Absolutely worst business to deal with. Would not answer the phone after repeated calls during business hours and seemed inconvenienced by my business and presence. Hope to never have to work with again
It's never fun when you need a tow but Quality Towing was amazing. Chris showed up and was friendly and personable. He answered all my questions and handled my vehicle with care. He called me within 5 minutes after being assigned my tow by AAA and told me exactly where he was and how long it would take him to get there. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
The driver reported complete he towed our truck. 6 hours later insurance reclaimed to tow truck. Driver left truck at wrong apartment, refused to tow it 100ft in the street. Driver tried to scam after we paid and not tow.
I just got my shed towed from one location to my home. I'm so pleased with the amount of time it took and how Ron, the driver, loaded and unloaded my shed onto the flatbed. No problems. Other tow companies did not do that type of tow and U-Haul did not have the kind of flatbed I needed. Thank you Ron and Quality Tow and Recovery.
Not only was the driver here within a reasonable time he was so nice and communicated with me great! He took the time to tell me what his plan was then he realized he wasn't fitting how he originally wanted without driving onto my neighbors yard he changed his plan and got my car safely out of my driveway and onto the back of his truck! I have used them multiple times everytime is great.
Mindy does a superior job at operating quality tow. She has always been courteous, fair, honest, and have willingness to understand and help in each situation that comes her way. After previously waiting for another tow truck company for two hours on the side of the interstate, I was pleasantly surprised when Quality Tow showed up to pick me up much earlier than I was expecting and for a lower price than most places in town. The driver was friendly and helpful. While paying, I saw the driver skip through the payment option to add a tip so I was not pressured or asked to leave one.
I had a flat tire and needed help putting on a spare. When the tow arrived the the service was good. Speedy, efficient, friendly. It costed $92 to replace my tire. I haven't needed this service enough to know if that's a good deal.
There was some confusion and miscommunication on where I was at. This led to delayed service. The operator relayed incorrect information about my location to the driver. The driver went to the wrong location and called me. He didn't identify who he was so I mistook him for another tow I called earlier but decided not to use because the wait time was too long. I told him I had called someone else and didn't need service anymore.
But I appreciated the professionalism and fast replacement time when he did arrive

I had an excellent experience with quality. After my car broke down unexpectedly, I called them for a tow, and they arrived within 30 minutes, which was much quicker than I expected. The driver was professional, friendly, and handled my vehicle with great care. They made a stressful situation much easier for me. I highly recommend quality tow for their prompt service and excellent customer support!
Mindy the own treats you as family. I have been treated with kindness and compassion. From everyone who works for her. The drivers are very nice and easygoing and very friendly and Eager to help.
My car broke down; I called and scheduled it to be picked up. They told me to lock my keys in the car and they would pick it up.
Call back 20 minutes later to pay, im told the drivers too tired to get my car. My keys are still locked in.
I now have to pay a different company double just so they can unlock it.

