Purchased a Transmission from these Clowns and they sent me the wrong one then just ignored me contacting them and kept my money now I have a transmission just taking up space because this place isn’t a real Business
Purchased 4 doors for my truck, he confirmed they have stock. Was told two weeks ago they were being shipped and I’ve since been ghosted trying to get tracking. Shouldn’t have taken more than 3 days to receive, now I have to buy elsewhere while waiting for my claim to go through. Absolutely DO NOT buy from this “business”. His eBay ratings aren’t any better either, I should have heeded that warning.
This junk yard is the biggest joke ,rip off yard in America . They post stuff online that they don’t even have in stock . Collect your money and hope they find you one . Then they tell you they will send pictures of the part and they do weeks later . And then when you agree to buy it they tell you it’s sold . DO NOt buy from them they are a complete rip off . The part new sells for $385 they sell it for $1500 used . That’s the type of place they are. Bad business practices and communication is the worst . .
I bought an engine with them, and in the ebay application I received the engine in bad condition, everything broken, they asked me for 1000 CORE and they sent it to them, according to CORE they had to return it to me when I sent my old engine car, now it turns out that they kept the 1000 CORE plus the crank engine of my car I have evidence that the engine reached the address
I ordered a wire harness, 3 weeks later my customer is still waiting for the part, Brian only answered his phone after I called from a different number and then said it was coming but still didn't call back with a tracking number, another week went by and still nothing. I bought from another salvage yard. Waste of time dealing with this guy.
I have bought several parts from this place in the past, but never again. Brian hangs up on you before you're ever done talking. Very unfriendly and not helpful.
FRAUD. Ordered parts online but when I called in, Brian told me that he refunded because he didn't have the parts. I contacted paypal just for them to tell me NO REFUND was given. In the process of disputing the charge. If you're looking to see if you should take your business here, I'd stongly suggest taking it elsewhere.
Two stars b/c I got SOME parts that I needed, but got more of a run around and wasted time than anything. Take your biz elsewhere. Read all of the reviews. Those that are negative hit the nail on the head.
These guys are awesome and professional. They have a big yard with a big variety of Truck parts. Their prices are really good compared to other yard!
From Online Inventory, to calling Varco makes your shopping easy. I called ahead, and they confirmed the exact piece I needed for my Truck. The part was clean, looked new and it works perfect. The customer support is friendly and fast. Only waited about 5 minutes for someone to go look for the part I needed. I will come back if needed and if I'm ever searching for another part, this will be the first place I search thank you!
Got a transmission wiring harness from these guys for an 04 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9 diesel, couldn’t find it any where else, so many different kinds, and these guys gave me a perfect match and worked out just right. I was thinking to take the truck to an auction and lose probably couple grand, they saved the truck’s life!!
I had a very unpleasant experience with a man named Brian at Varco parts. I needed a part yesterday and Brian needed the vin to make sure it was the right part, etc. Yesterday I gave him the vin and he said he would call me right back. Two hours later I called and left a message with the lady who answered the phone saying we want to buy the part because of the warranty and asked to have Brian please call me back. My boss and I waited the hours till closer of business with no call back. I called first thing in the morning and left another message but after 6 hours with no call back my boss told me to just get the part off E-Bay. I did. Then at four o'clock on mountain Time I got a call from Brian saying he wanted to get the part paid for and shipped. I told him I was told to get the part of eBay cause he never called back. He got very upset with me and said I'm the reason he hopes customers get screwed because he went to all the trouble of making this happen for me and now I wasted all his time. I'm having to tell the customer they have to wait longer because he never called and said yes they have the right part for us so we bought from another source. This man may have just been having a bad day but saying he hoped I get screwed over by whatever part supplier I went through is very unacceptable and un professional. I would tell some one too but a different car first instead of going through this man for parts, if he was the only one on the planet with the part I needed.

Absolute worst customer service ever. I bought a part for a truck shell that has no VIN number with it. They cancelled my order saying there was a problem with the address which was a lie. They then say they couldn't contact me, never emailed, never wrote through ebay or paypal, etc. I requested the part without the vin and was told no, I requested a supervisor and was told no. Absolutely horrible to deal with. I paid for a part and they wouldn't send..........literally the opposite of how to do business.
Ordered a fuel tank for truck. The had leaves, dirt, wire, and a hole was in it. Roll over valve vent was broken. It was in terrible condition. Now I've been waiting on a refund for almost two months. Brian keep saying his secretary handle it, not handled! First excuse there something wrong with my card. Nothing wrong. Yet to receive my refund. Big run around not good at getting back with me at all. Service is horrible. Don't by from there.
My brother ordered parts from them and unfortunately wasntvthe rights ones. It took him forever to get a refund and they charged a very expensive re-stocking fee.
