From the genuine customer service extended from Sue when you walk in the door, to the precision and work ethic from Dave in the shop, I couldn't have stumbled upon a better place when our windshield needed to be replaced. Sue made the insurance and billing process efforess and Dave made sure our entire vehicle (not just the windshield) was spotless. It is obvious that customer care and satisfaction are priority at Ultimate Auto Body & Glass in Sheldon!
Dave and his wife are the best in the business. I have been taking my vehicles for cosmetic repairs since I could drive. Just this past incident, they repaired my car, vacuumed, washed and might even wiped down the inside of my windows too. It was really clean when I received it back. Truly a hard working couple that go up and WAY beyond. The repaint looks spectacular, better than factory! This review doesn't do justice for the amount of work they do! Only bad part is waiting 4 months to get on the schedule but ITS TOTALLY WORTH IT and I would do it again!

Amazing experience with them.. they are so nice an informative. This was my first time ever having to deal with an insurance claim before and they helped me understand how it all worked. Took them awhile to get to my car but I definitely see why they are so booked up with repairs cause man do they work magic with a car body. Had a huge dent in my rear passenger side quarter panel and yeah it looks so good you'd never know it had damage before. I highly recommend anyone to use them.
Got a nasty star-shaped chip on Highway 18. Called and they got me in right away. Took under 20 minutes and the job is fantastic. Unless you know where to look, you can barely see the where the chip was at all. All around great service!
We've had a couple of cars repaired by Dave over the past few years and the work is always great, the pricing is fair, and the customer service is second to none. We're so lucky to have an awesome local body shop!
