Needed two new front tires and had me in and out the same day. Even called to check how things were later that week. Great shop and even better people.

They did exactly what needed to be done in timely manner at a very reasonable price will definitely use them again.

They tried to charge us 104 dollars for hose clamps when we brought it up they said those are $3.50 that’s crazy . they did find the issue . But what else Would they over charge for !

Ryan is so down to earth and genuinely a kind person. He helped me with financing and even game me a ride when I was out of a car! He goes above and beyond for his customers and is not working for the money.

The team at mission auto went above and beyond when working with my schedule and finding multiple options for my repair. We were a single car household with a newborn so it was important that we didn’t go more than a day without our car. They made sure to prioritize our vehicle so they could get the car back to us same day. The team was friendly and took time to talk through the issue and explain all of the options for our fix. I would recommend this team to anyone.

This place is great! They saved me from buying a 2016 Lincoln MKX at Baron BMW that had a $6,000 oil leak, along with some other things, when I took it in for a pre-purchase inspection. Would definitely go here again. The staff were able to fit me in easily, able to diagnose it wasn't the front camera, but the infotainment system going out, and they only took about an hour to an hour and a half to figure things out, including a short circuit code. Friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Thanks!

Great place. I try to do my own car work, but couldn't change the filters for my Suzuki's CVT myself. After calling around to several other places nearby and getting rejected because they didn't work on Suzukies anymore, decided to give Mission Auto a shot since I'd used them before, but just for tire installations. I was a little worried about the job getting done to my satisfaction, but I was able to talk to the techs about the details of the job when I dropped off my car, and they also showed me the parts that they were going to install so I could make sure they had the right ones. They even used top-shelf Amsoil CVT fluid in my car, which I would've used had I personally done the job myself. Friendly staff. Small but fun waiting room, with good amenities if you're gonna wait for them to finish working on your car. My Suzuki has been strong as ever since I got the job done.

The staff was super helpful in explaining what may vehicle needed after diagnosis and took the time to explain to me the process in which it would be fixed. I never once felt pressured into the repairs. After explaining that I had a budget I wanted to stay within, they offered to just take care of the more important things at the time and hold the rest off until I could afford to take care of the other, less important things later on. I highly recommend Mission Auto KC to anyone. Very helpful, honest, and welcoming group of people!

Been to this shop a few times now and both times they have did a great job with explaining what’s wrong and what needs done asap ! No car repairs are cheap but I will say they do their best with pricing / helping. Will for sure return in the future and recommend the shop.

Mission auto service is great. They looked at my car, and were very detailed as to what it needed. They made me feel like a person, and not just a number in line. We could use more shops like this.

They were able to addressed the electrical issues that several other auto repair shops were unable resolve. Again, his staff was professional and courteous and fixed my son's car in a timely manner.

We tried Mission Auto KC for the first time recently. They originally handled an oil change and tire rotation. They then had to diagnose some check engine light items that ending up involving some more extensive repairs. They handled all of this quite well and kept us well informed along the way.

I took my son‘s car for the first time to Mission Auto for a radiator issue. They quickly addressed the issue and major repair very diligently the reasonable cost. They were professional and friendly. Provide a great information for other issues that may be in the future I will return and also take my other vehicle there I highly recommend using Mission Auto

Haven’t been to Mission Auto Service in 20 years but when my daughter’s car was leaking oil, I remembered the honest and good service I always received! Things haven’t changed there and I can attest to that! Rhyan got back to me quickly with an estimate on replacing the oil pan gasket as it was leaking! He got me in right away and got the work done as we were leaving for Florida the next morning with her car! Bringing the wife’s car in when we get back! Mission Auto KC impressed me from the first phone call, to the moment I walked out the door after my final transaction. I needed a new rear view camera. I have Car Shield. Rhyan, the service manager, was FANTASTIC. His customer service was fabulous. He was professional and considerate to the fact that we were working with an extended service warranty ~ often not an easy thing. He was patient and considerate, working with the extended service company even when they were being unreasonable. I was more than impressed! He worked diligently to get the best deal for ME, to get the most for ME and save ME the most money overall. I am grateful for his efforts. In the end, the warranty company ordered the part, and Mission Auto KC called me the minute it came in. They were super speedy to install, reducing my wait time significantly!
