I was on the hunt for a lug wrench and jacks crank for my 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The previous owner must of lost those two important items. Action Auto Parts knew exactly what I needed and had those items in their yard. They made my day buy having just what I was looking for at a fair price. Got a used starter for $45 vs. a new one for $300. Tested the starter right in front of me & it worked just fine. I could buy 6 starters for the price of a new one. There worth checking out if your needing a car part or a battery. They had batteries at a ⅓ the cost that are tested under load. I hate paying $300 for a car battery. $89 is much more appealing.
Called over the phone asking about 2 tires and they told me they had 2 used ones in decent shape. I came in and they took my car to the back just to tell me they didn’t have those tires anymore. Wasted an hour of my time and the guy at the front desk was just sitting on his phone. Pretty bad service.
Good condition used parts at an affordable price. Kind knowledgeable staff, family owned. Also has a selection of reliable used cars, trucks and sometimes motorcycles, use tires and wheels in good shape! And now a big selection of New with warranty Interstate car battery's. This is your one stop shop when it comes to used parts whether it be body parts or mechanical! And if they don't have it they can get it.
I appreciate everything they do for the customers. Reasonable prices on parts that everyone else wants to change an arm and a leg for. Got a bumper cover for my husband. Junk yards wanted $200 for one and parts stores were evern more. Action auto charged me under $120 for the exact same part. I will keep going to them for all of my car needs.
The person who was at the desk gave me the wrong battery. When I returned the battery, she yelled at me. You don't yell at customers like that. Don't go there.
My daughter went to get a battery and the woman at the counter gave her a bad attitude. I would never spend a dime there if that's the way they treat all cutomers.
I called for a part and was told by Winter that it was available. I drove there and when I arrived I was told it would only take about 15 minutes to have one of the guys go out and get it. After about half an hour Winter came up to me and informed me the part I wanted was not available . So why then was I told it was there in the first place ? A good waste of two hours of my time at action auto. Never again ! If I could post this without giving a star rating I would post it with zero stars.
