Red Rock was a BLESSING to me.. They Replaced driveshaft, differential & transfer case. I was told from another source the transmission needed to be replaced but was not the case...Everyone was so kind....I will be going back to get my vehicle serviced when needed..They told me the price it would cost me and the parts I needed before starting. Fantastic service as usual. I had my struts replaced a while back by my daughter's friends that needed some cash. Shortly after, a clinking noise appeared. The boys that replaced the struts couldn't figure it out, thinking something had been left loose. Nothing was found. I took the car to Luke at Red Rock Towing and Service and explained the situation. Luke diagnosed the problem and said you won't believe what I found. The nut on top of the shock attaching it to the spring was loose. This should have been tightened at the factory. What a great family business I would recommend to anyone!

I had a window on my gmc that would not go up in the back cab of my truck, they got window up for me and told me the problem all for$ 37.00! Not bad prices people! Go there they might surprise you to!

We were in Knoxville, Ia early in the morning when I had car trouble. A Iowa nice guy by the name of Mike stop to lend a hand and was able to get my car started temporarily so I could get it to a mechanics garage. Not being from the area I asked who he recommended and he said Red Rock Towing and Service and ask for Luke. The shop had just opened for the day and Luke greeted us ready to help. The negative post on the new battery was loose and not staying connected with the battery. He fixed it quickly and we were able to be back on the road not sitting along side of the road somewhere. I really appreciated his can do attitude and attention to details with my vehicle. He gave us a wonderful customer service and I recommended his garage if you want or need your vehicle worked on. I will definitely be recommending my friends to his garage for their vehicle maintenance. Fantastic job and customer service.

Very Professional and trustworthy service I will definitely be using them again in the future! I had both of my rear tires replaced and they were careful with my rims, they were cleaned in the process. Complete peace of mind in the process.

Deceptive, Rude, and Petty Service My experience here was extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was vague and misleading. I was given one impression about the work and costs, only to have the story change later. When I asked for clarification, the staff became defensive and rude instead of addressing my concerns professionally. Their attitude felt petty and unhelpful, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. I’ve dealt with many repair shops over the years, and this was by far the most unprofessional interaction I’ve had. If you value honesty, respect, and straightforward service, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I’ve always went to Luke and his team since moving to Knoxville and I always thought he was a hands down to earth kind of guy who valued his customers. However, after purchasing my new Jeep and running it through a diagnostic test, I quickly am learning the hard truth. I was told my Jeep would need almost two thousand dollars worth of “repairs” according to their findings. After speaking with the dealership I purchased my vehicle from, I was shown proof that counters what Red Rock told me needed fixed and that what they said wasn’t the truth. Fast forward a couple months and here I am at the same dealership I purchased from, I’m now being told that the lug nuts have been warped to the point where they can’t be taken off. For a small shop that believes in family values, I’m truly taken back by the amount of lies I’ve been told and continue to find out. To those of you looking for a shop, please do your research and ask around because this isn’t a shop that looks out for you.

If I can give negative stars I would.. 1 overpriced.. 2. The diagnostic fee is a rip off.. just because you bought some computer equipment that’s on you don’t make customers pay more for your purchases, 3. How in hell does it take nearly 3 weeks for you to cash a check? 4. If customer requests used parts consider providing that service.. I bring in a used car that’s 12 years old, sole purpose is to get from A to B.. it looks like crap, what make you think I’m looking for brand new manufacture parts, call a few junk yards, I know you can’t offer warranty but junkyards often due for at least 2 weeks or a month.. 5. You are not in a city of 1/2 million people, it a small town surrounded by farming communities, you may have knowledge of how machines work but keep charging city prices for what most of us can do ourselves.. we are just saving ourselves time.. essentially your business is saving us time.. but if it’s time or losing a leg and an arm I’ll choose loosing time.. To summarize don’t just save us time, save us some money, if you don’t have contacts to any junkyards let me know, I know a few people that always welcome fellow gearheads that know owners of junkyards not only in this state but additionally in every state surrounding.. even if a part is bad, there are ways to test them, and rarely does a junkyard not have a return policy.. additionally I spent nearly $1500, and simple requests were ignored like recharging A.C. And rear bumper panel I asked for you to put back as all it needed was 2 bolts and nuts.. A.C. not reacharged and panel in passenger seat upon pickup, and $850 for a part from manufacturer that would have cost between $150-200 if not less at a junkyard.. learn your customers. If you want to charge only dealership prices, open a dealership, if you want to keep a community moving be mechanic..

We were camping at Marion County Park, 3 hours from our home, and when we went to start our truck on a Friday mid- morning, it wouldn't start. It flashed a message saying fuel filter needs servicing. We called a local dealership, who couldn't look at it till Monday in the shop. They didn't have mobile technician or towing available. We were stranded! The dealership very graciously recommended that I call Red Rock towing and service. Alyssa at Red Rock was terrific! The tow truck was there 10 minutes later and the diagnostics and service work was done by 4pm. Alyssa and the service tech ( I'm sorry that I didn't catch his name) even delivered the truck back to our campsite! I would recommend them 100%.

I've had problems lately with finding a honest mechanic. I decided to give Luke and gang a try and am happy I did. They are great to work with, provide great service,and best of all, they do what they say they do. I'm very happy I gave them a try and am looking forward to them taking care of my vehicles for years to come.

As a rural mail carrier, we use our vehicles daily and frequently have issues on the route. Luke and his crew are always immediate to help on short notice and treat you like a valued customer. They go the extra mile to make sure the vehicle is safe and even wipe down the dashboard when done. They go the extra mile and we are lucky to have them in the community!

My day started out like any other then my car wouldn’t start after arriving at Casey’s. I googled places that might help but they didn’t open until 7:30 or 8 am I needed to get to work. I remembered Luke at Red Rock changing my oil and decided to give a call and he answered. He was not far away and said he would be right there to try and jumpstart my car. When that didn’t work he said. Where can I take you. I said back home. He took me home where I was able to take our backup car to work. He was going to take care of getting my car to his shop and determine the problem. Wasn’t long I got and estimate of the problem. Needed a new battery. Since the message came via text and I could click on the message and then click on accept to have the work done. Or I could have declined. There was no need to decline. The estimate was what was expected. He made quick work of the entire process and I will be forever grateful I was only 30 minutes late for work. When I picked up my car the front desk gal was especially nice and I know I will trust them to help me on my car in the future!!
