Dispatch is kind and friendly but there drivers are rude and threatening. One of there drivers threatened to hit me. They dont care about there customers when they get called out. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for services.

From the first call to my vehicle being dropped off, my experience was incredible. They were quick even in off hours. The driver (Randy- but the little one!) ensured my safety before anything else and then helped me troubleshoot the issue quickly! I will absolutely use this team in the future if I ever have any issues!

Had a flat tire at work and I used my insurance and got Randy from Radmusson towing. He arrived earlier than expected and changed my tire for me using the spare in my truck. Also gave me a tip that Discount Tire can patch up my tire (had a nail in it) for a good price (free I believe)!

On a Sunday, I called that I blew a tire and needed roadside assistance. The lady who answered the phone was extremely nice and did tell me that the truck was about 30 minutes away pulling another vehicle out of the ditch so I would have to wait a little bit. I said I had a four-year-old in the car so I would try to maybe call around still but to plan on getting me and I would call he back IF I found someone else. Gave her my name and number and she told me she would call me when they were on their way. About an hour later, my car AC wasn't keeping up because it was a real feel of 102 out. Like I mentioned I had a four-year-old in the car so I was starting to get concerned about heat. A little over an hour after my original call I called back and no answer. I left a voicemail asking about an ETA so I can figure out a Plan B with my child. I ended up finding a friend to pick me up, and I left my car on the side of the road. Two hours after my original call, I was home, but I was still trying to get a hold of them to tow my car. I called and left another voicemail stating I was home, but I would still need my car to be towed so they could call me back. Called them again 1 hour later. No answer and still no call back. They have my number from the original call as well as I've left it in two voicemails now. I called again another hour later. No answer. Finally after five hours and 6 unanswered calls I called and left a voicemail that I no longer needed their service. Yes I knew they were on another call but it was 30 minutes away. I waited plenty long enough and still after I got home I was going to use them to tow my car. I am now writing this 24 hours later and I have never heard from anyone not even an apology from the company. It was a Sunday so less people working I get, I called other places and they were just as long as waits so I get it. But not ONE call back or update. Even now not an explanation of what happened. I went with Sheetz Towing and they had my car towed within a hour. Also noting this started at 2:30pm, they are 24/7 and this was not a middle of the night situation.

Gary towed my truck. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. Rasmussen didn’t over charge me for the tow. They charged a fair price for exceptional service. Thank you

Had a battery go dead on Saturday afternoon. The on-duty guy was on another call. He got to us in about an hour. He jump started the car so we could get to a place that sells and installs new batteries. The lady on the phone was so NICE, professional, and competent. As soon as I hung up the phone I knew it was going to be ok. They called when they were on their way. Very happy with the service. Great communication. There are still some competent people around!

i got into a little accident on christmas eve on a busy road in cedar falls. i called and they got there right away. made a stressful situation a little less stressful. very reliable. rasmussen is the only one i will ever use. dispatch lady is also very nice. super easy to work with. highly recommend.

ETA: Unfortunately had to change my review down to a 1 star :(. We called them the second time we needed a tow at 330am in the morning since they advertise 24/7 towing. We left a message the 1st time, called back a few minutes later, no answer. Called again, someone answered the phone and said "NO" very loudly before hanging up. We tried again, and finally just gave up. When I needed a tow from my tiny town in BFE Iowa, there wasn't looking to be many options available to me that weren't going to cost me my first born child. So I did what many of us do, and popped into a local FB group asking for suggestions. Multiple times over this company came up so I figured what could hurt and gave them a call. Imagine my surprise when they quoted me HALF of what everyone else was saying, and had someone to me within an hour of that call. To make things even better, the guy doing the tow was absolutely amazing. It made for great conversation for the hour plus drive back to the dealership. He even helped me get things figured out at the shop before leaving. Fast. Friendly. Affordable. Great communication. Honest. Reliable. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I've added them to my speed dial even though I hope to never need them again!

Blew a tire on my truck and had them pick it up on a flatbed. Extremely nice and professional. Super super reasonable price. Overall fantastic experience!

My car broke down in Waterloo near Highway 20. I looked online for towing services, saw the great reviews for Rasmussen, called them, and they got to within an hour. Randy was super helpful and we had a good conversation while we went to the auto repair shop. 10/10 experience, would definitely call them again if I had car troubles.

We live in S.D. and were stranded at a soccer tournament in Waverly Saturday night. Little Randy came to help us. We were in a bind traveling with grandchildren and he helped us get to our hotel and get our car seats out of our car before towing it to a shop. He was very kind and friendly. We were so happy for their prompt response and professionalism. Little Randy helped make an unpleasant situation better.

