I never had to tow my car before but when i called he was super sweet and professional was willing to help me with the best price in the area ! Took him little to no time to get here. The gentleman who handled my Dodge was very caring and fast. I am a Store Manager at a loan company and definitely will be recommending him to all my customers Thank you for a easy and comfortable first experience
Made an appointment and was late. I called to confirm they were still coming and he said only 20 minutes out. 45 minutes later I called back and was sent to voicemail twice. I was so late for work at that point I just left. No communication at all from the guy doing the scheduling. Very unprofessional.
ZERO STARS FOR SURE , was stuck in front of the court house with my kids and what did they do they hung up on me and didn’t answer the phone when I tried calling back 3 times sent me to voicemail
He was late. I had to call another service. I was glad I did. When he did show up, I 30 min. late, I told him I had someone else coming. He acted out. Threatened me. Cussed me out. Certainly not a professional. I would not recommend him to anyone. I do recommend Vic's towing. Very professional, courteous and cost is very affordable.
I got my car stuck. I had called another tow and it would have been an hour and a half to get to me. I called Oliver's and not only did they arrive in 20 minutes with the nicest gentlemen, they had me on the road after inspecting my vehicle to be sure it was safe in another 20 minutes! Use Oliver's for polite, safe and fast service!!!
The owner of this place is very rude !!!! He gave us an estimated wait time of 20-25 mins initially. We called him back again because the driver still had not arrived, and again once more because the driver still had not arrived. We waited over an hr total after we were initially given a time frame of 20-25 mins. He also was rude and proceeded to tell us when we called to get his ETA that “if we didn’t like his service, then we could call someone else”. He wasn’t polite, he was very disrespectful and all because we were calling to get an ETA, since his initial estimate was completely false. I also asked for his name and he proceeded to tell me that I didn’t need to know his name because he was the owner. The driver who towed the vehicle was very professional, and kind, and went out of his way to make sure that the car was towed. Overall however, I would still say to steer clear of this business. The owner doesn’t care at all about respecting his clientele and he is extremely unprofessional.
Car needed jump started, called the dispatcher he said 10-15 minutes for a service truck to arrive. My car battery was completely dead service truck operator didn’t quit until my car was running.
They had to come back a second time due to unusual circumstances. But they were polite, knowledgeable , and excellent in every way. I will use them again if the need arises. I recommend this business! In there were also very reasonably priced!
The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. Stay away from businesses that don't respect their customers. I will never do business with them again! On the other hand, the driver was understanding of the situation.
Called for a tow around 1 they originally told me an hr.. so we called at 2:30 no answer. The guy then tells my husband 3:30 and this happened. I spent hours waiting didn't say anything rude to him. (the blue boxes belong to my husband and the brown is mine). He never showed up.
They've had a wrecker broken down IN my front yard for 3 days. Guy came to my door to tell me he broke down in front of my house. I realized later the was parked about 3 feet into my yard! I've called and called, no answer. Voice-mail is not set up to take messages and leaving a call back number doesn't seem to do anything. 3 days, no calls or communication at all about when this massive truck will be out of my yard. This company is disappointingly unprofessional.
I've used many tow companies in my life but you guys really got me out of a jam towing my SUV from our old house to our new one at the last minute when we couldn't get ahold of anyone else and I still can't get over how affordable you are. I appreciate your business and your staff, much thanks to you all. Best tow company ever, highly recommended.
They told me they were on their way and they never showed up. I called several times to see why they weren’t there and they didn’t answer or call me back.
Couldn't reach number provided when tow was needed, voice-mail box was full so was unable to leave a call back number.
Hope they get this fixed for other folks who may need the help.
We managed to limp the vehicle back to mishawaka from halfway to Plymouth till we could get some tow straps and a truck to pull the vehical home. Only wasted half of a day.

The only place around. I called 8 different shops and they all where busy phone signals or said they didn't fill like going out.
Oliver's Towing had a truck at my location within 20 min of the call.
Truck driver was awesome friendly and helped as much as he could.
Had my truck towed to a repair shop that they recommended and they had my truck ready the next day.
Highly recommend them!!!
Alicia and Oliver I believe were very nice today. I was running late to work so I dropped off my key at their office. They took care of the rest in a timely fashion.
