I live in TX and they were helping remove my elderly mother’s couch in Cedar Falls, IA. They were ahead of time, called ahead to ensure we were ready for them to come early, were in and out in 5 minutes! Best service ever, extremely friendly, will be using again!

The delivery and pickup were excellent. It all went very smoothly and the delivery people were very polite and helpful.

I have never experienced a more wonderful crew to help with big removal. On time, professional, task done timely. Would hire in a heartbeat if needed again. If the two gentlemen who were handled my Haul away consistently give superior service they deserve a BIG raise!

They were great, they called were able to come early. Came and got everything out, which was more than I estimated originally, and were fast done in under an hour. I will definitely use them again!

The customer service was top notch and I wasn't charged anything extra, but the bin was definitely smaller than what I was expecting and I don't recall seeing any measurements on the website beforehand. It was much too small to empty out a house. Look at the websites for other dumpster rental businesses and you will notice pictures right away showing measurements in feet, and a person standing next to the bin for size reference. Lesson learned. If you're cleaning out a lived-in house, you will need a gigantic bin.

I had a sump pump failure and had about 4 inches of water in my basement. Junk Kings came same day and cleared out an entire room of waterlogged stuff. Super fast, super efficient, very reasonable cost, and they really made this whole process less stressful. Very thankful for them.

Scheduling was easy and flexible. The free estimate is very helpful. You can get quoted and they will give you a few days to think about it before committing. The prices are fair. I’m a single mom without pick up so it is hard for me to get rid of things I don’t need anymore. The service was very fast! They were done within 30 minutes. If you have furniture that can be broken down, please do that before the service. You can’t assume that they will have the tools and it makes it easier for the ones helping. Any time I need something over I will go with Junk King moving forward.

This company is amazing we always go through them because of their communication, timeliness, and skill of the drivers. Our house shares a driveway with the house next door and their driver has skillfully maneuvered their dumpsters, backing them up between the two houses all the way to the back on multiple occasions. Absolutely amazing and highly recommend!

Outstanding! Mick and Carlos arrived the very same day I called to have an old hot tub removed. Mick worked around the existing set-up and landscaping carefully (and politely!!) They got it out and loaded for the estimated time (fast!!) and reasonable! I am a very satisfied customer and would absolutely recommend them! Happy camper here!!!

Two nice men arrived on time and did a good job hauling away my unwanted items. They were pleasant, efficient and quite strong. Physically fit enough to carry out furniture and other items I could not dispose of myself. The cost was in line with the estimate I had gotten by phone. I was very pleased. I heartily recommend their service.