Great service. We were stranded two hours from home due to an accident. Randy our driver took great care of us and got us back home. Can't say enough good for this company!!

Great service and great price. My vehicle was dead in the driveway in need of a new alternator and we were not able to get it to the auto shop ourselves. They were able to come out right away and tow it to our place of choice. Very inexpensive, and the man that came to tow my vehicle was very friendly and professional. Thank you guys very much for helping us!

Mark went above and beyond to help us today! We had a tricky spot to have our car towed to and Mark helped us even push it into the spot. Awesome customer service!! Mark needs a raise! And the lady who helped us on the phone was very kind, communicative, and had a great understanding of the Cedar Falls area! Thank you so much!

From the first phone call to schedule the tow to the truck arriving and getting us to our destination, it was excellent service all around. The dispatcher was very kind and answered all questions, and even promptly called back after I left messages. The truck driver had us picked up and took us to the airport in a very reasonable amount of time, he patiently waited while the car rental place was behind for us to get our vehicle and he even went above and beyond to help us unload our luggage and get it moved to the rental. All of this for an extremely reasonable cost as well. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rasmusson! Thank you so much for the wonderful service!

Amazing customer service, friendly staff! Randy came to change a flat tire in a snowstorm! Even though they were all very busy he came to my location in a very timely manner.

Super pleased with my service! I called this evening for help- I dont live in the area so needed a tow and a ride. Phone call was promptly answered by Megan- she was very pleasant and reassuring. She called the on call driver- Randy and he came to pick myself and my car up promptly. His first concern was my safety and he made sure I was safe and then loaded up my car. I live an hour and a half away from Cedar Falls- so I know that a company wouldn’t have to make a long drive like this but I am so grateful that they did. Randy was super pleasant and very professional - his truck is well kept and the cab was very clean and comfortable. I felt comfortable conversating with him on the ride back home. His loading and unloading of my vehicle was careful and timely. I’m thoroughly impressed by this entire experience. Also- very reasonable price considering he was driving over 3 hours round trip. Sincerely appreciate the help I was given from the company and from Randy! Would recommend to anyone!

I am very grateful to this company. I was visiting from out of town, on a Saturday, and first time having to call for a tow. They answered their phone politely and professionally. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The gentleman came rather quickly and loaded up my jeep. He was extremely down to earth, nice, and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Great service!!

My daughter’s car broke down on her way from the Quad Cities up to Cedar Falls and we couldn’t get up there to assist. I called Rasmusson Towing and they were able to get out there to her fairly quickly and tow her car (and give her a ride) up to Tuffy’s in CF. Reasonable rates and good service. If in need, give these guys a call!

The receptionist who answered the phone was very polite and sweet. They tow truck arrived very quickly and the guy driving the truck was very nice and helpful. A great experience and will use them again if I need to!

We need more people like these wonderful men. Got a flat on Hwy 58, and was able to handle me own. Wonderful police officer offered me a tow to get off the highway to be safer, took him up on it. Tow truck driver saw me and decided to pull a U-Turn, he wasn’t even dispatched to me until he got there. He did it out of the goodness of his heart. Got me taken care of with best of class service. If you ever are in a pinch call them. They will forever have my business if I need them!

Oh my goodness I called and 10 minutes they were at my house! Randy was great, understands customer service . He was so pleasant and wanted to make as easy for me as possible. I appreciate that!

My car was inoperable, so I called Rasmusson Towing. The mechanic recommended them as reputable, and a neighbor confirmed this. The tow truck driver, Henry, was prompt, courteous, and competent. I noted how careful he was in attaching the hooks and loading my car onto the tow platform. The price was reasonable, too. Although I hope not to have to use their services again, if the need arises, I certainly will call on them.

Rasmussen Towing is top notch. There always fast. If they give a time of arrival there always good for there word. I personally have used them 4 times in 6 month. Each time, they are prompt and fast. They are quick to load your vehicle and always handle with care. I trust there business so much that I leave my keys in my truck leave them my door lo king code and take off. I don't need to stick around for them. They will get the job done right everything. Available 24/7. Very fair, reasonable pricing everyone can afford. I highly recommend there business. Rasmussen Towing is the best and the only only I recommend. There always there when you need them. You won't wait long.

I highly recommend this company!! I’ve had to call them twice in the last month. The 1st time I needed a boost off because of a dead battery. The 2nd time was like an ago after locking my keys inside my running car at work. Someone came to my rescue in like 20mins. I thought it would take longer due to the snow but it didn’t.Took the guy 2 mins to unlock my door . I will most definitely call them whenever I’m in need of the services they provide .
