Showed up at 12:45 on Saturday, because the google hours say until 1:00 pm. But store is dark and locked. Great service every other time. Would be 5 star without the hours error
heavily expensive and not that wonderful. I'll be taking the trip to Sioux city instead to visit their competition from now on when I need it today. I always want to support local businesses, but I just can't get behind this one no matter how many times I try.
each time I walk in it's a different issue. I've even been given the wrong part in my box. only to get home and have to return.
I have also had the staff tell me I was wrong about what I was asking for.... even if I am... give me what I'm asking for, that would be on me! there's no need to argue with a customer.
staff was friendly. not very helpful or knowledgeable though. in addition, there wasn't a single price on anything in the store. everything I did price while in store was heavily inflated. If you need it now, they might have it but be prepared to pay the extra fee for shopping local.
Great store, wonderful staff. Knowledgeable, lots of product and are willing to test lots of things brought in. The only place I will give business to when buying auto products/parts.
very helpful & knowlegeable people. I gave them 4 stars just because they were unable to locate my part for me but they tried so that was nice. I will be back!
