Son was stuck in snow during a blizzard and after the tow ban was lifted the next day they went to the hotel where he was staying and took him to his car and got him out and going.

This place is a joke. While on a road trip the weather got so bad we were heading to a gas station to stop until the weather calmed down as it was white out conditions. On our way to said gas station we ended up in a ditch (along with MANY other cars). We ended up at a gas station where we met an employee from this company and he was the only good part of the entire experience. We were told we were first on the list to be towed out of the ditch we were in as soon as the tow ban was lifted. That clearly wasn’t true as it took almost 48 hours before they even called to check in and the tow ban had been lifted for over 24 hours at that point while we were stranded at a hotel in Iowa with no idea where we were or what was around us and no car to get anywhere. When they did finally called (after we had already been at our destination for almost 12 hours) the man on the phone decided to get crappy with my dad and lecture him about how we shouldn’t have gotten stuck in the ditch in the first place. There was literally likely hundreds of cars in the ditch and we were more than patient as we saw all the cars in the ditch but to then get crappy with us about ending up in the ditch is just extremely unprofessional and infuriating from a company that was suppose to help us and I hope no one else was spoke to that way or given a lecture about being in the ditch. The employee we met at the Casey’s was the ONLY positive part of the entire experience while stuck in an unfamiliar state, unfamiliar town, no way to get anywhere, in blizzard conditions.

I would highly recommend this business! Chris helped me out in a pinch and had me fixed up and ready to go for the holidays within a couple hours. Professional and very clean shop

We called Chris on a Saturday morning after getting a flat. It was raining and cold and we were stressed as in route to see our daughter play her last ever soccer game as a senior. Chris came to our help literally in less than five minutes and has us back on the road under an hour. Reason for the term IOWA Nice! Thanks Chris we appreciate you!

We are over the moon at the care we received. Traveling we blew two tires on our trailer. They took care of us with top notch service. Everyone there was amazing. You couldn't ask for better people. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you.

Excellent towing experience for my box truck when I had a breakdown between MC and CL. Mick was great to deal with. I broke down at a busy intersection and he made sure that everyone, myself included was safe. They will be my go-to tow service from now on. Thanks Mick.

Josh & the entire crew at Tony’s was amazing . I had some mechanical issues while I was in Garner Iowa, Mick Showed up with a really cool tow truck . Amazing company, came out tonight to repair my drivers tire in another state, when no other company would. Even though it was already super late! Showed up in 90 minutes . Thank you

After 20,000 miles RVing and 300 miles from home, my fifth wheel had a spring sever and I was SOL until a guy came out to the street and gave Chris a call at 4:30. He came out with a tow truck and got me back to his shop where within a few days, had newly installed slipper springs, fixed a severed gas line, replaced tire and fixed slideout hydraulic leak. I was lucky, and I appreciate people who’s work is their reputation and their word is golden.

Chris and Mick did a great job towing my truck from highway and fixing it. Definitely right shop to go to if your truck have issues and need repairs. Shop is big and all guys there are friendly. Thank you very much Chris , pleasure doings business with you and your team!

Great guys! Worked with Keith, Mick & Josh a few days ago after my airlines froze at the Pilot down the street. Mick came and picked me up, and Keith/Josh got me thawed me out super fast in the shop. Great guys and super friendly!

I had a blowout on the I35, dark, windy, cold. Chris from Tony's was there in what seemed like 5 minutes, super fast! Towed my car in because newer cars don't have a spare, goofy I know! Their service was five star and they are worth their weight in gold.

Do not go here, I never write reviews but this place deserves it. 1. The guy over the phone told me $150/hr they billed me at $180/hr. 30 min of the repair went into after hours only 2. My driver notified me as soon as they arrived and as soon as they finished which was 2.5 hours and they billed me 3.75 hours 3. They drove across the street to the truck stop and decided they wanted to do the repair in shop even though I said the driver can’t move the truck. So they had the driver follow the mechanic to the shop and still charged me the service fee of $110 They billed me $900 for a 2.5 hour trailer tail light repair. And the supervisor wouldn’t talk to me to rationalize the bill. The craziest part is they suggested we figure out the bill the next day and they’ll leave the trailer in the shop for the night, and they called me back shortly after and said they’re not releasing the truck either. Even though they only did a repair on the trailer. So they kicked my driver out and locked the truck and trailer in the shop.

