Bought a motorcycle battery about 7 months ago with a 24 month replacement. It worked fine for several months. I parked the bike in my garage for two months and found the battery was completely dead. I took the battery back and was told because it only held a 5 volume charge it was ineligible for a warranty replacement. I would never purchase a battery here again. Buyer beware, the warranty is pretty much meaningless. I've owned several batteries over the past 20 years and never had a battery go bad within the first year. I'd expect a company to that offers a two year replacement to gladly replace it within months of purchase. Terrible business practice. This battery will end up costing you more in the long run if you get a bad one.
I was grateful this shop was able to fix my iPhone 13 the same day, but the screen they used isn’t genuine and I’ve had nothing but issues for the past three weeks since the repair. My display screen stays on nonstop, even after adjusting the lock-out time in settings, and it still doesn’t resolve the problem. On top of that, a green spot has appeared at the bottom of the phone that wasn’t there before. Unfortunately, I was only visiting Kansas when my screen broke, so I can’t even return to the store to have this addressed.
Just spoke with and dealt with Levi and he was so cool. Key Fob Problem and he fixed. Thank you for your amazing service, and btw all of the employees at this location are kind, considerate and always treat me with respect as a customer. Hard to come by kinds of representatives like Levi. Give that man his own store! :) Thank you, everybody!
Had an amazing experience today, thought I needed a new battery so went to get one. Guy named river came out tested my old one and then put the new one in. Sadly car wouldn't start back up. For almost an hour this guy tried everything he could to possibly help me even after they had closed for the day. Very thoughtful I've never had someone work that hard to help me out before like that. Very much appreciated! And sure enough maybe two hours later car started! 10/10 experience.
We had 2 APC Backups units with depleted batteries. This store has always had replacement batteries for almost anything that is battery–powered and the super nice folks came thru again. Recommended.
Have bought prior boat batteries from Batteries Plus. They offer high quality AGM marine batteries at prices better than other dealers in the marine industry. Staff in the store are always pleasant, knowledgeable and good at communicating.
Had my key fob battery replaced at Batteries Plus and couldn’t be happier with the service. Isaiah was kind, professional, and really knew his stuff. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I had my alternator checked by a auto shop and it was good, my duracell battery was one year old and wouldn't hold a change past 3 days. But what really pissed me off, Battery Plus won't give me a new battery, my battery still had two years warranty left but the battery would pass their test as a good battery. I found this article on the internet, 13 car batteries you shouldn't buy, below is what they said about Duracell. You would think the store know this as well.......
According to Mechanic Base, Duracell batteries often suffer from charging issues. Customers have struggled to keep them charged, although that could be down to a bad alternator. Deep discharge failures are another problem, which could cause a strong cyclization from the battery and shorten its overall life.
Needed new batteries in my camper and Batteries Plus had the batteries, installed them and recycled old batteries. Deep cycle batteries are heavy. It started to rain and the associate continued working till job was complete.
I went in early Monday morning with TWO fobs that had run out of juice. I had previously signed up for some kind of lifetime coverage (at another BP store, using my phone #. The young man, "River" was pleasant and fast and took care of both problems at no charge to me. I was VERY impressed with their honoring the guarantee, and with this young man's courtesy and efficiency.
We were sent there from the 119th store due to them not having a battery in stock. The employees were very nice and knowledgeable. We will be back when we have other battery issues.
My granddaughter shattered my grandsons glass on his iPad. It was in my thoughts completely ruined and I was bummed since it was three years old but still had a lot of life to it. A friend suggested BatteriesPlus. I called and made an appointment and they were able to see me immediately.
When I arrived they knew exactly who I was, very welcoming, looked at the iPad, and assured me that they were able to fix it. The staff was AMAZING! Very customer service oriented, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed not breaking the bank either with the cost of repair, very reasonable.
The even better part was that they were fast! In three hours I was back to the store picking up the iPad and it looked brand new.
I am so impressed with this business. When needed, I will use their services again. I definitely recommend BatteriesPlus!