I cannot rave enough about their customer service! I called them based on a referral from Westside 66's owner, Rich, and if he recommends someone I already know they will be solid gold. We were having a *historic* snow event in town and my friendly driver got me unstuck and out when no one else was even answering their phones. Not only was the fellow who came to get me out professional and kind, he had a great sense of humor in spite of clearly having been out pulling people out of snow drifts for hours and hours. I will call you guys ANY TIME I need help again in the future.
They’ve always had poor service, especially if you aren’t paying them directly and using a service like AAA. If you aren’t paying, then be prepared for a 2-3 hour wait for any service. Not to mention how their drivers act, which is typically rude and like they are doing you a favor, not a service.
Perfect example, one of their drivers was completely and needlessly blocking my neighborhood road for a significant amount of time today. He wasn’t towing or hooking up a vehicle. He was sitting at an angle and had his door open so there was no clearance on either side. No wreck, no emergency, just bad parking. He could have easily shut his door or slightly moved his truck to let people get to their homes, but he looked at the waiting cars and decided to do nothing.
Not a lot of tow options in town, but there are definitely better operated ones. Wouldn’t suggest “quality” tow, and if AAA sends them then, well, I’m sorry. Your experience is gonna suck
I had an outstanding experience with Quality Tow this afternoon. The dispatcher was nice and helpful. Tow truck driver (Bobby) was very friendly, fast, and got my truck loaded and towed to where it needed to go in a very reasonable time frame at a very reasonable cost. I'll definitely use Quality Tow for all my rescue and towing needs! You all are the BEST!!
Let me start off by saying they have the worst customer service. The tow truck driver ripped my door handle off. I called the next day to talk to them and tell them about it and she says she’s gonna get his side of the story then calls back and basically tells me there’s nothing they can do and proceeds to laugh about it. When all I want is half the money back which is like $50 to get my handle fixed.
The dispatcher that I reached was very unfriendly and towing took over two hours when called by AAA (which is supposed to be within an hour). This company seems to use fake reviews because I've had the substantial displeasure of using them over 4 times and they've never been friendly or fast. Someone else in these reviews mentioned hillcrest and they've been pretty good. just not these guys.
After last night I doubt I'll use this company again. Vehicle wouldn't start called the dispatcher told me the driver was just finishing up after an hour I called her back found out he was in topeka and he had been on AAA tow so I asked her how much longer she said she had no idea she couldn't see the AAA calls/tow only the owner and driver would so I asked her he could actually be on another triple a tow and she would ny have a clue. She agreed. I waited 10 minutes called another company they were their in 12 minutes thank you Hillcrest service. It is absolutely outrageous they don't share this info with dispatch to communicate with other customers! Glad my wife and children weren't the ones stranded definitely a business that shouldn't be!!!!

For the past couple of days I had been having some trouble with my car. To make a long story short I needed to have my car towed a very short distance back to a mechanic shop I had just came from, I called Quality Tow and Recovery to have it towed back to shop and upon the arrival of the employee who's name evades me now unfortunately, he nearly immediately began trying to see if he could get the car working and within a matter of 5 minutes he identified the problem that 3 Advance Auto Parts employees could not find after hours of diagnosing. He saved me 100 dollars on a tow and I could truly not be more grateful. If I ever need a towing service in the future, you can be absolutely sure it will be with Quality Tow and Recovery.
One of our repair vehicles wouldn’t start at a customers house. One quick phone call to Brittany and she had James out to us in no time at all to pickup our repair van and dropped off from Lawrence to our mechanic shop in Olathe! Very affordable as well and highly recommend. Repeat
Smart car with odd behavior and wouldn’t start. AAA for a tow and quickly got a call from Tyler with Quality Tow indicating he was on the way. He was able to jump start the car with success, and also provide some helpful information should the problem happen again. It turned a frustrating experience into one of gratitude.

I’ve used Quality Tow on multiple occasions whether it as a lockout, a broken down car, and even having it towed at my fault. Every single time they’ve come quickly and been super helpful. Excellent service throughout, from arranging the tow to getting a car to the mechanic. Cody called me 30 minutes prior to the prearranged time and was actually early for the pickup. Great person to deal with and I would definitely use Quality Tow again if the need should arise.
We had two vehicles that needed to be towed, which is not a fun situation to be in. However, we could not have had a better experience than we did with Quality Tow. Mindy and Austin are the two we worked with throughout, and they were both fantastic. The customer experience and service we received made the situation we were in so much easier to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company!
Gentleman over the phone was courteous and made scheduling for a pick up easy. The day they came to pick up my vehicle, they were a half hour late before I called and the lady over the phone was apologetic and informed me they only had one driver that day which it would have been more appreciated if they would have informed me prior to my scheduled pick up considering my car was scheduled at a shop, communication is key when dealing in customer service. The guy that came and picked up my car also told me he'd let me know when he had it dropped off at the shop but I never heard from him. All in all the service is good and the price is the lowest in town (paying with cash). Really the only things that kept me from giving them 5 stars was the fact that there was no communication.
Okay so this is a story within its self. Sunday I got my car towed to a tire shop cause I left work with a nail and it was flat and not fixable. And a great great guy name Jared helped me. Later that night when I got off work my tire popped off and caused damage to my car from Big O’s tire shop “complimentary tire rotation “ they didn’t skrew all my lug nuts in right in my tire. So I called the quality tow to take my car back to the shop and Jared came to the rescue again. He was really helpful. He was a good samaritan to me I know if I ever need a tow again I have a reliable company and guy who will help me.
