They are very inaccessible when selling a part; they offer no guarantee and only accept cash. And their attitude when speaking with them about any issue after the sale is very bad and closed.
Midwest Mustang has those grailed mustang parts you would only dream of I have been a long time customer and when I need a part that I can’t find anywhere more then likely they have it
They towed my customers car to their lot. When I got there to pick it up, they said it was outside the gate. They charged me over $800 and wouldn't even help me get it on the trailer. I had to call another tow company to help me out. The only experience worth a damn was the friendly staff, the owner clearly don't care about his customers.
Terry and the team at Midwest Mustang helped me upgrade the rear end in my 85 Foxbody mustang. They pulled and painted the 8.8 rear end housing and got it shipped to me quickly for install here in Texas. Terry was available to help me over the phone quite frequently which was awesome. He gave me many pointers and even helped me source the brake components so we could upgrade the rear drum to disk brakes without buying an expensive kit that has many parts that we wouldnt need. The rear end came out awesome as well as the disk brake conversion. Some of these people in the reviews obviously underestimate what it takes to make salvage parts work, or parts in general. Its called salvage for a reason. You save money in most cases but it takes research and quite a bit of work to retrofit these things. Having realistic expectations is part 1. Learning what you got and what you truly need is part 2. I would HIGHLY recommend Midwest Mustang and will be back I'm sure in the future. Shade tree as it gets. Broke down two blocks from this place and started making calls to price a tow and labor for a new starter. As most shade tree mechanics the first thing they said was they only install parts that you buy from them which just so happen to be an arm and a leg more than any other place in town but she refused to give me that price over the phone. Apparently her illiteracy Deems her incompetent of using her computer to enter the details of your vehicle without having your vehicle in her possession. Sounds like an honest place to me. Yeah right.. I run from businesses that use that con man lingo. Beware.. if handing someone with a real attitude, the keys to your car and a blank check, sounds like a good idea then come right down.this place is for you. If your like me and have any common sense at all, run, run hard and fast...
Pretty quick with the work but I bought an engine from them and and have had to replace many parts after buying it and check engine light came on and I’ve had to get my window put back in twice now and it popped right back out but they will work with you
I messaged them about one of there facebook post asking if they would negotiate the price and they told me i would have to go in to negotiate anything.
I told them thank you for your there time but im not that interested i was being very polite and i was met with attitude for declining there offer.

I came here to get parts for something other than a Mustang, the owner actually went out in the rain and helped pull parts. GREAT place. Always friendly.
Crooked crooks ripped my son off on radiator and several other women and children have been taken advantage of by this company anyone who thinks they got a good deal or service from this shop doesn't have a clue about cars or repairs! Disgrace to tow companies as well very uneducated and unprofessional I would recommend them to other crooks and law enforcement, they need held accountable for their actions and rewarded accordingly!!
These guys have done a nice job of helping my grand daughter keep her car running since she is on her own with no family there. They are fair priced and treated her with respect
they sold me a bad motor. then they said they have a 90 day warranty i asked about it and he hung up in my face. and blocked my phone number. nobody trust this business totally unprofessional.

The owner will change his price when you show up. I called in and asked about a part on a 93 mustang. He asked me twice what year the car was and told me if he had one it would be $50. So I went up there and when I showed up he said and I quote. "93 I thought you said 03, I can tell you right now if i have one it won't be $50. The. Why did you ask me twice on the phone what year the car was? I would stay as far away from this place as possible.
This was a terrible experience. After driving all the way to Lawrence and the workers retrieving my parts for my car, I asked them where the last piece for the car computer and key fob was and they told me I didn't need it. The guy checking me out to buy my parts bribed me into not receiving a receipt. He told me if I wanted to pay sales tax... so I didn't get one. I found out that my $200 and gas and time was all wasted! "They said they don't do returns". This is after me telling them what I need, specifically each part.
I called back about that last part and the lady at the front desk told me to put it on ebay...! I'm ready to let everyone know this place is terrible.

Very pleased with our service here. They did a great job getting what we needed to get our daughter's car back on the road after she hit a deer! Highly recommend them!! Very responsive and pleasant to work with! Family owned and operated so you're not just a number. The entire experience was great!
I have visited Midwest Mustangs' physical location several times. Each time I have had a good experience. I have always been greeted with courtesy and asked how they could help. They have a good selection of Ford parts and also advertise many of those parts on Craigslist. Their prices are reasonable and they will help you determine what you need so you don't buy anything you don't need. I appreciate this small business and will continue to be a customer. Give them a try, you will be glad you did!
