Unlocked stuck 5th wheel on Semi. Sorry I forget the tech’s name, but he was friendly and arrived before he said he would.
This was at 1030 on 3/5/26 at Menards DC in Shell Rock IA.
So i was asked to pick up a car for a finance company from here. Apparently they missed a deadline. So even tho car is still on their lot and payment and paperwork are in hand they would not release car. Owner stated 3x they are going to keep the car and sell it at their abandoned auction. For thousands more than fees owed obviously. 2020 nissan kick. The whole point of the auction is to get rid of abandoned vehicles and recoupe fees owed. So if someone has money to pay whats the point of auction. So greedy tow lots can get a payday. The tow laws are broke and companies take advantage of them for their own benefit
John was quick and incredibly helpful in an unexpected moment of need. He was prompt and very personable, making the whole process easy and stress reducing! Would recommend to anyone!

Didn’t catch his name, but a nice guy came out within 15 minutes to unlock our vehicle during the negative wind chill temps. He had the vehicle unlocked in just a few minutes. Great company and top notch employee. Will definitely use their services again.
John came out and pulled off a miracle. I was driving a Ford Transit that became high centered on a deviously unplowed long curvy driveway. His training paid off big time as we inched our way out of a nightmarishly long driveway. Every snag we caught he had a fix. These guys know what they are doing. It’s winter and you can’t expect to get towed out immediately so have patience, besides who part their vehicle in a spot it shouldn’t be? That’s right. Sit back, stay out of the way and keep warm so the big boys can save the day.

Hit a critter. Busted my radiator. The insurance company recommended Central Iowa. Within an hour, my car was safe at home, and the tow truck driver was very efficient and professional.

Chad came to pick up our car. Was very friendly and polite. Very knowledgeable about his job. When doing it, he noticed it was all wheel drive and put some dollies under the other tires. Doing this it got the car all the way off the ground to be towed. Excellent job, Thank you for your service
