Noel Automotive in West Branch, Iowa is hands down the best auto shop I’ve worked with. They are always upfront and honest. They’re easy to work with, willing to explain things clearly, and truly go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied and that your vehicle is running properly.

Thankful and Grateful for Noel Automotive. They were very hospitalable, and the vehicle used to answer our prayer. Elohim (God) led us to an exit in Iowa that provided shelter, food and Noel Automotive. HE did provide, HIS Grace was sufficient. Our car had a belt and water pump break 3 1/2 hours from home, Noel's able to get us in quick and get us back on the road. They were so kind and have great service!

Traveling through Iowa on a trip to Chicago we got a flat tire from a nail. Staff was extremely welcoming and kind to us upon arrival. They were willing to fix our flat tire right away and it helped us continue on our trip with minimal delay. Found out they are also incredibly talented at restoring classical cars. I hope to share their services with family who might benefit. Really a special place that is rare to find!

My car broke a pulley on I80. Got off on the West Branch exit. Keith and his team went above and beyond getting me back on the road same day. Also he has a great You Tube channel sharing his classic Mopar knowledge. Glad my car broke down in that spot. Recommend to check them out for your needs!

Best Mopar Guy around! Knows everything about old MOPARS. Have all my modern car work done there also, great people. I have added some pics of his work. My 69 GTX total part by part restoration, numerous awards and one of the nicest all original numbers matching GTX anywhere. A 70 roadrunner Keith freshened the motor, upgraded the wheels, brakes, added power steering and more. A 2022 Gladiator Base Model that Keith put the decals on, painted the fenders and roll bar to help me make it look like an old Scrambler!! Their work is THE BEST.

Fantastic experience, we were back on the road with a new tire right away. Fair price and excellent service. We even received a personal call the next day checking that we made it home safe! Cannot recommend enough!

Wow, Dad approved. Understand that this is a trustworthy shop. I do all my own work. My 25 year old daughter and her husband had issues with their car and I am 12 hours away. I was ready to drive out there, hookup my scan tool and see what the issue was...however, no need. They stopped by Noel Automotive and Keith took care of them. He gave them piece of mind and great advice. I guess I can finally let go of my little girl...they've got this!

It's a huge comfort to have a mechanic you trust. I had a CV joint replaced on my 2004 Chevy Malibu here and now I have 'peace of mind' to know where I'll take (or tow) my car should anything go wrong again. Thanks Keith!

Noel's Automotive business was truly a blessing to our family. We were traveling from Peoria, Illinois to Mason City, Iowa (about a (5 hour trip)to attend our son's move in day for his first year of college. My son's car started having problems, while he trailing my wife and I. Thank the Lord, he was able to take the exit before the car wouldn't start up again. We called one car shop, but they were not able to help. We were referred to Noel's Automotive, which was 2 mins from the gas station that we were waiting at. Thank God for the owner, Keith Noel for going above and beyond during our time of need. He drove over to the gas station where we were and diagnose my son's car. He put in a new battery so we could get the car over to his shop and then put a new alternator within no time. He ultimately got us back on the road so we could continue our journey to our son's college. Thanks also to Keith's wife at the front desk, she was so awesome as well. What a great team and business that had excellent customer service!!!!

We recently acquired an older family vehicle as our backup, knowing that it has some upcoming repairs and things that have been neglected over the past few years. Keith gave us a full inspection and then a rundown of the recommendations he had, in order of importance and with costs. Our first concern was multiple gasket leaks that made the interior smell horrible and that another shop said couldn't be fixed. He had it done in a day or so and explained why it was so difficult (I believe the word "fossilized" was used). We've also had some suspension components and a leaky battery replaced. The staff are always kind, courteous, and make sure to walk us through what they're doing. Good experience all around.

They were amazing! I had a small but very important oil problem with my car. They had to move a car out to put mine in and took care it right away. The charge was very fair too. I wish they were where I lived so I could use them all the time.

