We had RV rental troubles in Emporia and our roadside assistance team tried many companies in the area. Mike and his guys were the ONLY ones who answered and had capability to come get us + fix up our trailer for us. Thank you guys!!
A friend and I got both our vehicles stuck in a field just outside of town at 2am. I called several other companies and tt&t was the only one who picked up the phone willing to help us out. They were honest and transparent about pricing and sent a vehicle out right away.
By the time the vehicle arrived at our location, we had already managed to get our trucks unstuck. Rather than charging us a service fee for labor and expenses, they didn’t charge us a penny, and ate the cost.
Honesty, character, and trustworthiness come to mind here. The experience tells me that tt&t deeply cares about the reputation of their company, and that they aim to maintain a positive reputation by adhering to the principles outlined above.
I believe that little things like this often go unnoticed, and felt convicted to write this review. If I have any towing needs in the future I will be using tt&t towing.
Mike answered right away and was out in 30 minutes to tow my truck. It was about a 50 mile tow and I rode with him on the way. The almost hour trip went by quickly as we chatted the whole time. He is a great down to earth guy with a prompt, professional helping hand!
