Someone hit my car and I had been trying to get my grandmas ashes out the car and they would not let me get anything unless the bill is paid … I don’t care to much about the car but my grandma ashes are not replaceable I don’t have the money to get it out so he advised me they will throw everything away .. so heartless 0/10 don’t call them they don’t care about the people just the money
Thieves! They only take cash but don't let you know ahead of time. $575 to tow from the south of town to their location. The guys that work there are nice but it doesn't make up for the incompetence of the company.
Kody at Heartland Recovery was very courteous and professional. My car would not start and had no power. Kody was very careful, thorough, and took the necessary precautions to hook up my car and tow it to the service center safely. He arrived early and even sent me a message letting me know my car arrived at the service center, and my keys were dropped off at the front desk. Thank you Kody for your help. This company along with my property manager "Union at The Loop .Have taken it upon them selves to ticket and take my vehicle without contacting the police and now want me to pay them. It's a huge scam and deceitful business practices, that they have done for years. This isn't the first time in 5 years that they have done this. And I am going to the city to make this problem come front and center. It's a horrible way they make there Money by preying on people who cannot afford to keep up there vehicles. They should have to properly call the police to properly discern tags and registration and then have the police ticket the car along with the property manager and then tow the vehicle. To not inform the police and then Take the car to me is stealing and completely wrong. Not to mention when she went to get here belongings out of her vehicle she was asked for the title first. How sleezy just robing people. And there was another lady from my complex there. She was charged 300 my friend 400. Go figure. Very professional pricing. And to take the cake the gentleman left who had twed the car, in a vehicle with no license plates. Lmao. What a fing joke.
We got our truck stuck. I went down the list calling several local tow services and they couldn’t help. I got to Heartland Recovery and they were able to come out immediately and got us take care of. The driver was great. The cost was as quoted and fair.
This place sucks do not use them. They will mess your car up because their drivers suck!!! Will damage your vehicle, owner will come look at damaged vehicle and never respond back.
They were nice enough, but the body shop had a really hard time getting ahold of them and it took 3 days just to get my car from the tow yard to the repair shop.
