Our problems started when we had to take our Ford Escape to the local Ford dealership for what we thought were just routine recalls. Every time we picked the car back up from them, something new was wrong. They started out with a recall to the front doors. When we got the car back, the power locks no longer worked. We took it back in for them to repair the locks and we paid them to update the software for the touch screen because it was having issues. We paid for them to "update" the software. We were also charged for them to diagnose the issues with the touch screen and the power locks to a "faulty body control module". The BCM would have been over $800 and the total repair would have been over $1000. I took it to Bill's for a 2nd opinion and they discovered that the power lock issue was 2 blown fuses cause by the Ford dealership not properly insulating wires when they did the door recall. The touch screen issues caused by the "faulty BCM", were fixed when Bill's CORRECTLY performed the update. I can not thank the staff at Bill's for taking the time to correctly diagnose the issues and make the repairs saving us over $600. They will most definitely be getting our business from now on.

My daughter's car needed picked up and brought to her brother's house. The customer service representative was very polite and helpful. She gave us an estimated time, within the hour, which was true to their word. The driver was very nice. I'll continue to call Bill's whenever I should need them again.

The staff at bill’s showed real understanding and worked with me, allowing me to retrieve my car for half the price. They also took the time to make sure my car was safe and okay to drive before I left, which meant a lot to me. I could not be more pleased with the family like service I got from bills repair. We've used them for towing multiple times and have always been quick and professional but this time I had to have my car worked on. Damian and his team got me on the road in 2 weeks(because of course this had to happen over the Christmas and New Years holidays). I will recommend them hands down always for towing but also now for any repairs you may need!!

As a major trucking company, we feel it’s important to share our experience. While their staff initially presents well, the actual service did not match expectations. The operators demonstrated poor people skills, pricing was significantly higher than other local companies, and after reviewing similar complaints from others, we believe there are better options available locally. We recommend doing your research and considering other providers.

We needed our RV moved ASAP especially before a winter storm hit the area. They were extremely easy to deal with, fast and the driver did a great job. We appreciate the speed in which the move happened. Thank you very much for making a stressful situation less stressful.

Very unhappy we paid $490 to have our truck washed we have had many vehicles detailed and this was the worst job I have ever seen there was dirt in the door jams and under the hood, spots on the seats that could have been cleaned I'm confident they were only vacuumed stains on the front grill that should have been polished off Didn't even touch the bed or inside the tail gate, could go on but this job was terrible for that much money

When they towed my truck to their facility. About a week later they called me informing me if I did not come get my truck. That they would put a lien on my vehicle. A couple days later my father decided to help me to go get it. And then they said to him well it's going to cost over $1,200 in order to get it out of our facility. They wouldn't let me get my tires off the truck that were not mine. Unfortunately I was still paying those tires off through Rent-A-Center. So I will never ever have this horrible towing company tow my vehicle again.

Tylor came and helped us through AAA and was incredibly quick to come help change out a tire. Very nice and helpful. 5/5 would recommend

We can’t be thankful enough for Mr. Bill and his team! After a crash on a nearby interstate, state police called them. We were expecting an exorbitant bill, as we’ve experienced with other towing companies, but it was the opposite. We received help, understanding, and a more than reasonable charge. They treated our driver like family and were incredibly welcoming when we arrived. They assisted us in recovering our load (Mr. Bill personally) and helped us in a way you’d expect only from a family member. From the front desk staff to the kind ladies in the back office and the guys in the shop, you can tell these people truly love what they do and what they represent. We wish you many more years of smooth business and prosperity!

I live an hour away from Angola and was just passing through the area late in the afternoon when my car began sputtering and losing acceleration power. Fortunately I happened to take exit 348 off of I-69 to head into Angola, not knowing Bill’s was just down the road. As soon as I saw it, I pulled in and walked into the office to ask if anyone could do a diagnosis on my car. I believe the name of the young man behind the desk was Damian and he took action right away, taking my car into the garage. He did a quick diagnostic test and found the problem. They also squeezed my car into their busy schedule the next afternoon, got it fixed, while providing me with update calls along the way. Damian was awesome and I am grateful for his help and for the help of any others involved in repairing my car. I had a great experience with Bill’s, of which I had no previous experience with or knowledge of before. Thank you!

I am so extremely grateful for this whole staff!!! Daughter's was stranded on toll road as apparently the ball joint broke. They went above and beyond for a young adult traveling from Ohio. Kept truck in yard till I could get to it nearly a week!

