I spoke with the owner on the phone he requested I send some information via text so he could get the correct windshield. I did this while we were on the phone. He said he got it and that he would get back with me in a couple hours. Now four days later, I’ve heard nothing, Not that he couldn’t find it nor a quote or anything. This is the second time I’ve tried to use his services I’ve gotten the same treatment both times. Other people I have spoke with have said they too got no response from him and they had to keep calling and hounding him for a response. There are other businesses that will take money that I don’t have to beg.
No complaints here. Showed up and was greeted very kindly, got my glass done in a timely manner. Was very professional and did a great job. Will continue to do business here. Thank yall very much!!
Broke a Chevy Silverado rear window and a quick phone call and an hour or so and I was back on the road. Lot of Windows in stock. Dario is a professional! Quick and skilled, his team did a great job. Highly recommend!
