Great service! Roadside tech David stopped to help me on his day off. He was very friendly and quick in bringing me help even though he was not on the clock. I will recommend him to all my friends.

Midwest road rescue is an amazing company. Working alongside one of there technicians over the summer was an amazing experience the quality of service provided my all of the member of the team was excellent. Technician Aaron went above and beyond to ensure the safety of others while also still completing calls. I have 0 complaints about the the company!!

The guy that drove out here to Lewis Kansas to get my keys out of the little Dodge did a phenomenal job. All smiles very reasonable even chocolate at my dad's jokes. As terrible as they were.

broke down in the McDonalds drive through getting food after the gym. God blessed me by putting this brother in front of us I didn’t get his name but he had a green hoodie and a nice chain helped me out and got me some gas and got me on my way. God bless that man and your service

Wanted to take a moment to shout out some great service from this company, from their employee Nick! While I had my 4 year old niece with me, my car wouldn't start. I put in a request for roadside assistance for a jump start. Within minutes of submitting the request, I got a call from the provider saying that he would have to drive an hour to get to my location. He was calling to make sure that we were in a safe location. Upon arrival, he tried jumpstarting my car- to which it apparently was sparking. All my family and friends were a significant drive away- since I was over an hour from home. Nick offered to drive me to buy a new battery (which the only open store was nearly 20 miles away from where my car was stranded). Keep in mind I had a 4 year old with me. He was super patient and kind and went above and beyond so that I didn't have to get a tow. Would definitely recommend!

I pulled up to the Caseys at 31st and Iowa, where a man wearing an orange vest with this companies name on it. He avoided eye contact and assisted a man in changing a tire on a black car in front of the air pump. Both avoided eye contact, and when the employee came to get more equipment, he looked me in the eye, then quickly away, hurrying back to the other car. He was driving a white Prius. I don't know why they didn't pull the other car up ans away from the air pump leaving it free for others to use. After completing the repair he took his time packing up. I really needed to air up my tire before driving further or I would have left. I spent over 25 minutes waiting to use the pump. If there had been any kind of acknowledgement at all, I wouldn't have left this review. I wasn't directly a customer ( and won't be), but my evening was impacted by their sevice nonetheless.

Did a lockout service on my car. Damaged my door frame pulling keys through. Lied to insurance so that damages would not be covered. So my advice video record the service. Anywhere is better than them! 900$ damage!

I worked with Midwest Road Rescue as they were contracted by AAA. It took over 4 hours for them to arrive. When they did, I watched them arrive to the wrong address in an unmarked car not suitable for the weather. I was sympathetic to those issues, because there was snow and I was lucky to not be in a dire situation. I also realize I may not have been in the best state of mind and unhappy in my situation. When they did finally make it to me, the technician treated me like I was a complete moron for not knowing exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and just jump starting it on my own. Had I known I could and what the outcome would be, all I can say is "Wow, hindsight!" But again, I was calm about the techs demeanor. I'm sure he was looking at a long day, of a lot of irate people in bad situations and bad weather. I unlocked my car, I provided access to everything so the tech could jump start it. He did however open the drivers door to turn on the ignition. Once the car was started, he then proceeded to again treat me like an idiot regarding my AAA Policy to which I just decided I would handle with AAA and he left. I let the vehicle run, and while I did, I provided a review of the company from the text I received. I wish I had not been so nice and forgiving in my review and waited. Because when I went to turn off my car, I noticed that my door handle was now broken. Since then, I have been fighting with AAA (not Midwest RR's fault) to try to get my handle fixed. I know that's the proper way to handle this. But, Midwest Road Rescue has decided that they are not at fault and are denying any blame in the broken handle. I guess the moral of the story, if you want something done right, do it yourself. But words of wisdom, I would recommend to anyone using this company to double check anything before you let the tech leave.

I had an unfortunate incident this morning and called my insurance carrier for roadside assistance. Our address doesn’t show on GPS maps. JJ communicated with me to find my location and partnered with his dispatch to update the location. My tire was changed quickly and very efficiently.

Jordan went above and beyond for me on Christmas Eve, helping me coordinate the solution to my car's problems far beyond what he was required to do. He was a stand-up guy, and offered a friendly face and conversation at a stressful time. If you ever have car issues in KS, hope it's Midwest Road Rescue that gets your call; you will be in good hands.

Absolutely amazing assistance! We were stuck on Kansas Turnpike right outside of Lawrence Kansas. With a flat tire and it wasn’t safe to change it our selves and our roadside assistance was going to take over two hours to get to us and he got to us quick and has the spare changed on in less than 20min. He was so polite and talked us through it and was so patient. He was the owner of the company. Just amazing service. We thank them for their help.

Carl was great!! Grateful for our insurance to provide roadside service, but more grateful for how speedy Carl was to get to Topeka to help us with a shredded tire. Thanks for the peace of mind!

Very friendly guy was fast with his work. Very satisfied and would recommend anyone in the area that needs help to call Midwest Road Rescue first. VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

They were very prompt and friendly! Ultimately had to call upon other services due to my car being unique with its not-so-lovely-after-all safety features but they continued to check on me throughout the night to make sure I was safe and gave recommendations and options for what I could do. I highly recommend them, they are a lovely group of people. :)

OMG cant say enough about Cody who helped me in indiana! I was stuck on the side of the interstate for 5 hours and he drove up to help me! Even took me to the next town to get the tools i needed. Super friendly! He was my hero this weekend!

The 2 times that I have to use this company they have been very slow and did not communicate well. It was very hard to get ahold of them outside of business hours and when you are stranded waiting on a lock out it’s usually not between 9-5. After almost 3 hrs and several called to them and AAA they did eventually show up but I would not recommend.

Jordan was phenomenal, I blew out the front passenger side tire. He arrived within 15 minutes and Replaced my tire quickly. He also ensured all the tires had air. He Was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. Without him I would have been stuck on I-35 N.

Rude., unprofessional , never showed up. After numerous calls. This is just a 3rd party service. No different than uber. Stick to a certified legit local repair shop further research show owner is a fired part time driver, from you tube. Stay away

Was told would be there to help within a hour. When I called after a hour and a half the woman that answered was rude and told me to wait patiently as she was new at this. WTH!!!!! Seriously then why tell me less then a hour the first time. Just call elsewhere unless you want to have your time wasted. I canceled my request!

Have dealt with this company a few times and they are phenomenal! Always stick to their word, very professional, and prices are right! Would recommend if you need help on the road in the middle of nowhere kansas and don't have triple a. Any other reviews referencing her as a truck driver are by ignorant keyboard warriors that have no life of their own and have failed at everything besides being a thorn in someone's side for no other reason than they are jealous!

Brittany is an amazing person. She's really got a good thing going & she did it all on her own proving all the haters wrong. I'll gladly & proudly back & support her & her small woman owned business.

Helped me with my lockout while I'm visiting family. I didn't know what to do until I came across Midwest Road Rescue. She was very kind and very knowledgeable. I seen a screw in my tire while she was getting my car open, she changed my tire for me too. I would use this company again just based on her being respectful, kind, very helpful and making sure I was good to go before she left too. Thank you so much for your help Brittney.
