Well unfortunately got my big recycling stuck agian😔 the driver who came and rescued me was very professional so nice and a pro at his job. I appreciated him so much!! Thank you from the recycling lady who gets stuck every year!!
Can't begin to describe how fantastic this company has been. From the moment we called an expressed our issues with our car trailer to getting on site and loaded. Carlos is a very respectful and great guy. He was professional and great at his job. They even offered to load my trailer with my truck and haul it home and I caught a flight home. 100 percent recommend for anyone in need of assistance. Fernando was awesome. Great guy. Gave me a ride to airport with no hesitation. Great guy!
Had a breakdown off of US-20 and dispatch called tegeler and they dispatched Fernando. By far the best towing experience I’ve had. Fernando was very pleasant and efficient. Made the entire frustrating experience of breaking down a little bit better.
Had the unfortunate issue of breaking down on a -16° night on I-380. From night dispatch to day dispatch to the tow truck driver, Fernando, everyone was a pleasure to deal with and prompt with communication. Fernando took care of my equipment while providing some solid humor through out the service. Even found a shop that would get me in same day. Would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone if you’re need of emergency service.
