I ordered a part on their website last night that said that it would be delivered to the Lawrence store and when I called this morning, Jack gave me the runaround and then was completely disrespectful. Not only to my boyfriend, but to me about this part not being able to be ordered from their website or something and then when I asked him why he said he didn’t know. Do not recommend this place to anybody. We had this issue back in 2021 when we were putting together a blazer and together we bought apart from them. It was either wrong and they were rude and disrespectful and I can’t believe the management has employees like this
Went in for an oring failure on a coolant temp sensor for my blue oval ranger. The team working today was amazing. They listened to my issue and fixed me up with a good proper fit replacement sensor and oring. FoRd wants $70 for the same $15 part.

Stuck up not helpful at all auto parts store that none of the 6 battery charger they hv in store are charged in the middle of the day but that is a service they offer...go figure
Do NOT at least do online pickup. They will pick things that haven't been sold- "new old stock". I purchased things three months ago and just realized the car wipes didnt have their plastic cover and were dry. Also they sold me techron that was very old and said it was fine, when it contains petroleum!
Ordered battery online using NAPA website, which indicated free installation. Went to pick up battery and was told "it's not our policy to install. We had an incident with a windshield wiper." All of their competitors DO provide free installation. NAPA has moved from a service business during a time when service is a must. NAPA Lawrence does not adhere to their corporate website.
Just stopped in for a quick check up on my engine light and the gentleman working was able to get me an accurate diagnosis in no time . Really helpful and just what I needed .
Needed to exchange a part for my father who has a hard time getting around. The part was purchased with a lifetime replacement, when I walked in there seemed to be a bit of confusion/question but was quickly resolved by someone from the back. Even as a female I felt comfortable and confident that I was getting the part I needed. Clean store, friendly staff and oh how I love the smell of a parts store. Thank you guys!
I do not recommend this place. The few gentlemen I have met with have been condescending and rude. They do not understand the concept of customer service. Not to mention, they are typically more expensive than O'Reillys and AutoZone. I will avoid Napa in Lawrence at all costs.
This store is great. I went there today and Blake and Lewis went above and beyond with my car needs. I also knew all 4 customers in the store. I'll be back. Thanks guys.
Coming back from a hunting trip out west and had my trailer tire bearing bust, spewed grease everywhere. Pulled in to Napa to assess the damage (am not well versed on trailer parts, or anything auto for that matter) Brady at the front desk came out and helped me tremendously. Diagnosed it, called a local mechanic he knew to double check and even had him come out to help fix the problem! Class acts. Very impressed and apprciative of their help.
Losers. Total losers. People around town have been talking about this place. Not good. It's not good. Completely uneducated. Weak. Totally weak guys. I would write more if I wasn't too busy spending money at other stores.