Tylor was my driver and picked me up quickly, was very professional and was good to talk to on the trip. Very reasonably priced 38 minute trip and didn't break the bank. Highly recommend this company.

November 2025, my cherished 2001 Toyota MR2 gave up its transmission, just before midnight, I was literally afraid that I was going to get frostbite, Bill's shows up, and tows my car to their repair center. They allowed me to have a transmission dropped shipped from Monkey Wrench Racing. (MWR) they installed the new transmission and re-boxed the old core so that I could get the return core fee from MWR (saving me $700). Awesome team, awesome repair (due to certified mechanics that really know what they are doing!) I do not have enough good to say about Bill's service, but I will add that they dropped me at the local hotel so I didn't have to find my own way there in the middle of the night! Thank You Bill's Towing for helping me in my time of need!

I have had my brakes replaced here two times. The communication was great and the price was competitive. I ran into an issue with one of my front rotors (no fault of Bill’s) and they completed the warranty work fast! Definitely will return and recommend!

We blew a tire on our vehicle while driving on I-80 headed to Chicago. Needless to say it was a very dangerous road to have a breakdown! We are AAA members, and sadly, they failed us in our request for service!! Fortunately, a policemen stopped to check on us. When we told him our struggle with AAA, he gave us the name and number to Bill's Towing. I called their number and Mindy went above and beyond to help us!! When the tow truck arrived the technician was fast and efficient! We are grateful for their service!!

I get a call at work today that my mom was involved in an accident on I-69 in the Kia Soul she was renting. I left work in fear and distress fearing for my family only to get to her and discover that the family dog was killed in the accident. I parked here at bills where the vehicle was being towed and waited for my mom. I was approached by a mid 40s short heavy set man who said the way I was parked was “suspicious” I tried to explain the situation but he continued to interrogate me at my car to the point where I flipped my car into reverse and backed out into the driveway where you pull in and continued to wait for my family to arrive with a family friend. When we tried to go inside to get details on the vehicle, I was singled out- pointed at and told I was not welcome inside. This company is just another one of those money hungry body shops that dehumanize you for your billfold. They don’t care what you’ve went through or going through. Not people friendly, not family friendly. Take my advice and have your vehicle towed/ worked on anywhere else. You don’t wanna work with these people.

I had a 32' RV that blew a wheel bearing while on I69. After doing what I could to be able to move the trailer I contacted Bill's as they showed to be the closest. I talked to Gary who told me that he would do his best to look at it if I could get it there. After a very slow trip alongside of the xway we made it. I actually expected a rather long wait but within 45 minutes Gary managed to get it back to his tech's who started to work on it right away. We were back on the road in less than two hours from when we arrived and with a service bill that was totally acceptable and appreciated. This garage is top notch in quality and customer service! Our van broke down at 10 pm on the toll road and Big Mike came out and helped us out and had us back on the road before noon the next day. Extremely friendly and professional, exactly what we needed when we needed it. Highly recommend!!

If I could make it zero stars I would. I will never ever take one of my vehicles to this shop. Who ever fixed my vehicle didn’t even bother replacing my under body plastic that was obviously broken along with the radiator support which caused more damage to my vehicle when it was a insurance claim job to begin with. I Spent twenty minutes on the side of the road ripping out what little bit of plastic that was left out from under my vehicle so I could actually make it home. Not really enthused right now. Glad I didn’t get a flat along with the rest of the damage that happened while driving down the highway. I should have just fixed it myself. Glad to know that I am going to have to shell out more money to pay for the stuff that should have been fixed to begin with.

We had critical brake failure on a road trip to Wisconsin on the highway near Angola. Bill's was recommended as one of the best places to get local professional service done to get us back on the road. We limped the van to Bill's the following morning and by 9:00 AM it was on the lift and being looked at. The repair was complex and required the replacement of two badly corroded brake lines inside the frame rail. One of the Techs, Gavin worked on it for the better part of the day and got us back on the road safely to reach our final destination. The entire staff was courteous and professional and I would strongly recommend them to anyone in the need of professional auto service in the area. Thanks!

AAA sent Bill’s towing to help us out recently when we broke down, while traveling with our elderly mother, and I just want to say that they were excellent. The driver made sure that we well taken care of and brought us to a nearby repair center that he was familiar with. The phrase “Trust God, fear nothing “ was never more true. Thank you again, we made it home safe and sound.

Andrew was our driver tonight and he took such good care of getting our camper and truck home back to Ohio. We will carry their information with us for any future mishaps and Bill's will be the first call we make!
