I am from Missouri and was stuck on the side of the interstate on exit 216 just past Ellsworth. Joe came and picked up my fiancee and I and took great care of us. Really great, professional service. I would recommend anybody, whether they are from the area or not, to use Randy’s if they need a tow or work done on their vehicle! Great people who were very kind to people who had no idea what to do!

Haven't had personal experience but a friend had her truck break down after hours they came out and got her on the road again in less than an hour that is quality service
Took the time to come out and look at the underbelly of our camper that the wind ripped down. Although they didn't have the supplies to fix the issue gave some great suggestions to get us by until we could get to an RV shop to get it fixed. 100% would do business with them!
I can't speak to the quality of their work, but I can speak to the quality of the staff. My daughter had a rollover accident in the area and the car was towed to Randy's. They let her (and the hamster she was with) hang out in the shop for 4 hours until I could get out there. I found a way to transport the car the next day but they weren't open on Saturday. I called the owner on his cell, he answered and said he would be glad to go up there and make it accessible for the transport company. Even though I didn't have any repairs done there, I can say they were great to work with and were courteous and professional all around.
They towed my vehicle after my accident. The next day we went to pick it up, the service was friendly and they were very helpful to my husband getting the car on our trailer.
Our car broke down on I-70 late at night. They came and got us, dropped us off at the motel across the street, and began working on our car first thing in the morning. The cost was reasonable and the service even better. Highly recommend.
Our RV broke down on the highway headed back to Canada and they said they were too busy to take us but Joe came out and towed us back to his shop! They had a look at it and squeezed us in and fixed us up! The most amazing kind hearted people! Thank you to Joe and Eli for baking in the heat for us so we could get home! ❤️
My roommate needed a new windshield for her Subaru and took it to these guys, finding them extremely helpful fast and definitely knowing customer service. They treated her with respect and even came to the house to check on all the details that they needed to ensure the windshield was perfect. Highly recommend them with 10 stars instead of the 5 on here.
Had a tire blowout that we were unable to change ourself. Randy’s promptly arrived to tow us back to town and changed the tire for us. Excellent and friendly service. Would highly recommend if needing towing services.
Our car broke down at midnight on I70 just outside of Ellsworth. Joe from Randy's came out to us, loaded us up and had us at the motel in Ellsworth in half an hour. All of the auto repair shops in town were booked for 2 weeks so Joe drove us 2 hours to Wichita so we could have our car fixed. I can't recommend Randy's Body Shop & Towing enough, the service is unmatched and the employees treat you like one of their own.
Joe saved our butts when we broke down on our way from OH back home to CO! He picked us up super quickly even though it was nearly midnight and had our car loaded and had us at the local motel in less than 30 minutes. He ended up helping us game plan where to take it in since not many people work on Volkswagens and ended up driving us, our car, and our dog the 2 hours to Wichita to be sure we could get back on the road the next day. Turns out we got fuel in IN that hadn't been treated for the cold yet and the diesel gelled in the tank ?. Thank you so much, Joe, for getting us where we needed to go! You were very kind and professional and largely thanks to you we are now back on the road and headed home. Need a tow, call Joe!!!
When you have to get a tow 6 hours from home, it is stressful. It out driver was very personable, and he engaged us to our stop. Thank you for getting our little truck to a repair shop safely!
