I’ll never install a battery myself again. Richard tested my battery ( it was six years old) and the battery tester pretty much condemned it. Selected an equivalent battery and Richard installed in less than 20 minutes. Glad I had him do it - didn’t know a memory saver was needed during the install. Also, a young woman inside helped me select windshield wipers for that truck and another vehicle at home; and Richard installed the wipers on same truck he installed the new battery. I had a very productive afternoon! Thanks!
I won't go to any other auto parts store. These guys are the best. Just today, they helped me test and swap out my battery just before they were scheduled to close.

If I could of picked a no star I would of…20 minutes standing in line with the times I was ready to pay for in my hand…young lady was by herself helping a customer who insisted on talking and shooting the shit when they clearly seen a line forming…point being have more than one sales person helping
Great experience as always. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Most recently I needed a battery replacement. Carquest had my battery in stock. They installed the battery in about 20 minutes. The price was about 20.00 less than other places with nearly identical specs and warranty that didn’t offer installation. Don’t waste your time and money looking around. Come here and get it done without the hassle and having to return for the core charge refund. I know you will appreciate Carquest.
Great experience buying replacement light bulbs for my Durango. Richard helped me choose the correct bulbs and explained the different OEM upgrades available. He was nice enough to help install them while my vehicle was at the store at no charge. Knowledgeable, friendly interaction. I'll be back for any future auto parts I may need.
Pretty bad for a store to say they'll have an item delivered in 10 to 15 minutes and takes 45 minutes to find out one of their drivers is at another store taking their sweet time and our item is still at the store....happened a few times before also...
It's pretty bad when you're running a business relying on a company to get parts to you in an expedient manner and they can't do a 10 minute ride. It took 45 minutes to get to the part. Had to get the part ourselves.Get up to Carquest to go get the part ourselves, and 2 other delivery drivers are outside smoking cigarettes while the part is inside sitting on the counter. So done with this business.
Awesome experience getting a new battery. I was totally prepared to change the battery out myself, and had brought the tools to do it, but Richard volunteered - how could I say no? I wanted to be sure it was done right, and it was, completely. We pulled the old battery, and I had brought a terminal brush so that we could clean the posts. We added post insulators and anti-corrosive gel, which Richard was very careful to apply to the areas that were already showing some problems. Richard also was also unhappy with a connector attached to the positive terminal because it really wasn't the right size - despite several attempts, he didn't think that it provided a secure connection. He found a connector in the store and replaced it. I said afterward, "Come for the battery, stay for the floor show." I don't offer to shake hands much these days, but I felt I needed to offer that today. Thanks!
I quite like car quest. It is out of the way but we go repeatedly. Staff has always been quick and friendly. They have a great computer inventor system and can make Suggestions on where to find parts they don't have. We got everything we needed tonight because they told us quickly where we could get a part they didn' have.
Lara changed our battery in 9 minutes (we timed her), and Mary is a consummate professional. We'll never go anywhere else (154th & Metcalf)! My only question is why aren't these two running the company? Well done, ladies.
I have had great luck with this store! I always buy my car batteries here. They honored the warranty on my old battery twice with no questions asked. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! I believe her name is Cindy, she was over the top helpful in answering all my questions at a very busy time.
