I honestly don’t think there’s a better auto shop within a few hundred miles — and somehow they’re right here in my hometown. Pretty awesome.
My work truck keeps my business running, so I can’t afford to have it sitting in a shop forever. Parkside gets that. They always find a way to squeeze me in, and the work is solid every time. Fast and done right is a rare combo these days.
Also, if you’re from out of town (which you probably are — West Branch isn’t exactly huge), there’s a great little café next door where you can grab something to eat while you wait.
These guys are the BOMB. We live in Iowa city but we still drive to West branch Parkside auto service for any work on our vehicles. They are honest and upfront. Don’t try to take advantage of you like the dealers in this town do and so many of the other mechanics. I hope they understand what a fabulous garage they are.
My go to for oil changes and everything else. They've also fixed tires and gotten me new tires as well. It's a great shop ran by great and helpful people!
Some of the best service I’ve experienced In a long time. Broke down about a quarter mile from Parkside Service on a road trip from Toronto. They got our car in ordered the parts they needed then gave us a ride 10 miles into Iowa city so we could stay in a nice hotel.
Great service! We just had brakes replaced and was on our trip when brakes failed. After contacting several places in the area Parkside Service was happy to fit us in. I recommend this place to everyone.
Awesome people to deal with. I had a tire blowout a few miles away. Called them 30 minutes before they closed. They were able to get me a new tire mounted and back on the road in no time. After a long day traveling was very thankful for the guys at Parkside.
Parkside service went over and beyond for me while I was driving through Iowa to do my job and deliver a human organ I had gotten a flat tire Laurie assisted me to her shop where Dave gave me a great price and got me on my way within 45 minutes or less very grateful that I was able to handle it very quickly and resolve the issue thanks again guys I do appreciate you and I recommend everyone to you.
Had a tire go flat while on a 3 hour journey to Illinois and the shop was able to squeeze me in within 30 minutes of calling and were the most friendly and welcoming car shop I’ve ever been to. Very appreciative of their hospitality and speedy service!
Traveling and had a flat tire and went to get a tire and they sold ya a very expensive tire said was only choice and not even a good tire and not all terrain tire ! Rip off place for people traveling don’t go there travel a little further to Walmart
