I've traveled near and far to find our Grand Cherokee Summit. This is the fourth one we owned and I can honestly tell you Reed is best jeep dealership we visited. Derrick Palmer. sales associate at Reed Jeep, greeted me in the driveway at Reed Jeep and asked me what I was looking for...I told him a deal...Unknown to Derrick my 2025 Pacifica had been totaled 3 weeks ago and I was very upside down on the loan and the paltry sum the insurance offered was not going to pay off the balance of the loan. Fortunately, my previous salesperson at Reed Jeep, Luis, had talked me into GAP insurance, which I had not purchased before, but he pointed out the upside in case of an accident, so I bought it with the loan and it proved to be useful in paying off the balance of my loan and Derrick helped me to buy a replacement vehicle that was an exact duplicate of my car but only a year newer...Derrick handled all the details and I drove away in a new vehicle. Well done by the entire team at Reed Jeep...Thanks to all!!!

Took a 2021 Willys to get its oil changed, tires rotated and balanced and added on 2 air filters. Cost is a staggering 287 and some change. Jeep is running like crap! They did the rotation but not the balance. So now anything going over 65mph the steering wheel shakes and it pulls hard to the left. When I called to let them know what was going on the acted like I was bothering them. I just paid half a weeks salary to an advisor to be treated like we were the problem. If you do the stuff right, then no need to call you and ask why. Needless to say it will be the last time we use that dealership for anything! Including our next jeep purchase. .5 stars if you ask me! Try and be a bit nicer on the phone!

First time buying a car from out of town however Luis our sales representative made the process easier then it seems. The process went extremely smooth and he went above and beyond through out the whole car buying process. We received our GV70 last night in as stated condition or better. Overall the Wife loves the car. Again, thank you and hopefully we can do business in the future for any car needs. 5 Stars!

Bought Ram 2500 pickup from Sam Coughlin. He was very good to work with and on my schedule. Very smooth transaction and Sam was able to get it classified as a CPO with a longer warranty. After the sale we discovered a hiccup with one of the tires and Reed took care of it without question. Great place and great salesman.

I traded a Ram 2500 (purchased from Reed) for a used Wrangler Derrick (Palmer) helped me with the whole process. The car was what I was looking for however I had a couple of concerns. Derrick did some research for me and was able to produce documentation to answer my concerns. Derrick was low key, courteous, and responsive to text and phone calls. Also if you need a Ram 2500 diesel the one I traded in is pretty close to perfect I just don't need that much truck anymore so give Derrick a call.

Reed Jeep continues to deliver exceptional service. My wife and I bought a new 2025 Dodge Durango from Reed last week. We initially looked at the vehicle the week after Thanksgiving. We met Sam Coughlin that day and he took us on a test drive so we could check the vehicle out. Sam is a rare find when it comes to car salesmen. He was not pushy in the least, instead he took the time to explain the vehicle and its features demonstrating a true passion for his job with his knowledge. At the end of the test drive he could tell we were not ready to buy that day. Instead of trying to push a sale, he simply gave us his card and told us to let him know if we decided we wanted it. That stuck with us when we saw the price drop. We returned and purchased 4 weeks later. The purchase process was smooth and quick. Probably the easiest I have ever experienced. 100% recommend going to Reed and asking for Sam. Everything at Reed is exceptional. The service department exceeds any dealership in the Kansas City area. We have been a Lincoln family for years and the way we are treated at Reed is 10 times better than the Lincoln "concierge" service. We are switching our entire family of vehicles to Chrysler products simply because we love how Reed has taken care of us.

Pretty impressed with my service here today I called before hand and talked to Sam asked about the interest rates and he explained that the rebates were better at this time. He was super friendly on the phone and it made me want to come in. I had a coworker recommend Reed Jeep based on his recent purchase. I took some time searching for trucks throughout the KC area and found their inventory selection and pricing to be extremely competitive. I set up an appointment with Joe Trahan that fit my schedule and never felt rushed to purchase the trucks I tested drove. He and Kyle Marshall were extremely helpful during the entire buying process. I'm very happy with the purchase and the overall experience with the Reed team.

I went on for scheduled maintenance to my Jeep 4xe, specifically oil change & tire rotation and balance. While I was there, I received a text message Seth the attached video alerting me to the need for replacement of engine and cabin air filters. I was able to authorize those replacements by text and my service took less than 40 minutes instead of the hour I was originally quoted, even with the additional replacements. When I received my vehicle back, the interior had been vacuumed and wiped down as well. I really appreciate the help that the maintenance team at Reed Jeep, including Keely (service advisor) provided. The waiting area was clean with amenities including a quiet room. Everything was fast, efficient, and at a good price (even before two coupons I had received with my service alert were applied). I highly recommend Reed for Jeep service.

I am completely satisfied and extremely impressed by the whole experience at Reed Jeep. My sales rep Finn went out of his way late one afternoon to understand what I was wanting and what I had to trade. Finn sent me a great video of the Gladiator and accepted the photos of my at the time very dirty Jeep. When Finn was able to get the deal pulled together he was quick to respond to any questions I had. This was my first visit to Reed Jeep. Great dealership. Great experience. Every employee I encountered always asked if I needed anything. I had done a little research and I knew what I wanted to pay. The transaction went smoothly and I was in and out in Two and a half hours with a new Wrangler. Title Paper work was ready in less than a week which surprised me as my other car took two months. Shout out to my salesman Joe Trahan! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Reed Jeep is locally and veteran owned. Quite a few family members are veterans as well. Give em a try!

Recently purchased another Jeep from Reed Jeep in Merriam. I keep going back because of great customer service, friendly staff, a wide selection of vehicles, fair prices, and great service after each purchase.
