Extremely disappointed in the service. My wife needed windshield wipers and called to ask if they installed them. They told her yes but once she got there she was told they would only install the $26 super premium brand. They would sell her the cheaper brands but not install them for her. The installation policy is your store's business (even if I think it's dumb), but it's dirty to bait and switch after telling her on the phone they would install but not clarifying they only install the expensive ones until after she gets there. I really expected a lot more care from a local parts store.
I called ahead to see if I bought wiper blades there, that they would install them. They said sure, so I stopped in. Spoke to someone different when i arrived, and he would only install the $25/each blades. He said the car quest brand that i preferred was too time consuming. I left without making a purchase and won't ever go back. Heading to O'REILLY's now.
Awesome service and help installing them. Always good for anything car, truck or tractor. They have the most exotic parts you can look for. There parts are reliable. They helped me find a fuel tank and pump that took almost 70 hours of driving. I will always be thankful to Dennis and The staff for helping me find the part I need. Also they were willing to special order it from the factory.
Over 10 years ago I had lived in Pella for only a few months, but needed a spare U-joint for my truck when I was headed out of town to beat on it. Because the listing showed 3 different part numbers the guys at Tony's sent me away with all 3 parts and told me to come back later and pay for whatever part I eventually would need and return the rest. I came back later and paid for the correct part and returned the rest, and soon moved away from Pella, but because of that friendly gesture to a perfect stranger I'll go out of my way to buy from them again if I'm ever near the area. Thanks.
I needed a part for my old BMW and gave Tony’s Auto Parts a try and they were able to get my request next day and a fantastic price. Truly blessed and grateful for their service.
Went into the store for a battery for my X5. They could have sold me a battery that would have worked but not been ideal. They were honest and directed me to the BMW dealer. Great guys.
