Last week, I called and asked if I could recycle Rumba sweeper batteries. The staff member answering the phone assured me I could, so I made a special trip to Lawrence Battery to recycle several batteries only to find out that they do not recycle anything but car batteries. After confusion and denial that the staff I was talking to did not tell me they could recycle such batteries, I was sent on to Home Depot to recycle (that's why two stars and not one). Also, I called several weeks ago to consider getting a car battery, and Continental did not have any model with additional cold cranking amps above the standard minimum for a Mazda suv. Save yourself some trouble and shop somewhere else.
Easiest battery replacement ever ! I knew my battery was dead after 5 years. Called ahead but no appointment needed. Drove up to an open bay upon arrival. They checked my battery, confirmed it was no longer holding a charge, replaced my battery and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. 2yr warranty.

Very quick! I was in and out with a new battery in less than 20 minutes. They tested to see if it was the battery or the alternator and luckily it was the battery. Great customer service, super easy & affordable!

We had two batteries go south on us during the most recent Sub-Zero cold snap. LB jumped all over the jobs and had us in and out and back on the road in a flash. I have purchased batteries from LB for many years and have never had a sub-par experience. They know how important good service is.

They have done a great job for the 30 years I have used them. You just pull up to open bay. They will load test your battery and if need replace your battery no extra fees. They honor the warranty.

I came here when my battery died, and the folks at Lawrence Battery were amazing, helpful and so kind! They took my battery to test and try to charge it, and it was completely dead. Done! We ended up realizing my dead battery was still under warranty somewhere else in town, so Lawrence Battery let me borrow a loaner battery overnight until I could take my battery in to be replaced at the other location under warranty. They did it free of charge. I would definitely recommend them, and will be back there the next time I need a battery!
I have been trading with and sending others to Lawrence Battery for over 40 years. I have Never! been dissatisfied. Pull up to an empty bay, tell them you're trouble pay the lady drive away with a smile. Price is always competitive! SERVICE is EXCELLENT! Every time!
These guys are the best. This in some ways is a locals place. I say that because it's a gem of a place run by honest knowledgeable people. It's not a chain or big box but instead a place where you go in get a diagnosis and if you need one a new battery at a really good price installed in less time than you could eat lunch. I bought a new battery from a chain because I needed a new one on a Sunday. My mistake. I'll wait next time. That battery lasted all of 7 months. Just bought a new battery today and it was painless. I wish all business made things so easy.

These guys are always helpful and do not try to upsell. They are straight shooters. They did a complete check on my battery and alternator to make sure the AAA guy was right and I for sure needed a new battery. They gave me my options and no pressure to get the most expensive one. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Called ahead to make sure they had the battery I needed in stock. When I got there they assured me an exact match for my car. Technician started changing it right away. In less than 30 minutes I was back on the road. Battery price was $139 plus tax with installation included. Quick, easy, to the point. 10/10 recommend.
