I had an 11:00 AM appointment, but I stayed overnight at the facility. I checked in at 5:00 AM, and they took me early. My full trailer with 1,200 tires was completely unloaded by 8:00 AM. Thank you for taking me in early and providing such a quick, efficient unload!
As most of this review are highly rated so is mine as well! Definitely great place, people very friendly and efficient working crew. 6am appointment, arrived just few minutes before and was put on the dock door immediately. My load was partial and I was finished in no time. One way traffic counterclockwise all around building, easy to get there. Not sure about overnight parking cause I didn’t use it. Good luck to all!
I arrived early (Tues at 1115 with a Wed 0500 appt.) They took my bills and phone number and called me for a door within 20 minutes. They hand unloaded a 53ft trailer full of tires in less than 2 hours!
Receiving is by dock door 1, go up the ramp to the door on the left. Restrooms are around the corner. Can break in the rear, there's a porta potty in the rear as well by dock door 26. An excellent place to deliver to!
Definitely one of the best hand unloaded tire facilities I have ever been to... 5am start unloading they are usually finished all appointments by Lunch time (not saying it's going to take that long. Saying be here before 12
Great place. Very very hard working employees. Please keep in mind when these guys are unloading or loading your trailer they have to load it all by hand and pick all the tires from stock so it does take TIME and unload by hand and put all the product away into the warehouse stock it’s a very time consuming process so we aren’t here to make you wait all day we all run into problems in our daily jobs! 10/10 would recommend this facility very respectful and professional employees
Got here a day early told me to check in tomorrow. Overnight parking on backside along fence. Friendly people. Accesss to bathroom. Next morning put me in a door 5.5 hours early. Decent unload time. Would come here again
Follow the negative reviews was here at 0700 for an 0800 appointment waited over an hour for unloading to start, its 1200 still being unloaded. I love being an O/O because i will never deliver here again.
Nice people easy yard might take 3 to 5 hours to live unload full trailer of tires. Was told by receiving that the gate is open 24/7 and trucks can park overnight in the back against the fence.
Very nice people I was there couple of times both had 11:30 am deliveries both checked in around 7am they gave me a door and of course it is tires and takes for awhile they released me before my appointment
There are plenty of drivers in here that will instantly complain if they aren't unloaded in a timely manner. With that being said this place gets a lot of tire loads that aren't simply stacked on pallets. These tires are individually stacked and need to be unloaded BY HAND not a bippity boppity boo and done. So yes sunshine it's going to take some time, it's a truckers life, it's not all lot lizards and strip clubs. Places do what they can do get drivers done in a timely manner, so next time you want to complain, try some tactfulness and decorum, and things might go smoother. Remember kids, you get more bees with honey than you do vinegar
11 am appointment today and 5 hours later I'm still being unloaded. God forbid if you guys actually respected a truck driver's time and got them unloaded promptly. Hopefully I don't return to this place.
Arrived a day early knowing i wouldnt get unloaded until the appointment time as i called ahead and asked, but was told it was ok to overnight on the property. I arrived, went to the receiving desk and told them i knew i was way early. The gentleman behind the counter told me they would try to get me unloaded the next morning, but i could go ahead and back into the dock and either drop my trailer and park up the street at the gas station or i was free to stay on property. I backed in and less than an hour later i had a red light. I was unloaded rather quickly that evening and handed my paperwork. They again told me it was ok for me to stay overnight around the back as i was out of drive hours. I was very surprised to get unloaded so early. Staff was very kind and professional. There is a restroom located inside the receiving area i was told could be accessed if needed.
Pretty straightforward, checked in and backed up in a door in 15mins or less. Shipping/receiving office is in the northwest corner of building. In my case, in and out of the place in 2 hours.
Easy in and out, turn in second driveway on LHS. Keep going straight and receiving office is at the end of bldg. my appt was at 0800 and they started me at approx 0700 and it’s a little after 11 now and still in a door, so be prepared to sit awhile if you have a full load. I overnight parked in back of bldg, down at the end and nobody bothered me.
Nice place and friendly people. We brought in a load of lose tires, 520 pieces and they unloaded us in less than two hours. Keep up the great job and thank you!!!
Thank you for being driver friendly and allowing us to park on your yard before our delivery Receiving hours 0500-1200 thats it Drivers dont screw this up