I recently visited a Battery Plus store to get a new battery for my watch. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to quickly identify the correct battery for my watch. The store was well-organized and clean, and I was able to find all of the batteries I needed.
However, I was disappointed to find that the price of the battery was $24. I had done some research online before visiting the store, and I had found that I could purchase the same battery for $15 from another retailer. I understand that Battery Plus is a brick-and-mortar store, and that they have to factor in the cost of rent and overhead, but I still felt that the price was too high.
Overall, I had a positive experience at Battery Plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was well-organized and clean. However, I would have liked to have seen a lower price for the battery.

Very helpful staff. My battery was not available, but River went over to Olathe to pick it up. When he returned, he pulled out the old car battery and replaced it with the new one. Everything works great. Very pleased with my service. I will be back.
I can't remember WHEN I've had such EXCELLENT customer service ANYWHERE !! I certainly don't lack attention in my life but both employees went above and beyond to take care of my needs. They both need a raise ! Was my first visit to your store and was not tremendously convenient, compared to Home Depot or Lowe's, but certainly well worth the additional drive. We were truly impressed....thank you so very much for helping us find a product to show our support for community first responders.
Awesome job, guys! We took my son's iPhone to them after having battery problems from the moment we bought it. In less than an hour, it was up and running like new! They tested the entire phone to make sure there were no other problems. It all cost less than $80! Definitely will use them again! I highly recommend!
Called ahead to see if they had what I needed available. Also that they would be able to change my battery. Plenty in stock and the guy over the phone very helpful. Arrived and was admittedly greeted by both guys. My key fob battery change took less then a minute. In and out I appreciated that. Great customer service!!!
Miles, an employee, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He greeted me at the door and instantly knew what to do when I told him the key FOB for my vehicle wasn’t working.
He changed the battery on my car’s FOB and walked outside to test it to make sure it worked... but nothing happened. He quickly realized the connection was coming loose and it to be soldered. I was slightly annoyed at the situation (not him) because I don’t have a soldering iron and don’t really know what I’m doing. But before my negative vibes could come up for air, Miles cheerfully told me that they have a soldering kit and could get it done right away - FOR FREE!
Five minutes later my key FOB was working just as new. Fantastic service, would recommend to anyone.
Took advantage of their limited offer for a 10% discount when you order online and pick up local. Covered sales tax + some and supports local stores to stay in business. Pick up was very easy, too. Even dropped off old battery so I didn't have to find a recycle place. Great all around.
So happy that I took my iPhone to Batteries Plus! I needed my phone soon and they were able to change out my battery in less then 30 minutes. The folks there, Miles and Levi, in particular, were super helpful and pleasant. It was easy to make an appointment online and the whole experience was fast and efficient. My iPhone 6 is like new and worth the few extra dollars to get it done by Batteries Plus instead of waiting days at the Apple store. Thank you!
These guys are terrific! They are polite, helpful and service-minded. I needed a new car battery but know nothing about cars. They took care of me, sold me what I needed, installed the battery, and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. At an auto repair shop, there would have been a $90 an hour labor fee and I'm sure it would have taken much longer.
I purchased two batteries on line for my Pride GoGo Elite Traveller Plus scooter. These were installed with no charge. My scooter had a lift attachment on it that had to be removed in order to access the battery case. This was not easy by any means. Chris took his time to figure out how to accomplish this. When I made a comment about how difficult this was his only comment was that he was getting to learn something new. After completing this task he said that his dad would be proud of him.
I had order the batteries on line in order to get 10% off. As it turned out I had the wrong batteries and the ones I needed were slightly higher. The store did not charge me extra.

A great experience. Getting the battery holder off the battery presented a challenge to the Installer, but she persevered, without getting frazzled, and kept her cool. She had a wonderful personality. As always, an excellent experience with knowledgeable and caring customer service representatives. The prices are very competitive and ordering online is very easy. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
Extremely happy with service I received at this location yesterday. Purchased a car battery on line and picked it up in store. Picked this store because it was cheaper than Auto Zone, O'Reilly, etc. My old battery had a ton of corrosion, which made it very tough to get out, but the guy doing the install was cheerful and very willing to do it with no complaints, despite the fact that it was blazing hot. Based on this experience, I'll keep this store in mind in the future for other stuff.
