I brought in a brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max because the front camera was blurry in low light. I showed examples but was told the photos “looked fine” and that nothing could be done, even though it was under Apple’s one-year warranty. I took it to the Apple Store in Des Moines same day where they repaired it, and had it fixed within an hour.
Very good and friendly service. My dog spilled a Redbull on my MacBook Air, I took it in the store they fixed it in around 5 business days and it seemed good at the store when I picked it up. When I got it home and used it a day later the keys were sticking and sounded sugary(crunchy). I called itech and scheduled another appointment, when I showed up on Friday up they were polite and informed about my Apple Care and potential costs of fixing it and that if they couldn’t fix it they would send it into Apple. I get a call on Monday and they told me the laptop would need a new “top” and I told that was fine and it was still under my other warranty so I didn’t have to pay more. I got a call on Wednesday saying it was ready, I picked it up on Friday and it the keys are very smooth feels like a new laptop. It was unfortunate about having to come back twice but I do think they honestly couldn’t have noticed it at the store, it seemed to work fine.
Overall good people and seemed knowledgable about the laptop.
Luke was very professional and helpful. He explained what he was doing as he was installing the new anti-virus to my laptop.
Luke also explained the benefits of the new anti-virus vs my old anti-virus. I was very pleased.
Luke solved three of my email problems quickly thoroughly and explained and wrote down all important information pertaining to my email problems quickly thoroughly! Luke also walked me through the steps to upgrade my operating system! He wrote all the steps down precisely so I was able to return home and successfully update my system! Thank you Luke for being so helpful and kind to this white haired old lady!
Luke was very helpful and explained how to use the program. I needed a anti-virus program installed. He did that plus checked to make sure everything was operating correctly. Luke was courteous and respectful. I have been an Itech customer for many years and have always had good service.
Hidden gem, had no idea it was tucked over on University until my iPhone needed service I miss being near an Apple Store, especially when my devices need service but iTech fills in that gap. Walking in, it honestly looks like an Apple Store, very minimalist and modern. It’s easy to make an appointment online and I walked in and the tech helped me quickly and walked through my phone issue with me. They have a great selection of new and used Apple products and accessories as well.
Luke was very helpful today getting us a screen protector for our new iPhone 17 and helping us find the case that we wanted. He was very professional and easy to work with. We will definitely go back to ITech!

Colton helped me decide which iPad best suits my needs, I bought a pink case, corded earbuds for my new iPad, screen protector and literally skipped out of there about 20 minutes later?

I had a great experience with this store! I got there, in the midst of a breakdown because my MacBook Air display had just broken, and the staff member, Dakota, was very helpful! He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the cost, and told me how long it would take. The repair took 5 days. I would recommend this place to anyone; they did a great job!
I don’t review very often, actually hardly ever. Nick and his team from ITech went above and beyond for me in a little (huge) mistake I made on my computer. Their expertise made the fix quick and better than my Mac was before. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!
Staff were available over the phone and helped diagnose the problem before bringing my computer in for service. Staff were friendly and welcoming and sent me updates and answered all my questions in store and over the phone. Computer was fixed in under 2 days and works better than ever. 5 stars!
I had an amazing experience with this store! My AirPods were having issues and were still under warranty, and they took care of everything quickly and professionally. The staff was friendly, explained the process clearly, and made the whole thing totally stress-free. I walked out feeling taken care of and super grateful. Highly recommend their customer service! I basically had a tune-up performed and then purchased MalwareByte.
This was my first visit with ITech. In the past I worked with GeekSquad as I usually purchased my PC at BestBuy.
I found staff very professional and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured at all to purchase the MalwareByte software. A simple recommendation was made. I used to think ITech was just for Apple users but was happy to hear that wasn't so.
I worked with Dakota at the Cedar Falls store. I plan to continue with ITech for future maintenance.

Had a PC built with these guys. Amazingly positive experience! Would definitely go with them again. The person building my PC, Dakota, was very professional, did a great job of seeking to understand what I wanted, showed a great deal of knowledge about PCs and the Windows environment. After receiving the computer, he followed up on the following Saturday. Could not have asked for more.
How they have kept their certification is beyond me. Callous, arrogant staff for many years- I had to deal with them long-term due to a past employer. I don’t trust iTech due to several negative experiences, and I absolutely do not recommend this business.
As a 30 year fan of Apple products, both for work and for my own use, I have found iTech to be the place for not only the latest Apple products, but also their locally unmatched repair and service. They are friendly, professional and so quick in their turnaround time. I recently shattered my Macbook screen with a hard drop, and used my Apple Care to have it replaced at iTech. While unfortunate, it was handled absolutely flawlessly by the technician, without one sniff of technical superiority. After repair, I even received a follow up call, asking if everything was working well. Who does that kind of thing anymore? Well done, iTech! Keep up the great work!
