it it couldn’t be redone. Not sure when the word repair and stabilize became synonymous. Needless to say I was not very happy.

They were very friendly and did exactly what was talked about. They gave me the best price in town I could find. They squeezed me in and had my out in about an hour. I would recommend them to anyone.
Approximately $100 dollars for 15 minutes of work. They did a good job but for that price I would hope they include some value add services like maybe cleaning the inside and outside of your windshield.
I am so happy I went here. They were quick, affordable, and hospitable during my hour wait while installing my window. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Called a few places to check prices and availability. Kryger was the only place able to answer with a real person, give a quote in minutes, and had amazing availability. The staff was courteous and friendly and the whole process was easy. Price was VERY doable as well. Great experience. The Krygers glass company are run by a reputable family that has been in Kansas City for years and I hope will be around much longer. I wouldn't call any other glass company for our needs. This is my second time to call for windshield, And it turned out this time. No repair was necessary and they were completely honest with me . This time I also needed to replace some tempered glass for a table. I did end up reluctantly working with a " chat online" but discovered it really was somebody in the office. It worked well for both orders and did end up being very personal start to finish. The whole process was simple, yet professional and very good price. I highly recommend the Krygers.

Kryger Glass made getting a quote quick and painless. Their pricing is reasonable. We opted to pay the added fee for the convenience of mobile service because we were within their serviceable area. They waste no time scheduling and completing a job—they’d have been out sooner had it not been for our schedule, and it was still less than a week. Joe, our technician, was prompt, polite, and professional. The job took less than an hour. The new windshield looks fantastic.

I got my windshield replaced here about a month ago. It was easy to get a quote and it reflected the actual prices. Mind you it was also the lowest price out of 6 places I called! The service took just under an hour to complete and I was shocked! Overall I was very please to be able to get my cracked windshield fixed so fast! Fast forward to now, there’s water coming into my car so I gave them a call to make sure it was nothing with the windshield. They got me in that day, fixed the issue which wasn’t even related to their work, only took 20 minutes, and they did it for free!!! Honestly overall 10/10 experience. I would recommend coming here for any of your glass needs!

Highly unprofessional. I would not take my car there ever again. poor quality of work and very poor customer service. The technicians are not trained. be ready to have more problems while getting one fixed by them. no body likes to smile there, you are greeted with stern face and rude behavior. Just frustrated!!
Great price and quick turnaround! I called multiple shops within the area looking for someone to replace a window after a break in. They provided an accurate quote that beat everyone, were able to get my car in same day, and they were quick and efficient!

What's 5 stars anyway!?... God. So you get 4 stars... Which makes you a General, and it doesn't get higher than that. Outstanding service! Windows broke in Monday night, report made an hour later, contacted by Kryger Tuesday morning, repaired Wednesday morning (in less than two hour wait time advised). I waited a week to make recommendation in case the windows didn't perform. Good as new. Highly recommend!

I called 4 different shops to replace a broken windshield on my Highlander. Kryger beat the next lowest price by $150 and they got me in the next day. Elisa at the front desk was so kind as was the other woman working with her. My only issue is that there was mud/dirt from God knows what left on my dash after the installation that wasn’t there previously. That could have been wiped up. I’m still giving 5 stars because every other part of this service was great.
