Had a great experience from the start. No pressure to hurry up and buy. Guys all made a great effort to find the truck I was wanting. My salesman Emil was great to work with, he kept me in the loop of what was happening at all times. In the end I drove away with the truck I wanted and was very pleased with Emil and everyone else that helped out.

Very laid back and relaxed environment. They were super willing to work with me when my car needed $3k in repairs. Walked out that day with a new car that I didn’t just settle for and is affordable. Emil was wonderful to work with. He made a long day very manageable. The service department is incredible as well!
We had an excellent experience with Rydell. Dawn answered all our questions and was very polite. She showed us where all the features were on the car and even made sure we had a full tank of gas to start with. From start if looking, to finishing signing papers, found the Rydell Team to be very friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, truthful, not pushy, and just an overall great experience. Especially Ethah tenley who guided, worked expediently to make sure everything happened in a timely manner. Ethan has been in contact with me more than once, not in a pushy way, but in a manner of follow up. Tyler for explaing the in and out of the trade in process, and Ryan for his patience with the financial paper work.

We don't dread the typical car buying experience like we used to now that we go to Rydell Chevrolet and feel comfortable working with Dawn. Their atmosphere is professional, yet laid back. We didn't feel forced or pressured into anything or feel we are out of our element. They recognized us as return customers and treat us like family. 4.5/5 stars. Ethan did a great job! He was friendly and knowledgeable. When the vehicle we wanted to see wasn’t on the lot, he found out which employee had it and took us to go pick it up. We ended up purchasing that vehicle. The reason for the 1/2 star deduction is because we test drove another new 2025 vehicle that wasn’t in showing condition-dead battery, lots of technology issues, etc. This wasn’t Ethan’s fault-he handled it very professionally. Overall, great experience.
Had a great experience with Peyton. He helped me the entire time. Tyler and Peyton found the right vehicle that fit what I was looking for and fit my family. S/O to Peyton at Rydell for making this happen for me. Took a lot of negotiating but we finally agreed on something to let me bring home this 2017 Kia Sorento. He was there to answer any questions I had and made it easy once we got the ball rolling. Giving 4/5 because there is always room for improvement. Plus, I already had to take it in to get looked at to find out the steering shaft needs replaced after only having it for about 2 weeks
I had to get a new vechile after my car repairs were going to total too much. We worked with Dawn and she was super helpful in helping me get the car I was looking for! I have been driving it for a few weeks now and all I can say is that it runs beautifully and they were so helpful in explaining the financial side as well as the differences in different cars. I am so glad I got my new vehicle there and will always consider them when it comes to purchasing a new car.
If you live in no where Iowa like I do, and find your self in need of a solid used or new car then look no further!
Shoutout to Peyton at Rydell Chevrolet for selling us three cars which is shocking because I normally trust car salesmen about as much as I trust gas station sushi. But Peyton? Peyton is stupidly good at his job, unreasonably nice, and somehow makes buying a car feel like a fun little side quest instead of a trauma bond with a finance office. He somehow manages to avoid every classic car-salesman stereotype. No slicked-back hair. No “let me talk to my manager” theatrics. No pressure. Just a genuinely great human who somehow makes the whole process feel easy instead of soul-sucking. 10/10 would buy car number four from him… but hopefully not anytime soon.
We visited Rydell Waterloo to look for a car for my son. Peyton L was very helpful before we even walked in the door. We chatted about what I was looking for and after a few options, my son has a car that he loves. Peyton made things convenient. Cares about the customer and we were out the door in just a little over 2 hours. Highly recommend!
