I read all the reviews before I went to cooper salvage and to get the address. Very nice people, very professional, fair and honest. They Greeted me and helped unload my scrap metal, they took the time to explain how it all worked. The price was what I looked up per pound before hand, A very good experience, I would definitely recommend if you got scrap metal. ?
The people are not the most friendly by any means, but the prices are the main reason for 1 star. They will scam you every chance they get. Watch what they mark items as. They will mark higher priced metals as tin or such to keep the price down for them. I have had it happen to me more than once there. You would be better off spending the gas to go to lafayette and make a little bit more money.
Phoenix Construction here,. I've been off loading scrape there for several years. All the guys there are friendly and courteous. The owner has always gone out of his way to answer any of my annoying questions. Fair & competitive market priced return for your scrap!
Crappy rude owner customer service sucks and back yard is trashy good way to pick up something in your tires. Not to mention pays half the price for what you have. Greedy owner with no respect.
