I usually don’t leave long reviews, but Hendrick Chevrolet Shawnee Mission’s collision center honestly deserves it. From start to finish, they made what could’ve been a super stressful situation feel completely manageable. I got into a small accident that messed up the front end of my Chevy, and I was dreading the whole process — insurance, estimates, waiting, wondering if the car would ever look the same again. My truck was sitting in a parking lot and hit by a stolen vehicle. I live 4 hours from KC and had it towed to Hendrick for repair. Tyler with the collision center did a great job repairing my truck back to brand new. It took several months due to waiting on parts and a series of fixes needed but they kept me in the loop. I have absolutely loved working with Hendrick's. Two cars in my family were in need of repair and I had the opportunity to work with Chelsea. She was professional and compassionate, and updated me all the way through. The repair work on my son's car was amazing. I went through my car insurance, USAA. They have official licensed and trained estimators.. Matthew did an amazing job! Above and beyond from start to finish! And his team. This place is great with their stress they don't let their stress knock them down, they rise above it! That is NOT easy to do. Can't recommend them enough! They even returned my rental car for me!

After my car was stolen and recovered, I had it brought here for repairs. They replaced the steering column and the broken window. They returned it to me in a reasonable time, as good as new, and perfectly clean. Communication was great throughout the process as they kept me updated regularly and at every step. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and there was no hassle whatsoever. Everything has worked great since then. Very nice work.

Had a great experience at the collision center. Everyone I worked with was very professional and patient with my questions. They took their time explaining the repair process to me and reviewed me the anticipated completion time. They kept me updated every few days on the status and where my vehicle was at with the repair process. When my vehicle was completed it was washed and all of the repairs were explained to me in detail. I came to the collision center at Hendrick Chevrolet and was immediately greeted outside for my appointment. They took their time to explain the repair and estimate process with me. They said they would be working closely with my insurance to make sure everything was paid for and nothing was left out. I left my vehicle there and they indicated it would take about 10 days while we waited for the necessary parts to come in. It ended up getting down early in about 7 days and they kept me updated every step of the way. I was able to get a rental vehicle through my insurance and there is an enterprise location nearby so it made picking up and dropping off the rental seamless. They reviewed all the work that was completed and walked around the entire vehicle to make sure I was satisfied. I really appreciated their willingness to explain everything and they made the whole process easy and wasn’t intimidating. I will certainly come back to this location if I am in need of any further work and will recommend this place to others. They brought my Durango back to new showroom quality.

My car was brought in for an inspection after an accident, and they got it done pretty quick. The staff was helpful, but my favorite part was the office dog I saw in the collision center. That gives me more of a positive opinion than anything else. I did take off one star, however, because when I went to pickup my car, they had left the trunk slightly ajar and it drained the battery. Had to wait for them to jump it before I could go. Otherwise, everything was great.

I’ve used the collision center at Hendrick Chevrolet and they have always been quick and easy to work with. I had an issue with my bumper as it didn’t fit just right. They were able to get me in within a few days and were able to install new clips to have the bumper fit flush with the rest of the vehicle. They took their time explaining the process to me and even washed and vacuumed my vehicle before returning it to me. There are lots of options out there and I felt comfortable using this business due to their high reviews. All of the employees I worked with were kind and eager to help.