We were traveling on I-80 when radiator went bad. Luckily we existed at West Branch and saw Noel sign. Keith gave us hie immediate attention and diagnosed the problem. He gave us an estimate and then ordered a new radiator and we were soon back on the road. The people there could not have been nicer. If I lived in the Iowa City West Branch area this would be the place I would go for auto repairs. Thanks Keith.

Noel Automotive has an amazing staff of hard working, kind, and attentive mechanics lead by the manager/lead mechanic, Keith. I started bringing my vehicle into their shop when I was living in West Branch. Since moving to Iowa City, I've continued bringing my car to them. It's been about a handful of times now that I've brought them my vehicle and I cannot say enough good things about each interaction. Keith and the crew are kind, honest mechanics that have always taken care of my vehicle. I always leave their shop with full confidence knowing they have addressed the issues I brought to them. Not once have I felt blind-sided by up charges or other tricks that other auto shops seem to use. Even when coming in for a routine oil-change/vehicle check-up, they have always let me know what to keep an eye on and when I might need to consider bringing it in to have it looked at. They're never pushy and always polite. If you are looking for transparent mechanics that you can trust, Noel Automotive is where you need to go.

Noel automotive managed to get my tire patched and running on my cross country camper trip, very knowledgeable about the repair, extremely professional, and well respected by the other loyal customers I encountered that day. You get a lot of confidence when you’re an out of towner and treated like a local.

Great shop, I wish he could be my main auto shop all the time and not just fix my leaking tire.

Could not recommend Noel’s more! I went in with an issue I was only able to describe by a sound, and Noel inspected my car immediately and made the necessary repairs quickly. While traveling cross country we found ourselves at the gas station near Noel Automotive with a completely flat tire. They were happy to help us out and squeeze right in. They were able to find us a tire and help get us on our way quickly. Would definitely recommend them if ever in need.

Keith and the crew went out of their way to get our Silverado back on the road after a leaf spring sheared our tire on the interstate. We were 7 hours from home and feel extremely lucky that we were sent their way when we needed help.

My daughter was driving on the highway when her car broke down. Of course we were concerned about having someone out of town look at her car but it was the only thing that made sense. I am SO thankful we called this shop! They went above and beyond to take care of us! The price was very very affordable and all the staff was phenomenal. I had a tire loose some tread on the hwy.The service was amazing and the owners a great husband and wife duo were very courteous and they were very reasonably priced. They have 1 of the fastest tire changers on this side of the Mississippi river!! I recommend this place for repairs and maintenance. I'm a very satisfied customer.

While traveling through West Branch, a belt on our car snapped. Keith was incredibly kind and helpful. He searched for places to get the belt, had personal connections with someone in Iowa City who was able to personally deliver the belt to Keith as a favor to a friend. He clearly has established positive relationships with those who know him! He stayed 20 mins past closing time to ensure the belt worked well and see us off safely on our way! We are incredibly thankful for this wonderful business!

These good people really know cars. We drive some older vehicles and they are great about working on them too. Great communication, thorough , timely, reasonable cost. They stood up for us with their supplier after the part failed, so we got the second replacement part free. One year warranty on labor too. Nothing against the other fine mechanics in town-these folks just truly do it all, exceptionally well. Plus, they rebuild older classic cars. We highly recommend them for outstanding service and workmanship.

I stopped at Noel Automotive because I was driving a rental car and the "low tire pressure" warning came on. I'm embarrassed to admit that I don't know how to check the pressure and put air in my tires. They were so kind and nice; checked all of the tires and took care of it and then explained what they had done and what to do if it happened again. I really appreciated the service and taking care of my safety and peace of mind. Thank you!!!

Big thanks to Keith today. My wife and I were passing through on I-80 when the check engine light came on and car started to shake. Today was his day off but thankfully for us Keith had happened to come into the shop as we frantically pulled off the interstate to figure out what to do. Keith was more than happy to take a look and quickly diagnosed our problem. Luckily it was a simple fix and we were on our way in no time. If we lived in the area we would certainly use him as our go to automotive specialist!
