I was in town for a wedding and to visit family and needed an oil change. They put me in on Saturday afternoon which helped me out being on the road. Everything went smooth, everyone was friendly and professional. Their prices are very reasonable, they checked all my fluids and topped them off. Thank you to everyone there for your service.
Nice staff and they seem to know what they are doing. I couldn't believe prices have jumped $40-50 more for oil change. $106 for a simple oil change on a 13-year-old minivan.
One of the guys there changed my sisters oil an drained the transmission fluid instead.... an now she has to get a new engine 10,000 dollars later... an they won't help do anything about it cuz ain't there fault...
Had work done on my truck receipt number 49512 rotated my tires now at present my left front wheel is about to come off due to there not torquing the wheel I was a victim of being out of town working there in Johnson Kansas
Now gotta send more money to get something fixed they should have done right the first time
Proper torqued wheels shouldn't have done this
Don't carry your vehicle there they are qualified to do the work right
Gonna have qualified technicians fix there mistake had to take time from work to get there problem fixed.
Unprofessional and rude. Tried to get a oil change two days in a row. The first day place was closed earlier than posted. Second time I made an appointment, was 5 minutes late and they turned me away.