Prompt service, very difficult repair performed quickly and had me back on the road in a day. Prices are reasonable for work performed in my opinion. Josh and the crew at the Clear Lake location are awesome.

I cannot say enough abt the service we received! I worked w Chris and he was nothing short of amazing at this very scary time. Our truck rolled and was towed to Tony’s. We had to get into the truck on a Saturday (when the shop was closed) and Chris was so accommodating and even jumped the truck since the battery was dead and we could not get the doors to unlock. If I cld give 10 stars I wld! Highly recommend!

Well, it was the best of times and the worst of times. Returning home to WI from my nephews wedding in Iowa my car broke down after only about an hour of a 4.5 hour drive. It was a Sunday. It was a small town. There was no option to rent a car and leave my car at the nearest service station. I also am a small business owner and don’t have time to take a whole day to drive back to Iowa to pick up my car after any repairs. Or to stay and wait for repairs by calling in stranded and using sick time to get paid. So my option was to get towed 200+ miles from Clear Lake IA to Chippewa Falls WI with my two dogs. Mick came and got my car on the truck and took me to the shop where we waited for Josh who gave up his Sunday to drive 8 hours round trip. The journey was very pleasant. Josh was nice to visit with. My car was handled with care. And for being the worst possible situation with a car it was the best possible handling of it. Thanks to Chris for answering the phone and being so kind, Mick for picking me up, and Josh for being just great to ride along with. Pic is of my dog in the driver’s seat and then accepting that that is not where she gets to sit.

Made big plans to go camping with family for the first time this year, and my husband looked at camper tires and said “No Way” will we make it!! First thing in the morning I started calling tire places!!! At 7:00 a.m. Josh answered the phone!! He said he was pretty sure he could get us in that same day! Had to try his warehouse to get our specific tires!! (I prayed!🙏🏻) Within half an hour he called back and said he could get tires and we could bring in camper!! The tires were replaced and we were on the road by NOON!! Thank you so so much for the miracle service!!! We truly thought we were gonna have to cancel!!

When no one else had the time, Tony's did! Not from the area and needed an emergency tow on a Saturday night. Best anyone could do was 5 hours. Tony's was there in under 60 minutes. Service was outstanding too. Hope you never need their service, but if you do, call Tony's!

They had the equipment to pick up our RV on a Saturday. We waited for them to open on Monday and they took care of it in two days. The team is always working to tow and repair. Forgive them for sounding tired. They know what they are doing. We were a little surprised by the price for repairs but after considering how much they did for us. We felt grateful. They are all set up for large vehicles. Good team.

Being fairly new to over the road winter driving in the Midwest I knew very little about preparations needed to drive in below 0 temperatures, of course my rig froze up…Chris with this company was awesome, when other companies didn’t risk towing my rig off the side of the road this company did. Chris was helpful throughout the entire process and even recommended diesel treatments as a future preventative measure. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, I’d highly recommend Tony’s Tire, Truck, and Towing for ANY vehicle issues while in the Clear Lake, IA or surrounding areas. I was in horrible situation in Dow junction area or close to city called latimer Iowa but after the whole experience called Tony’s chris showed up towed my truck to their shop quickly repair it professionally put me back on the road. The price is very reasonable if I need any service in that area I will use them and I recommend to anyone passing clear lake Iowa area .they have couple of shops thank you Tony’s thank you thank you!

Some of the greatest service I've ever received. To save me some time, the gal in the office made a trip to Mason City to pick up the tires I needed while the tow truck picked up the car and myself. The tires were on hand when we arrived at the shop. That's service! Tony's has multiple shops. I was somewhere between shops when the tire went flat. The staff was thoughtful enough to ask if I was headed northbound or southbound and took me to the shop that saved me from having to backtrack. My car requires special towing procedures. The professionals at Tony's did their homework and researched the process before picking up the car. Seriously top notch service.
