I was in this evening to have my battery tested. I mentioned that I had it narrowed down between the battery and the alternator. Ken said that both could be tested. Luckily it was the battery and was quickly replaced. Ken provided amazing customer service, had me in and out quickly and was incredibly skilled. Thank you, Ken!

My friend was having car battery problems so we went to o’riley. We were greeted by a man, mid to late 30s, asking what we needed. We explained the situation and went outside to test the battery. The man began to cuss repeatedly and had a condescending tone throughout the visit, he was being quite rude. He was helpful in diagnosing the problem and telling us the best options, but the customer service was incredibly unprofessional.
I’ve been going to this store for my automotive needs for years and the folks there are literally the best. So knowledgeable and go above and beyond to be helpful.
I needed a new starter battery for my daughter’s car on move-in day and arguably the hottest day of the year. Sage was SUPER helpful! Will definitely be back!
I came to O'Reilly after rude service at Auto Zone. When i came in, Nick immediately helped me and acquired rhe lightbulb i needed for my car. Nick also installed the lightbulb for me. As he was working on the light, he also diagnosed a deeper issue with the lighting system of my car. Nick handled everything with respect, professionalism, and thoroughly. Will definitely be using O'Reilly for my future car needs.
I needed a new bulb for my headlight yesterday. I had read that O’Reilly would install a new bulb and that’s exactly what happened..
Many thanks to Tony who took the time in really hot weather to show me what bulb to buy and to install it for me. His attitude was friendly and courteous, and I cannot thank him enough for his great customer service.
I went in today to check why my engine light was on and was expecting to it myself. But Nickolas came out to help which was much appreciated because I don’t know a whole lot about cars. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to show me what the problem was, how much the part typically costs, and he explained it in a way that was easy to understand. The best part was that he didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything. In the near future I’ll be back to get the part from them solely because of that and his help. If you’re his manager, he probably deserves to be paid more.
I came in to get a blinker lightbulb. The gentlemen helped me find it then helped to install it. I am so grateful for the help and kindness I received.

Anthony Mac was very help in repairing my front bumper splitter and even came out and basically did all the work in repairing it. 5 out of 5 stars for Anthony. No other parts shop employee would’ve gone out of their way to assist in my issue that i had. here are some before and after photos of Anthony assisting my issue. Thank you Anthony. Give him a raise.
I have to drag my walker out of my car to go Ina store, and had a battery that wasn't holding a charge and didn't want to leave the car running to go inside the store, buy a battery and then come back outside to have them do the install. A worker was outside, I explained the situation. He took my debit card inside and paid for my battery then brought everything out to me and did the install. Could not have been more helpful or nicer. Highly recommended.
The worker was so rude, has his airpods in the whole time and shut the door in my face. He replaced my battery but was so mean about it. This was the first I’ve needed to do anything like this by myself and it was a terrible experience.
I had to stop in right after the Thanksgiving holiday as both my windshield wipers broke. When I went in there, I received excellent customer service! The store was having a sale and I was set up with the best set of windshield wipers ever! Highly recommend!
At least one of the guys in this place had no idea what he's doing. The first time I went in there he gave me the wrong oil filter kit, so it didn't have the right size O ring.
The second time I asked for a tire plug kit with drill bit attachments. He told me that those don't exist. When I insisted that they do, he said "Well not here they don't." I walked to the tire plug kit area of the store, found the kit with the drill bit attachments, and showed it to him.(Photo of product attached.) He didn't even acknowledge that he was wrong.
If you go to this store make sure you talk to someone who actually knows what they are doing.
Employees here are lazy I came here yesterday morning and today to see if I could get help putting my blinker light in for me both times were told no… I went to the North Lawrence location and atleast they attempted to help me replace it instead of just telling me no instantly
Some moron told me the wrong part for my car, I now have no ride to autoparts store to fix my car and have to make another purchase. I'm never coming here again, hopefully this employee gets "disposed" of.
I went in to get new air filters for my car and when I was checking out, Jarrod offered to replace them for me without me even asking. He replaced the engine air filter and helped me finish installing the cabin filter as well. I was planning on doing it myself at home but I really appreciated his help and his friendly attitude. Jarrod made for a great first experience at this location!
I needed a headlight replaced. Charles helped me find what I needed and ordered a new part for me when he realized I needed one. I came back the next day when the part arrived and Charles helped me install everything with a smile on his face. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful without making me feel stupid with all my questions.
I went to the O’Reilly’s in Lawrence this am for replacement of a dead battery. Excellent customer service with a true professional. I will be back and highly recommend this business.

They were very knowledgeable & helpful but my paint didn’t take only 1 hour like they said. It took 6 hours and I was busy when they wanted me to pick it up. Still a good place to go I guess.
Went to get a diagnostic run on my car for a couple warning lights. The young employee did not give much information, just asked if I wanted the lights cleared out. Usually the employees here are more knowledgeable, helpful and informative. Disappointed this visit.
