Absolutely amazing- they switched my date of repair to one that worked better for me, kept me updated, and were super friendly when I would call and ask questions! Everyone working there was seriously so kind. I was shocked by how clean my vehicle was when I got in and they found my missing AirPod! I was extremely pleased and will be back in the future.

Our car and my vintage 1996 pickup truck received damage from a hailstorm, so this time, we decided to visit Deery Brothers Collision Center for the estimates for our insurance company. From the beginning, the service technicians, office staff, and DJ, the estimator who helped us, provided excellent customer service. They were all friendly and professional. The work on each vehicle was completed in one day and the finished look was excellent, especially on my truck. I highly recommend Deery Brothers Collision Center! I went to get an estimate on a repair without reporting to the insurance. They asked who my insurance company was even after I told them that I wouldn’t go through insurance. These people called my insurance without my knowledge or consent and wanted to send them an estimate on the damage. These people do not have a right to call your insurance without your approval especially when you haven’t even made a claim and you can get as many estimates as you want.
Our car looked great like the damage never happened. They did quick work and were extremely good at communicating with us and keeping us up to date with what was happening with the car. They knew it was our main family car and helped us to know what was going on and how quickly we’d get it back.
I took my car there after my car got hit. They were professional, always updated me on what they were doing next/time frame of when my car would be finished. My car looks brand new now & like nothing ever happened.

Wind took my door, damaging the hinges and leaving it unable to open. Deery collision got me in, same day. Staff over the phone and at check in were incredibly kind and helpful. Joey had my estimate done in less than 15 min, and they were actually able to fix my bent hinges at no cost. They had coloring and toys available for my 4yr old as well. The entire process only took about 45 min. Deerys made an enjoyable experience out of what normally would have been a very stressful situation. Great staff, great owners, and wonderful service provided to the Cedar Valley!
I recently had a severe accident that left significant damage across the side of my vehicle. The Deery Collision Center generously provided me with a luxurious and spacious loaner car at no additional cost. Before I could blink twice, my car was speedily repaired and repainted. When I saw my car after the repairs, I was stunned. It looked as if it had just rolled off the factory floor brand new with every detail restored to perfection. I had the pleasure of working with Joey and want to express my deep appreciation for the entire team. Their professionalism and quality of work were truly outstanding.
I had a great experience with my repair here! I had no idea what I was doing so it was great working with a very communicative team who helped along the way. The women who worked in the office were EXTREMELY nice and super easy to talk to. I also loved the texts informing me of where my repair was and when I could expect to be finished. I was also pleasantly surprised that my car was cleaned and the floors were much cleaner when it was returned than when i dropped it off. Would recommend !

The fact that Deery Brothers Collision Center asks for customer feedback tells me they care about the level of service they provide, and it definitely was shown to me. They communicated with me every step of the way to keep me informed about the progress of the work they were performing on my car. They provided a loaner vehicle, which really impressed me. I felt like they really cared about satisfying me. Linsey, who was my main contact, was great and she communicated very well and was responsive to my questions. Additionally, I was told this job would take 3 weeks, when in reality they were able to complete the work in less than 2 weeks!! I'm impressed! 😉 Overall, I'd give them 5 stars out of 5. Great to do business with!

Kevin was the estimator on my car after I was rear ended a month ago. I let him know that I'd never been in an accident this severe and asked what I should expect. He was honest with me about what the procedure is. Let me know I'd be able to get into my car as often as needed during the process. The car ended up being a total loss, but Kevin's kindness and honesty will bring me back again should I ever need it.
